He was given a clearance. Securty clearances do not check weather you qulfied to do your job. That is the fault of the orginisors or to be presis the fault of the company the orginisors hired to provide the servis. Mental health qustions are not part of the qustioner either crimnal record is. So unless those vilonet out bursts led to a crimnal convicstion they would not reflect on a back round check. He was all so unarmened and surrounded by snipers.

your very own country's south african weapons and defence experts have complaints, that the worst imaginable.....swallow it fast and choke
grin

read now you fool of a debtor nation buying submarines that have a half dead battery on credit with bank loans grin

"The SAS Manthatisi, the first of the country's submarines acquired in the multibillion-rand arms deal, has been in the dry dock since 2007 after a series of mishaps, including crashing into a quay and damaging her steering mechanism.

Then a power cable was incorrectly plugged into her shore power-supply system, causing damage. The vessel's propulsion batteries, which cost R35-million, are being replaced.

Arms deal activist Terry Crawford-Browne said the incident was further proof of the folly of the arms deal. "South Africa has not yet paid for these submarines. They are being financed by Commerzbank until 2016, these loans being underwritten by Hermes and German taxpayers," he said.

"This is another example of what happens in arms deals all the time, but it seems to be happening more than most in our deals. We were sold equipment that seems to be of dubious quality, we were sold it at inflated prices because of the bribes that were paid, and the performance of this equipment has been very poor," said Feinstein"

soweto fools, scammed of their hard borrowed cash by white men from europe again grin

Child's play!

We are looking at mass killings in Naai-geria. Not burglary. Naai-geria doesn't even pay attention to the mass killings because this sort of behaviour is part of who they are.

http://www.cnn.com/2013/12/12/world/africa/nigeria-rights-report/

Mass killings largely ignored in 2 Nigerian states, rights group says

(CNN) -- Horrific ethnic and religious violence resulting in "mass murder" and other abuses in two central Nigerian states has largely gone ignored by the authorities, rights group Human Rights Watch said Thursday.
Its report, focused on Plateau and Kaduna states, is based on interviews with more than 180 witnesses and victims of violence as well as police investigators, prosecutors, defense lawyers, judges and community leaders.
Many of the victims, including women and children, Christians and Muslims, "were hacked to death, burned alive, or shot simply based on their ethnic or religious identity," said the report, "Leave Everything to God: Accountability for Inter-Communal Violence in Plateau and Kaduna States, Nigeria."
And a seeming culture of impunity has created a cycle of violence as individuals who find no recourse elsewhere seek retribution for wrongs done to them, it said

"Witnesses came forward to tell their stories, compiled lists of the dead and identified the attackers, but in most cases nothing was done," said Daniel Bekele, Africa director at Human Rights Watch.
"The authorities may have forgotten these killings, but communities haven't. In the absence of justice, residents have resorted to violence to avenge their losses." dot, dot, dot.

Now, who might this person be? shocked

http://dailypost.com.ng/2013/12/12/breaking-boko-haram-leader-shekau-claims-attack-military-vows-bomb-america/

Boko Haram spiritual leader, Abubakar Shekau, has claimed responsibility for December 2 attacks on military formations, Daily Trust has reported.

Shekau, who spoke in Arabic, Hausa and Kanuri in a 40 minutes recorded video, rejoiced over the successful attack on Nigerian forces and vowed to extend the “crusade” to the shores of the United States of America.

The sect had attacked the 79 Composite Group of the Nigerian Air Force in Maiduguri, destroying five aircrafts and buildings. It also bombed the 333 Artillery Regiment in Maiduguri, destroying structures and vehicles.

Although the Nigerian Army claimed that 25 insurgents were killed that day, Shekau in the new video rubbished the claim, saying seven of his men died. He also claimed that “many soldiers” lost their lives.

In the video, Shekau said, “This message is intended as a glad tiding. Allah the Almighty has given us victory in the attack we launched inside Maiduguri (which was) called Borno in ancient times.

“We stormed the city and fought them (and) Allah blessed us with lots of booty. Three of our men carried out suicide bombings, three of our men died from bullets, one of them died from friendly fire and not from your bullet. May Allah accept them as Martyrs and may we attain such honour.

“Useless, stupid America! If you could do anything you would have done it in your country. Vagabond. You are boasting you are going to join force with Nigeria to crush us, bloody liars. You couldn’t crush us when we were carrying sticks. Is it today when we storm your barracks and commandeered your things one after the other?

“By Allah, we will never stop. Don’t think we will stop in Maiduguri, tomorrow you will see us in America. Our operation is not confined to Nigeria, it is for the whole world

Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by CraigB: 9:55am On Dec 13, 2013
It also shows a display of weapons the banned Islamist group says it seized in the attack, including dozens of Kalashnikovs and rockets. cry

Boko Haram’s leader said in a video obtained by AFP on Thursday that the group was behind a daring raid on military installations in the north Nigerian city of Maiduguri earlier this month.

“Allah the Almighty has given us victory in the attack we launched inside Maiduguri (which was) called Borno in ancient times,” said Abubakar Shekau in a 40-minute clip.
