Politics / Re: Bakare: There Will Be No Election In 2015 by Giditinz(m): 4:06pm On Jan 14, 2013
This is what you get when pastors turn into politicians. Instead of preaching the word of God and converting souls, they start pontificating about political issues from the pulpit. With all due respect, Pastors, please truly save souls and every-other thing will be added to Nigerians! Come 2015, we will all troop out en-mass to exercise our franchise; and no prophet or prophetess in the name of prophecies will deny us our God given rights. One Love One Nigeria!!!

Politics / Re: Governor Chime In London Hospital With Heart Disease - SaharaReporters by Giditinz(m): 9:02am On Jan 14, 2013
The best we can do for the governor at this point is to pray for his speedy recovery instead of raising unnecessary dust over his person.
Politics / Re: Same-sex Marriage Ban : Right To Private Life Law May Cancel Out Bill by Giditinz(m): 5:11pm On Jan 11, 2013
It's easy to write and talk about "right to private life" without giving much thought to it. The point is that the number three man of the country has come out publicly to the defend Nigeria and protect Nigerians from the false values projected by westerners - An issue that many have shyed away from. "Same-sex", don't bother putting "marriage" next to it cos it doesn't fit the picture, is anti-human, anti-life, anti-family, anti-procreation, anti-happiness. We are signatory to the African Charter on Human and Peoples Rights and also a member of the United Nations but that does not in any way translate to discriminating based on gender and sexual orientation when we pass laws that protect our cherished values. Perhaps we should start this discussion from our villages telling the elders and village heads about the need to give their sons and daughters to other same-sex partners in other to realise the gravity and appreciate tne sanctity and dignity of true marriage (man+woman). Their is nothing private about family life and the way it is lived that has no public bearing. Nigerians and Nairalanders, Please let's unite and protect our God given laws, written in our hearts and ordained in nature from eroding western influences. for more on subjects like this visit: http://mercatornet.com/
Politics / Re: Why Would A UNIBEN Professor Lie? by Giditinz(m): 4:04pm On Jan 11, 2013
Why would a lecturer of a respected university such as Uniben, more-so, a Professor, make such a declaration without providing clear basis for doing so? It tells us a lot about where the Nigerian education is headed to. It mirrors clearly the level and standard of projects carried out in our higher institutions. We need a change but are Nigerian ready for the change, for the long awaited messiah? "Teacher teach is well no let is to fall inside well"

This house looks like the house I see on my way to work everyday. Guess where it is?
Politics / Re: Power: FG To Meet 10, 000mw Target By December – Minister by Giditinz(m): 9:04am On Jan 10, 2013
The point is that the power situation in Nigeria is improving and we are all witnesses to it; unlike in previous administration where such policy statements are made without tangible impact. The govt of GEJ may be far from perfect but half bread is better than none. Let's unite to make Nigeria great!

Politics / Re: How Often Do You Listen To Lagos Traffic Radio 96.1 by Giditinz(m): 10:14am On Jan 08, 2013
I've never listened in though I have heard of it. The point is that in Lagos you have little or no option. You either attempt to beat the traffic by leaving for work in the wee hours of the morning or much later in the evening, or u join the traffic and happily listen to the Lagos traffic 96.1, without complaining sha! That's Lasgidi for U
