Labour should be more concerned with increasing per capita which by extension would lead to reduce un and under employment . Fg can agree to 300k and just print money to pay. The Zimbabwe and Venezuela situation would be child's play.

We all saw this coming. After all, N62,000 is higher than N60,000. Isn't it?
Shebi it was National Grid they shut down before. This time around, dem go kuku disconnect all the electric poles join. Let's see how this movie would eventually play out.

On a more serious note, NLC should make more pressing demands beyond minimum wage that affects the entirety of the Nigerian population, not just the civil servants and salary earners. How about insisting on government tackling the inflation rates and high cost of living, price regulation of goods and services, reducing the electricity tariffs, creating enabling policies for business owners and ensuring the welfare of every Nigerian.
That's a good idea!
However, the moment organised labour start doing that, the presidency will ask them to pick up a presidential form from a party and contest against them!
The worst part is that some people will join them in attacking labour claiming labour is leaving their primary duties and getting involved in politics!

How many of your private employees were you able to pay the last Naira 65,000 minimum wage FG paid to NLC for 6 months beginning in September of 2023? The NLC is currently agitating for government workers. This is yet about the private sector. undecided

Can everyone now see that labour only used their initial offers as a negotiation to get what they want?
From 612k to 250k
Now FG should end this annoying addition of 2k and 3k by officially making it 100k so that we can focus on better things!

I hope the president had already thought of repercussions before he said Subsidy is gone . If he removed Subsidy from fuel he must surely aware that he would pay the money realised from subsidy removed in another area like salary , and other areas.

He removed Subsidy but he did not wanted to increase salary where are they doing such. He had forgotten that by removing subsidy he had he had automatically increase the daily spending of Nigerians and Nigerians are going to collect that money in another aspects. FG should face the problem they instigated.

We are expecting the fuel to come down to #150 per liter president . Without that nothing can pleased us for the hardship we are facing because of your actions

I don't know why you guys are so dump, federal government can pay 250k if they want to but they need to put state governors in consideration before approving such amount, and can't you see the news on nairaland.com here that governors forum declined the 60k wages, so this is not federal government problem again, let pressure our state governors to do the needful

And of basic salary is been increased by 32% then
Rent allowance will increase by 32%
Furniture will increase by 32%
Transportation will increase by 32%
Wardrobe will increase by 42%
All the allowances will increase by 32%
Including leave bonus.
So from level 1 will earn nothing less than 110k to 130k a month

Labour lost it the moment they agreed to suspend the strike. The government is a criminal government headed by a drug lord mafia.

They have successfully broken the Labour, next will be to use the courts, religious and ethnic propaganda if the organised Labour tries to go back to strike.

Nigerians deserve the kind of leaders we (s)elect.
and now, they have approved 300% increase in the monthly pay of the Judiciary officers

Your second paragraph is good on paper, but it's actually beyond the scope of labour. Don't forget Obj took them to court of this issue, and I believe he won.
