@Omokemesi, I know well that you are just a patentee and not an agent of comandclem but I must advice that u defend comandclem with caution because I have discovered a lot of inconsistencies with this company comandclem. Mobil is not saint either.

No matter what the enemy camp throw at Comandclem. We remain unshakable. Is it enough for you to rejoice that EFCC was bribed to arrest the King?

Saibuhari, watch your back. Your statements are aggresive and defaming. You have to think twice on what you were paid to do here and do it wisely. You should know the dangers of your utterances. You are not invisible. Scores of patentees know who you are. Be careful.

If i had a Billion Naira, i'd invest again and again in CCNL. In no way must we let evil prevail. Flesh and Blood, whatever it takes, i will give for justice.
The crippled & Currupt EFCC never thought it worthwile to make a difference in our failing country but are quick and agile at the sight of Mobils Dollars. Blood Money!

It is obvious. Comandclem is being oppressed. This aggression is only a kick by the dying party. Gasping for breath as life is choked from them. We have dealt heavily with them at the court. Rather than accept defeat, they remain sturborn. Anyway, the king will be out....

SHOCKING REVELATION

EFCC bribed to Kill the King! Coming Soon

Am back... Back to uphold my unblinkable support and solidarity for Comandclem and Prof. Uwemedimo. Its just that some people come here and brag about themselves and even accuse some innocent patentees of envying them, which kept annoying and pissing me, maybe that's why I had to keep off. The fact remains that I cant fold my hands and keep mute while injustice is melted on a just Nigerian. Whether I am able to reap someday for investing as a patentee in Comandclem or not, doesnt mean I should be shying away from my responsibility as a Pro-New Nigeria fighter. The present day is Nigeria is characterised by injustices and corruptions. These ugly twin sisters are one dual evil and catapilers that is eating deep the fabric of our dear country, Nigeria. The most painful and disheartening part is that they are now been spearheaded by the main people that should be fighting and nailing these ugly duo and those caught indulging in them. Most time I wonder what hope is left for Nigeria as a Nation and Nigerians as a people, when the Judiciary and the supposed crime fighters are now the ones in frontline of corruption and injustice practises. It is also disheartening and painful that the Nigerian Youths that should be saying 'No!' to these ugly duo namely injustice and corruption, are the ones used in aiding and promoting them because of the selfish gains attached to it. Now, where is the hope for a New Nigeria going to come from, if our youths are soiling their hands too?
I still believe in a New Nigeria, and it's possible and begins with you and I. it's not over until it is over... Arise O' sleeping giant, Nigeria!

God Bless Nigeria!
God Bless Comandclem!
God Bless Prof. Uwemedimo!

AN OVERVIEW OF A RECENTLY DECIDED CASE ON PATENT RIGHT INFRINGEMENT IN NIGERIA
‘INEC CAN’T USE PATENTED BOXES FOR EDO POLL’
An Abuja Federal High Court on Tuesday declared that the deployment of the collapsible transparent ballot boxes used for the 2011 general elections by Independent National Electoral Commission without the consent of the owner of the patent to the boxes was illegal.
In its judgment in a suit filed by an indigenous company, Bedding Holdings Limited, challenging the use of the boxes for the election, the court presided by Justice Adamu Bello, also barred INEC from using the said ballot boxes for subsequent polls, including the July 14 governorship election in Edo State, without first seeking the approval of the patent owner.
The plaintiff had told the court that it had subsisting exclusive and bonafide patent to the collapsible transparent boxes used by INEC for the conduct of the 2011 polls, and that the electoral body failed to recognize its rights.
Bedding Holdings which specializes in general fabrication and manufacture of metal products, maintained that the collapsible transparent Ballot Boxes were among many of its innovations, which were registered with exclusive patent right issued to it by the Registrar of Patents in the Federal Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
The plaintiff, through its lawyer, Mr. John Okoriko, told the court that INEC had through fraudulent and falsely contrived documents, obtained the ratification of the FEC for the award of the contract for 150,000 units of the collapsible transparent ballot boxes without its prior consent, licence and authority, being the rightful owner of the of the patent and copyright design.
As a result, the plaintiff had urged the court to hold that the contract as well as the use of the boxes in utter disregard to the plaintiff’s patent rights was contrary to the provisions of Section 6 (1), 19 and 25 of the Patent and Design Act, Cap P2 LFN, 2004.
Delivering judgment in the matter, Bello upheld the claims of the plaintiff and also declared illegal a parallel patent issued to EMCHAI Ltd. for Envopak Ballot Boxes purportedly by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in 2006.

COURT DECLARES INEC BALLOT BOXES CONTRACT ILLEGAL
Decrease font-enlarge font
A Federal High Court, Abuja, yesterday declared the contract awarded for the supply of collapsible transparent ballot boxes to EMCHAI Limited by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as illegal, null and void.
Justice Adamu Bello said the company does not have the patent right over the product, as insinuated.
He said the plaintiff, Bedding Holdings Limited, has proved that it owns the original patent right issued to it by the Registrar of Patents in the Federal Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
His decision fol;lowed the failure of the defendants to enter defense in the suit, despite being served through substituted means.
The defendants are: The Registrar of Patents, Federal Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Emchai, Tambco United Limited, Anowat Project and Resources Limited, the Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, INEC and its Chairman, Prof. Attahiru Jega.
Justice Bello struck out the name of the Justice Minister as the fifth defendant to the suit on the grounds that his office was not affected by the reliefs the plaintiff was seeking.
The judge held that the affidavit evidence and facts adduced to by the plaintiff are deemed admissible since they were not controverted by the defendants.
He also held that the patent right of the plaintiff on the ballot boxes took priority for and over the subsequent registration issued to EMCHAI.
Justice Bello said: “Any action or actions whatsoever and howsoever taken or purported to have been taken by the defendants relating to the said products without the prior and express leniency, consent, authority and/or approval of the plaintiff is unconstitutional, illegal, unlawful and is therefore null and void.”
He barred the defendants and any other person from infringing on the exclusive rights of the plaintiff over the patent and designs.
The plaintiff had approached the court, saying it had subsisting exclusive and bona fide patent right to the collapsible transparent boxes used by the INEC for the conduct of last year’s polls.
Bedding Holdings, which specializes in general fabrication and manufacture of steel metal products, said the collapsible transparent ballot boxes were among many of its innovations that were duly registered with exclusive patent right issued to it by the Registrar of Patents in the Federal Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
The certificate of registration of the patent right number RP 12994 and registration of industrial designs rights number RD 5946 on the boxes were issued by the ministry to the plaintiff on January 12, 1998, for five years.
It was renewed and extended till January 12, 2003 and extended again till January 12, 2008, to expire in 2013.
The plaintiff accused INEC of violating its rights by failing to seek its approval and consent before awarding the contract for the procurement of the boxes, used in last year’s general elections.

SUMMARY
(1) The consent of an inventor must be obtained before anybody can make use of his patented invention. In case of CCNL versus Mobil Oil, where is the license issued by THE KING to Mobil to use anti-corrosive special paint?
(2) CCNL is the first to invent and the first to file patent documents with the appropriate statutory regulatory authority (Ministry of Commerce and Industry). Mobil Oil only infringed.
(3) Only the company that invents has the statutory right to issue licenses to other companies to manufacture, store and use the patented invention in question.

@ Godsayes, i hope you remember it's in the bible that you should watch and pray. It's not pray only. The aspect of watch is what mobil and efcc should know, that the king must not be treated the way MKO Abiola was treated. We Nigerians sometime believe so much in God that we remain inactive in some important aspects. I drum it again here ''NOTHING MUST HAPPEN TO THE KING''.

Peace

Saibuhari is back. Saibuhari has been busy with official matters more important than comandclem and its criminal agents. But who are the people threatening fire and brimstone in my absence? Newken? No, his is ranting of a rat. Saibuhari cannot be intimidated. Saibuhari contributed his humble quota in fighting Military junta led by Abacha, who then is Newken (sorry Yusuf), or Airmak? These are nonentities enveloped by unrivaled obscurity. Imagine people of low lives threatening saibuhari when comandclem their employer attempted saibuhari and surrendered. I dey laugh in Ndokwa.

@Omokemesi,
You are agent of comandclem. You cant wash that away. If you have repented from your criminal activities at comandclem, make a public confession. Saibuhari and his friends have large heart enough to forgive your criminality with comandclem. As per the threatening calls you claim to receive. Well, you are not the only criminal around. Afterall bigger criminals are walking the streets of nigeria as freemen. Bankole, Patricia Etteh, Alams, Ohakim, Igbinedion, etc are all free men - nobody is molesting or threatening them. Compared to them, you are a lesser criminal. So why should anyone threaten you. You see, your story of receiving threatening calls cannot be true. Look well, may be comandclem people are after you for allowing saibuhari to rubbish you and comandclem.
Re: Comandclem Registered Patentees Assembly by saibuhari(m): 11:14pm On Jun 12, 2012
Comandclem apologist. Relax. Nothing will happen to your fake king. The nigeria state has friendly laws. Your king's offence is not punishable by death. For sure he is going to be guest of Kirikiri Maximum prison which is a fortified accommodation for a person of your king's status. Our laws make it possible for him to be kept away from the rest of you who may want to lynch him for defrauding you. The state will feed him free of charge with balanced diet of undone beans. He will be opportuned to eat 3 square meals. For long he wont spend kobo buying food or water or paying for accommodation. All of those will be burden of the nigerian state. He will be priviledge to sleep on mat, socialise with other inmates and...
