Hie all my dear friends I'm new to nairaland forum but my problem is same as you all I applied spouse visa in april 2013 from Mumbai and was refused 25 June 2013 stating that I do not have English requirement proof I did appear for pte academics after that and passes exam at B2 level and verified my all diploma and degree certificate through naric UK and its comparable to British level in name of god ........I appealed in July and got determination letter in September stating that ECM has given time till 24jan 2014 for review
Dear all its 10 week going but no response from them my solicitor told it won't go to court but exercise patience I did mailed to BHC in Mumbai ane they gave me call and soar that its still under review so I have to wait really really really tensed about it its been 2yrs for my marriage and we are staying apart from each other ......
