Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by ogazi007(m): 12:54pm On Jun 19, 2009
Villa is superb but i dont really think we need 5.9ft attacker,we assembled many ajeboh already,we need physical and intelligent player like ibra(abracadabra) or torres,he is not for sell though.well,i dont know why barca are given so much attention to madrid and their father chrismas attitude.
we have a winning team and we only need to tinker with the squad a bit and we shall be singing victory songs next season.plenty money wont fetch them success.we will rape them front and back next season.
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by honeric01(m): 6:21pm On Jun 19, 2009
Are there no good striker (younger) we can get from the La liga without breaking the bank? If we are to look for short strikers like Villa, then we should go for Forlan because he's even taller
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by Krayola(m): 10:01pm On Jun 19, 2009
I think we should go for Amauri. what do y'all think?

I concur, Villa's shakara is getting too much while forlan is even there waiting for a bid

I think we can buy Negredo who was on loan in Almeria but back to Madrid or Llorente they will be cheap!
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by eyonigger(m): 9:19am On Jun 20, 2009
You guys can speculate from now till August, but im sure Barca will sign better players to fill up the blank positions.
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by honeric01(m): 10:02am On Jun 20, 2009
Do we really have a vacant position except the LB position? Eto is still there, isn't he? maybe a standby striker. that's all.
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by khanye(m): 10:37am On Jun 20, 2009
Let's take Pavluchenko on loan from Spurs
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by bollingjoe(m): 10:53am On Jun 20, 2009
Barca should think of makin a move 4 tevez and ashley young. Since eto's future is not certain and henry is old ,don't expect him to play all matches. For the left back position i tink clinchy wuld be alrite. If valdes wants to let him go so dat he can pave the way for asenjo
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by ogazi007(m): 11:18am On Jun 20, 2009
Tevez!no way he is not calm,i dont think he will fit in easily to our style of play.
Ashley young fresh, fast but not really skillful.anyway, xavi can make him one of the greatest winger on planet earth.
i will be happy if we can get him.every player wanna play for barca,so we are taking our time to get the most suitable player for every positions that needed to be strenghtening.barca for life
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by Krayola(m): 2:57pm On Jun 20, 2009
We need a real # 9. Someone that will give us aerial presence in the box.  We need more options against those teams that park the bus . . when alves is sending in all those crosses, we need HEIGHT and strength and skill . . I love tevez but the last thing we need is another midget.

Ibra, Amauri,  . . .If only Luca Toni was 3 years younger.

I wont be surprised if we go for Adebayor last minute . . . . I still like the guy . .
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by khanye(m): 3:02pm On Jun 20, 2009
@ Krayola

ADe is a Loser like Badjonson
Fernando Llorente (Athletico Bilbao) or Roman Pavluchenko is ok by me cool
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by Krayola(m): 4:49pm On Jun 20, 2009
I think Ade has lots of potential, and has already shown he can perform when the team plays well. Arsenal were shit last season . . A striker is only as good as the team he plays with. .

BTW

Inter sporting director Marco Branca is in Madrid sitting with Real Madrid peoples. . . word on the streets is Ibra and Maicon being discussed. cry
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by khanye(m): 4:58pm On Jun 20, 2009
Ade is a loser!
he was shit against MAN U. UCL home & away fixtures
i prefer Bojan to him
Yeah Branca is in Madrid discussing about Maicon and Ibra
Maicon is more sure of playing for Crazyrid next season
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by Krayola(m): 5:04pm On Jun 20, 2009
If Madrid are dumb enough to sell Huntelaar then we should grab him. Don't know if they will ever sell to us though. . .But the guy i really want from that team is HIGUAIN!!! dat guy na gangsta!!!
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by khanye(m): 5:16pm On Jun 20, 2009
Higuian scored some great goals last season
but i will prefer a goal poacher like Eto
the answer is HUN-TE-LAAR a.k.a The Goal Hunter wink
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by Krayola(m): 5:44pm On Jun 20, 2009
haha. . Huntelaar is a predator.

Higuain isn't really a striker. I just love the way he plays, we'll probably have to play a different formation if we got him, but I too love the guy. I liked him since his first few games at Madrid under Capello. They guy has tonnes of skill, on top that he is a roughian to the nth degree. He fights for every ball, and sometimes will just appear out of nowhere and score one kind bad-ass goal. I gbadun the guy mehn
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by Krayola(m): 5:56pm On Jun 20, 2009
WHy not Kanoute? He'll be cheap, and is pretty consistent in La Liga of recent. He'll have to leave for the ACN, but I believe we still need a big man for teams the park the bus.

You guys have to remember that we just shit all over la liga this season. Teams are going to play us different next season. Expect lots of teams to pack the defense and play dirty. A big man up front in a MUST. . even if he's not the greatest striker, just some aerial presence for Alves to be aiming for. Actually it would be better if he was someone that won't mind chillin on the bench (should we get Villa or Eto'o stays. . one is bound to happen).

So if we get Mascherano we will have lots of possible combinations for the midfield . . I would love to see Yaya get a run out as CM. Know it probably won't happen, but, that is is original position and he's really good there.
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by khanye(m): 6:27pm On Jun 20, 2009
Kanoute is old
We can get Llorente for a cheap price and also Pav.
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by Krayola(m): 6:34pm On Jun 20, 2009
Bilbao or Villarreal Llorente?

Don't forget this is Barca . . I doubt we're goin to sign some guy from some mid table team to lead our attack (unless of course u're samuel eto'o). We need someone with some name recognition that will move shirts and bring in image money.
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by RuuDie(m): 7:27pm On Jun 20, 2009
I think Barca will really regret putting Eto'o on transfer again!
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by Krayola(m): 7:38pm On Jun 20, 2009
Samuel Eto'o will probably end up @ Manchester city.

BUT, if he ends up at AC Milan, it would be nice to see him and Dinho reunite. I really rooting for Ronaldinho to revive his career. The guy is fukn brilliant

Barcelona Set To Launch €29 Million Bid For Aston Villa’s Ashley Young - Report

Reports that Aston Villa are prepared to sacrifice Ashley Young to bring in two additional players could spark some of Europe’s big clubs into action and Barcelona appear to be the first to react.

The Blaugrana are unwilling to waste any more time chasing Franck Ribery now that other heavyweights such as Real Madrid, Manchester United and Chelsea have joined the mix and they are also reportedly giving up their hunt to recruit Robinho on loan from Manchester City.

According to the Daily Star, the Calatan giants have now turned their attention to the 23-year-old Young and it is believed that a €29.5 million (₤25) could be enough to tempt Villa manager, Martin O’Neill to part with the talented winger.

Barca could have an ace up their sleeve as O’Neill had previously shown an interest in Alexander Hleb, a player who has no future at the Camp Nou, and a part-exchange deal could be the best option for both clubs.

The paper also quoted a Spanish source saying, “Young has been impressive throughout last season with Villa and he is a player that [Pep] Guardiola likes.

“He has been following him for a while now and we hope that he wants to move to Spain and come to a club as big as Barca.

“There has been no contact yet but the club are firming up their plans at the moment.”

Young came close to joining Real Madrid during the January transfer window when Juande Ramos was still in charge at Los Blancos but the excessive asking price forced them to abandon their chase.

Barcelona And Deportivo La Coruna Meet To Discuss Filipe Deal - Report

Barcelona's search for a left-back could be coming to an end, with the club looking to wrap up negotiations for 23-year-old Brazilian Filipe Luis.

According to El Mundo Deportivo, Barca sporting director Txiki Begiristain has arranged a meeting with Augusto Lendoiro, the Deportivo La Coruna president, to arrange a fee.

However, Depor are holding out for €15 million, while Barca are currently only prepared to offer €8 million.

The Blaugrana are still confident that the two clubs will reach a compromise, however, especially as they are prepared to offer some of their fringe players in return. Depor have shown an interest in Pedro, who has stated that he may be looking for a move.

Barcelona and Deportivo have good relations in this regard, with the Catalan club having sold them the likes of Cristian and Joan Verdu in the recent past.

Make dem sign this guy fast jare
