Ramires is a good option to balance this effect however Ramires is a counterattack-only player and would not blend if these guys try to play football in the opponents half. Methinks Roman and Emenalo are making signings with the mind that Ramires will be one of the two central midfielders. They'll be in for a big surprise to find that the practicalities of keeping the team-shape solid may force the new manager to play Ramires as a winger to balance the weakness of Hazard and Mata, and for the simple reason that Ramires is poor in central midfield play.
