Goodmorning everyone, how was your weekend?... so i am back to exercising....

Saturday: 55 mins of dancing, it was really reviving, i felt better and stronger.

Sunday: 1hr of dancing....felt great....had to, because i had too much groundnut, gari and milk....wink wink enjoying some songs presently, so might be dancing more...still have to go and get me, insanity dvd,not backing-down yet. take care guys and be good.

brkfast: little macaroni plus watermelon
lunc:sandwich n lowfat milk
dinner:moi moi
exercise: work all round on my muscles doing shrugs, triceps extensions etc. 3 sets or 12 repetition for each exercise. wit some exceptions. 6minson d stationary bike den went to d treadmill burnt like 135 calories in all i.e d bike ntreadmill

@hourglass . We are fine oh. My exercise lately has not been it o. Infact the whole of this month I have only exercised like 4 times. I was not feeling well and had to prep for exams. In this coming month, I hope to pick up with the exercises.

My phone subscription was done some few days ago, also I gat my 3 nephews and their mum around, there was party in church and sunday and my house was in disarray, so much on my mind right now. I get it my sister, even me wey I not get pikin yet I can be laddened with chores and responsibilities. Just take your time and try to fit it in no matter how bad, even a 5 mins jumping jacks counts a lot.

B - 1 fried meat + 1 bottle of lacasera

Mid - 1 glass yogurt + 1 piece crackers

Mid - 3 pieces of chocomilo

Mid - 1 avocado pear

Evening - 2 slice bread + 1 tsp butter

Dinner - 2 cups fried/jollof + 3 slices of plantain.

@babs:present ma.followinf silently. Have not been able to do anything for now. Stomach always queasy morning, afternoon, night. Infact have lost about 2kg cos i cant eat well.still counting days

My dears, i just tire to log, been so busy though and won't lie, apart from the dance routine on saturday and sunday, did not do anything monday and tuesday. but was able to exercise, wednessday and thursday, 40 mins of intense cardio each. it was nice, i am beginning to drag on this exercise thingy because of too much stress at work, i will have time soon to go back to my usual level by God's Grace. Still counting my calories and i have not added any weight at all, not reducing much either just inches every now and then. trying to get a flex belt for the remining part of tommy, have done a great job with it so far. So wishing you all a lovely weekend.
