Hi mynd, I bin wondering how does one write a romance scene acceptable for the literary section. I ask dis cos I've come across a few scenes which are quite eyebrow raising here but were not hidden, namely: https://www.nairaland.com/1189817/nairaland-writers-collaboration/1#15213763 also on iyawo nylon bag. I'm not accusing you of being biased o, I just want to know what am doing or writing in my own scenes dat causes my post to be hidden. |

Cos I still advocate that romance be allowed in romance stories. rule no. 4 says. 4. Discussions of the art of love-making should be restricted to the hidden sexuality section. its talking bout discussions not literary works, u guys shld really look into it. thanks. |

Your views are noted ma'am but if this section is to be rated, it will be "G" which makes it suitable for all ages and we don't want to expose our younger viewers to explicit materials. A lot of these romantic words might seem meaningless to you as an adult but I have a little question "If you have a 7 year old daughter, who uses the internet, you would monitor her browsing history cos she is a minor right? Would you like it if she starts reading sexualy explicit materials in the name of literature? The sexuality section was created so that explicit works can be posted there without needless censorship and that's what the policy was built on. 1 Like |
