I pray Chidimma wins , so that she can embarass that xenophobic country on the world stage.

It would be very fitting if she goes to the Miss Universe stage, and speak against xenophobia.

The IGR state has carried their gbese mentality to affect Nigeria.

If those jets are seized , ogun state federal allocations should be withheld until it has covered the cost of the jets.

It is not enough for tinubu to lose in 2027.

He needs to lose with a Landslide.

It has been two weeks now since 19 persons including 6 officers were gruesomely killed in South East, Peter Obi hasn't seen any reason to react to that but the event in France is more important to the a.gulu cl.own.

😂
I don't understand.

Is obi the commander -in-chief of the armed forces sworn to protect lives and properties of Nigerians?

Okay, let assume he reacted to the insecurity in the east which he has done many times.

Who do you think bares the responsibility of bringing security to the east?

Did you drink milk as a baby?

Dem just carry Allen avenue olosho come show.

I don't think any normal average girl would come to a TV show and have sex with a stranger she just met.

Even if not for the fact he is a stranger, but the fact that this is a TV show is enough to stop a normal girl, regardless of konji.

No regard to her future, nothing.

Na full olosho dey do like that.

Travel / Re: Japa: Tinubu Approves Policy To Retain Medical Experts Within Nigeria by CSTRR: 5:41am On Aug 14
While Peter obi is looking at in the opposite direction.

Allow our medical professionals access global opportunities which would serve as a potential source of foreign remittance for Nigeria, while investing more in training of medical professionals to replace those that left.

If you are a medical professional, nobody needs to tell you who to vote for to further your own interests, unless you are an idiot.

Politics / Re: A Troubling Trend: Nigeria's FDI Inflow Decline Since 2015 by CSTRR: 4:21pm On Aug 13
As at 2014, Nigeria was the 3rd fastest growing economy in the world.

Foreign Investments were pouring into Lagos and Ogun.

They actually thought it was the economic brilliance of their governors, not knowing that it was the wizardry of Ngozi Okonjo Iweala and her crew at the macroeconomic level..

Now the investments have dried up.

Ikumapkayi:

Criticizing Buhari's administrations and that of Tinubu without acknowledging the unique challenges they faced, such as fluctuating global oil prices, insurgencies, or global economic downturns, misses the broader picture. Each administration has had to navigate its own set of difficulties, and while comparisons can be made, they should be rooted in an understanding of the different circumstances each leader faced.

Saying "if you don't have it, you don't have it" oversimplifies the complexities of governance and economic management. It’s not just about having resources; it’s about how those resources are managed, distributed, and invested in the future of the nation. Every leader’s tenure needs to be evaluated based on a wide range of economic indicators and the broader impact on the populace.
There is no broader pictuire.
What you have is massive misgovernmnent.

Buhari came in, shut the border for years which resulted in massive inflation in goods and food prices.
Is that not a self-inflicted challenge?

What of oil theft and the failure to stop it? Do we blame the devil too?

Tinubu came in, and on his first day announced stupidly that subsidy has ended, and the economy reacted.
Who do we blame for that?

Who do we blame for the nepotism that has resulted in square pegs in round holes churning out terrible economic policies.?

Is it a coincidence that the two most performing presidents since 1999 had their cabinets dominated by people from a different ethnic from theirs, while the two worst presidents(tinubu and buhari) are exactly the opposite?

Unlike your father supporting tinubu for ethnic reasons without any benefit, igbos support what will benefit them economically.

You are a paid agent! You rolled out statistics without providing the context. The gullible were also commenting castigating the APC forgetting that FDI inflow was high then because oil sold for over $100 per barrel hence making Nigeria a soft spot for FDI. Secondly it was those early years of GSM and internet revolution. Keep spewing old thrash to appease your pay master.
The Russia-ukraine war started under buhari, pushing oil prices to record levels.

How did that reflected in the standard of living of Nigerians?

President Obasanjo faced one of the lowest oil prices in history. Oil prices Lower than that of buhari and even tinubu.
Look at his economic performances and the savings he did.

If you don't have it, you don't have it.

Politics / Re: Edo Refinery Laments NNPCl’s Failure To Supply Crude Oil For Production by CSTRR: 6:01am On Aug 12
Nigeria's export of oil is not the problem.

The problem is that we have idiots and traitors in the helm of power.

OPEC quota only covers exports.
It does not determine how much crude you can supply to your local markets.

There is no cap on how much crude you can supply to your local refineries.

There is nothing stopping us from exporting our maximum quota and still extracting more crude for local production.

The only thing stopping us is corruption, oil theft and high level inefficiency.

Saudi Arabia exports its full OPEC quota and still generates extra crude for local production.
