Common sense isnt common here. This is total bullshit. What's with these Nigerian government. Were they blind when they were building houses and erecting structures. That means the country doesn't have an organized rule of operations in monitoring housing affairs. Too bad some houses would soon go down and some people rendered homeless but those ain't enough excuse to allow illegal structures and encroachment. It must only serve as reminder for everyone to do the right things whilst going into any endeavours, especially land procurement and house erection. |
