To stop this I think a thorough investigation should be carried out to find out what could be the cause of the problem. No sane person would just wake up and decide to plan an attack on innocent security personnels on duty. In most cases something must have triggered such action.

Exactly

The guy already was moving outside why drag and push him again...

That push from the student was a defensive impulse as the extra drag from the lecturer was now becoming more of a threat to him

The lecturer over did here...

Very wrong move from the lecturer

Indiscipline, bullying and provocation all in one.
Excellent analysis.

The moment you make the effort to arm your community for self-defence, that's when you will realise that Nigerian security is really working.

You are on point!
Farmers also sell portions or all of their maize farm to cattle farmers at this stage. Some do so when they need money while others see it to be more profitable with less stress.

Look closely, he’s cutting a portion.

God bless you, bro.

I don't believe every video I see on the internet nowadays since I realized that people edit videos to suit their own agenda. Some to seek sympathy, some to incite hatred against another etc.

The restaurant did the right thing. You can't advertise your business inside another person's business.

Hustle for your own customers and stop trying to steal the customers of another business.
Hahaha.. na wa for you oo. But she is paying it's not for free.
Politics / Re: Military Promises To Retaliate Killing Of 5 Soldiers In Aba by akyus(m): 8:13pm On May 31
Retaliation could provide some consolation but it doesn't bring back the soldiers instead it exposes more soldiers to risk. I expect the army to be pushing for legislative amendments that would give them an edge when embarking on this kind of engagements.
Politics / Re: Sit-At-Home: Soldiers Killed In Aba As IPOB Militants Run Wild In Abia by akyus(m): 7:37pm On May 31
It pains me deeply whenever I hear about the death of military personnel. And it even pains me more when I don't see efforts in place to forestall future occurrences. May the souls of the murdered soldiers rest in peace and may God grant their families the fortitude to bear the loss.

The school should step in and crosscheck the scripts against those of other students who passed that same course.

I have to add that the NUC is too relaxed. By now they should have a guideline to prevent and expose such wicked practices.
It's very sad but the practice isn't going on only in the universities. Most Polytechnics and tertiary institutions have a lecturer who decides the faith of students. And nobody checks them.

Oga wetin we need na to straighten and fully empower and increase our security agencies and properly spread them in all parts of the country. If u can remember how it was under abacha, babangida. Security dey every where, and we had very strong secret police, among civilians it was such that robberies and similar vices were unheard of. Infact, them no born any idiot well to rob you for road with gun. In one or two situations of robbery, arson, emergency was declared and culprits were caught, and publicly executed. Yes, firearm crimes were public executions for the perpetrators till abacha death
I have said this a several times. One major difference between the soldier and a civilian is the weapons. And as long as the government keeps treating firearm crimes with kid gloves the crime will keep increasing.

Business / Re: What’s The Biggest Lesson Being Broke Has Taught You by akyus(m): 9:56am On Apr 24
Being broke is not funny. Be prudent with the resources God has blessed with if are yet to experience brokenness. To those already experiencing it, help might come from somewhere but never expect help. You got yourself in and it's only you who can get you out. Imagine opening up to someone and they promise to help only to give you an amount that you can dash out even in your broke condition. You have no option you must show appreciation. Else they say you're ungrateful and have a sense of entitlement.

What if you are involved in an accident, and people just stood by watching you languishing in pain. Suffice to say, there is nothing wrong with that, since you didn't pay them to aid you.
In this case it wasn't an accident.

I think it's all your fault so stop blaming your co-tenants. In any environment you find yourself try and study the attitude of the people living there. I learnt some lessons about my compound during the time I was coming for inspection. The agent who happens to be the landlord's brother had to knock on the gate with no response and we did that for about 2 weeks. He told me that's the attitude of people in the compound. The person who just packed out left with the gate keys so the remaining tenants decided to change it. Now that I have packed in even if it's something I want to throw outside I always make sure I carry my keys. In your own case, it was even a female friend who visited and you still get the mind carry boxer and singlet comot.

What’s the IG’s personal issue in this matter?

The woman didn’t criticise constructively though.

Why place her on watch list as if she committed a crime against the state.
Hi
They can’t place kidnappers and thief thief politicians on watch list oo, when it comes to ordinary citizens they will spread like butter on top bread
The woman was granted bail after apologizing. She jumped bail and all efforts by the man who bailed to reach her were useless. She went into hiding accusing the police of forcing her to apologize.
