well i guess you are right parislomo am the rebound girl, my eyes don open. i can't believe i fell for this. just saw another text message where he was telling her they had true love and he will always cherish what they had together and he talked of the probably of them getting together. so what we had was never true love? well i guess i have to move on like what most people said. i do not need to confront him about anything, i hate the fact that he can't even tell his ex that he has a gf already. well i do not think i can trust any guy right now. this is really disappointing with all that she has done, if it were me will he give me the second chance i guess not.

it really is a sad situation, if ur goin to leave him,let him knw why ur doin so and give him a chance to explain, in case he's just tryin to get a revenge frm her. undecided

however, if in fact he's really goin bac to her,let him go and dnt even bother fightin him cos he's not worth it anyway. angry

bt pls watever happens, just knw that all guys arent d same, lots of good ones out there, dnt let one bastard convince u otherwise.
pray for d grace to meet a guy who really loves u, no one should be alone, no one!

Romance / Re: Can Long Distance Relationships Really Work Out? by dramaquin: 10:21am On Nov 19, 2009
@ poster, since its a long distance relationship, you both have to put in double the efforts of a normal relationship.

my own relationship has been long distance for the past 2mths and few wks(and its been, really diificult adjusting)
good thing tho, we knew and loved each other for over a yr b4 d distance.and i knw it'll just make our hearts fonder!

whichever way it happens tho, u do need much more than love to survive any relationship.
there shld be trust, patience, tolerance, understandin, respect, etc!try to make d distance wok for u,not against u!

it'll wok out jor!no fears cheesy

if she does it again, give her sometime to GO BE WIT D BLOODY EX! angry
or maybe u shld start comparing her wit ur ex too cool
Romance / Re: Can U Accept Her Back Irrespective Of Her Infidelity by dramaquin: 8:12pm On Nov 15, 2009
~Sauron~:

By natural order, it is easier for a man to cheat than a woman.
It takes EVERYTHING for a woman to go down in that manner cos she musta thunk it through before proceeding.
Women don't cheat by accident like MEN so i stand by my words that a cheating woman CAN poison her husband.

Tsk Tsk!!!

in recent times, its becomin easier and easier for women to unfaithful, without emotions atttached.yeah now a woman can cheat with someone who means NOTHING to her!so this whole poisonin issue, so not true!

@poster, am sorry abt ur pain.bt its up to u to find out if she reallly really loves u and if u can forgive her and move past this.

private schools all d way o,if u'll be educating them in naija

however, its not enuf to just say private sch o!cos private get class now, some r even worse than them public schs.

if u cant afford d really good ones, then pls stick to d likes of QC, KC or military schs.for real o!they aint so bad, i went to navy(real good)

then again PLS START SAVING TODAY!whether married or not and remember, primary sch's d most important.d foundation!spare no expenses!

for me o!in my serious r/ships,my bf's my best friend.
so all this issue of havin a best friend from d past?, NEVER!!!!
ur cousin shld express her worries to d guy, undecided
if it doesnt werk(he doesnt do anything abt it)then like someone said here, she shld also get a male best friend cheesy
then lets see how d guy feels abt that.(hope it doesnt backfire tho)
last option?confront d so-called 'best friend'(pls dnt quote me) tongue
final final option, concentrate on d trust u have for him, be nice to her, make her feel jealous too!

Romance / Re: I Am Going To Have A Nervous Breakdown by dramaquin: 3:09pm On Oct 28, 2009
"if i get over this, i have learnt a very valuable lesson that i am going to hold on to.

maybe he never fully knew how much i was into him, but i did try my very best to let him know that i was madly in love with him.

on his first visit to see me here, i knelt down with my two knees on the floor at heathrow airport . . . . yes, jampacked heathrow, in appreciation of all he has done for me.

i have been loving, faithful, caring,  respectful to him and excellent in the bedroom as well.

really, am confused."

i dnt knw how to quote posts yet so av just added quotation marks,

wat i'll say is i once loved a guy who i tot i cud neva live without, bt today am without him and am a much better person in diff ways.he knew how much i loved him and still hurt me, sometimes u can be d best and shit still happens for wateva reason,
am not sayin he wont be bac or u shld leave him,bt just knw that ur happiness lies in ur hands.noone can do that better than u, concentrate on bein a stonger, more independent person, improve urself.let bein happy be ur goal
Family / Re: 15k Housekeeping Allowance For A Month.is It Ok by dramaquin: 12:06pm On Oct 28, 2009
wateva happend to "wat's urs is mine", or am i old old fashioned?
me am a believer that a family shld have joint account sef so all these issues dnt come up.
however, if u dnt have a joint account then simply keep contributing cos he's UR husband and its UR baby and URself (in otherwords, its U)we're talkin about here. so if he doesnt appreciate it, appreciate it urself or u can tell ur son to appreciate it grin tongue(ok thats too funny)
he just maynot wonna admit that he doesnt give u enuf, thats where u get to understand he's a man wit his EGO(d imaginary friend) wink cheesy
Romance / Re: I Am Going To Have A Nervous Breakdown by dramaquin: 11:30am On Oct 28, 2009
hmmm please dnt let anythin affect u to this point ever again!try to be in full control of ur emotions(esp ur happiness)
one single person shldnt have so much power over u! angry
anyway i think u shld also ignore him, u've tried ur best, since u say he also loves u then he'll come bac to u if he wants to.
try to distract urself, take ur mind off d whole issue, make urself happy! cheesy
all these things av said will be oh so difficult bt am tellin u, u will mosdef survive it!
Family / Re: 15k Housekeeping Allowance For A Month.is It Ok by dramaquin: 9:39pm On Oct 27, 2009
really pple, read topics well b4 u comment. undecided
15k may or may not be enuf bt i dnt tink thats d real issue here,
IMO, its not a prob for a woman to contribute to house upkeep and all with or without appreciaiton (this doesnt mean she shldnt be appreciated o!)
bt its her family na, sacrifices shld be made without complaint, embarassed
am pretty sure she doesnt handle quite as much as he does.so wats an extra 15k from u since u wok
bottomline, accept ur hubby as he is, if u cant change him (men and their big big egos)
and pls dnt let d negative comments here influence u(half of them are from single ladies/gentlemen) cool

hey girl,i knw u probab feel like mayb if u dnt go then u'll lose him or sth, fact is, wats urs shall be urs, no 2ways abt it!my advice? pls dnt go all d way 2 d east 2visit a guy u've neva met b4!too many risks involved!
if he's soooo broke, let him boro then u'll re-imburse him or beta still, let him chill till he recovers financially.try not to beliv he got d flat cos of u, its simply NOT TRUE!!!!!
abt findin out if he's a 2-timing bastard, goin there wont help, or will u sit on his head? u jst have to trust him on that one
