Did you mean "Tweak"? or Tweet?... I never heard any "tweet" improve network connection. But I knew tweaks that enhance Wifi reception.

If you mean "tweak", then search for Wifi-booster on Cydia.

On App that improve battery life: Buy BattSaver on Cydia, but understand how it works before you go for it. Also, learn to Kill your running background application to improve your phone battery life.

I wouldnt know what the problem is. I ve been experiencing the same failure on my iphone too. Personally thought it was a jailbreak issue on my phone.
All the same am still enjoying it using my bb as a modem. lol

I was having issues with my Iphone 3Gs as the phone kept tripping off. I changed the battery and it is now stable. But My battery percentage is not working well. It stays on what ever it is last charged to, untill the battery runs flat. Any ideas on how I can get the Battery percentage working well again?

Yes it's safe. Make sure you use the custom restore option.

You need 6.0 firmware to fix recovery. So download it before you start the process.

Even wen u use chip on 4S, u don av a problem restarting it. Try different sim on it. If u can call wirh d sims. Its unlocked

If it happen when the battery level is above 20%, plug the phone to charger and do reset as instructed by Tuma.
If phone went blank again after disconnecting charger, then I'm sure it is not battery but hardware fault on the boot-sector of your iPhone4 mother-board. This problem is common to iPhone4 only... it seem to be a manufacturer defect on some particular batch of iPhone 4. Use google to find out more on iPhone 4 dead sleep issue.

The likely solution will be to change the motherboard, which is like getting a new iPhone. I had same experience with iPhone-4
