There are some things I will like to more of it in my Enugu. LOVELY FLOWERS, lots and lots of it. Landlords in Enugu are trying, but I will love to see more flowers planted and groomed to make our city a really beautiful place. Greening is an important message. It's a cost effective way to improve the the way a place looks, improve individuals well-being and absorb pollution. I also believe that we should also look abroad for plants to add to our verity at home.

I have always had this dream to buy a huge land somewhere in Nigeria to create a park on which i would plant as much verity of fruit trees from around the world that would tolerate the Nigerians condition. I'd call it obliviously Fruit Park. So there's an idea freely given.

Building a house in Ebonyi and so busy, I dont even know when this project will let me have some days off.

Thanks, you dont need a degree at all to do what I am doing. My only regret was going to pick up a university degree instead of using the funds to buy another cheap land somewhere Spyder is a private real estate investor who has been using his salary to pick up cheap lands in Enugu for the better part of 15 years. I just branched into contract building from last year and people who met me online has been giving me a lot of buildings to construct. I have architects and young graduate engineers in my team and together, we are handling jobs across the eastern part of Nigeria. You can see the property section, I have about 7 construction sites there and about 6 threads handling different aspects of building.

We are just starting, my company is at its formative stage and we are very ambitious. PERFECTION IS OUR GOAL, EXCELLENCE WILL BE TOLERATED.

.......and the kiddies in Enugu are going to enjoy some democracy dividends

Why would you abuse him like these? Enugu and Imo, are they not igbo nation? Why would you discriminate? Probably, you are from imo state, and you think that is better than any other south eastern state but note that that believe and feeling will destroy the unity of ndi igbo. Ppl like you cause confusion. You need to change that spirit in you that makes you think that your state or area is the best. All are igbo nation and belongs to us. Daalu, just develop a passion for something, stand up and make inquiries about any field that interests and excite you. Read about it and discuss it with like minded friends. Draw a plan and start participating in the field, even if you are doing so free of charge. Humble yourself and be slow to anger or quarrel. Be strong in the face of difficult work, always be the last man standing after a hard day's work, under sun or rain. Hardwork never killed anyone. Lol

Above all be very very honest, build a reputation for honesty and make sure you are noted to be the most trustworthy person around wherever you are. Delay gratification, invest every gain you make and move on, you will rise faster than you can even imagine. Pray always.
