You are correct in saying that people selling cooked food are finding it hard to keep all their customers but there will still be those hard core customers who WILL NOT cook or can not cook and like eating food cooked by someone else. So, its a case of reducing your profit margin as some people will just NOT cook especially older bachelors who have good paying jobs.

All in all, if someone has N4 million Naira in savings, instead of relocating to a strange xenophobic, racist country where you may not get a good job or any job at all for close to 2 years, its better to risk only N1 million of that experimenting with a Mama put and if monitored closely on a daily basis with the owner being present there every day and taking delivery of food stuff in the shop him or herself to prevent greedy staff pocketing foodstuff money and watching ALL your staff for signs of theft then its still possible to make a modest profit running a Mama Put as some people will just NOT cook - for example, the last time I really cooked was 2006.

You will be suprised to hear that cheating in exams in Medical School and in other courses started many decades ago.

I was a Medical Student at UI Med School many years ago and 20% of my class cheated to pass exams in a situation where people who are repeating decide to do division of labour and instead of studying every thing they decide to study just upper limb and someone else studies lower limb, thorax etc, etc and then they sit at the back of the class and compare notes and end up scoring 100%.

This is apart from the children of Professors of Medicine who were being given preferential treatment in the exam hall (e.g. coming too late for an exam and instead of disqualifying her, the invigilator (a lecturer who was taught in med school by the girls father who is a Prof of medicine) kept repeating to our hearing "where is the she that must be obeyed" until the Profs daughter showed up more than an hour late for the exam.

And then there is the case of the son of a Prof of medicine in my class who used to see the real exam questions days before the exam and then he will circulate them to his inner circle of friends and they all end up scoring 100% in the exam.

No wonder there are so many heartless killer doctors in Nigeria.

I eventually had enough and when I decided to pull out of Med school after 4 years, my mum took me to a well known Bishop who laid hands on me and when he saw that I did not change my mind, he promptly asked me if I was on drugs and I answered in the negative.

A former RAF engineer and his retired nurse wife have signed up to become the first British couple to use a double suicide pod.

Peter and Christine Scott made the decision after she was recently diagnosed with early-stage vascular dementia.

The couple - married for 46 years – plan to die in each other’s arms in the death capsule after travelling to Switzerland, the Mail on Sunday reports.

Following discussions with their son and daughter, who reluctantly accept their choice, the Scotts said they were motivated by fears of suffering years of infirmity within a failing NHS and losing their home and life savings to pay crippling care costs.

Mr Scott, 86, and his 80-year-old wife - who have six grandchildren - are now in the process of registering with The Last Resort, a Swiss-based organisation that offers assisted dying in the Sarco pod, unveiled in July.

Mr Scott, of Mellis, Suffolk said: “We have had long, happy, healthy, fulfilled lives but here we are in old age and it does not do nice things to you.

“The idea of watching the slow degradation of Chris's mental abilities in parallel to my own physical decline is horrific to me.

“Obviously I would care for her to the point I could not, but she has nursed enough people with dementia during her career to be adamant she wants to remain in control of herself and her life. Assisted dying gives her that opportunity and I would not want to go on living without her.

Thank God I bailed out after 4 years at UI Med School where 20% of my class cheated to pass exams and another classmate whose Dad was a Professor of Medicine will see the exam questions days before the exams and he will circulate same to his inner circle and they will score 100% in the MCQ exams and the 20% who cheated will score close to 100% too leaving a lot of hard working but honest students battling to avoid their marks being slashed down to 49% due to the negative marking of Med school exams where the questions you get wrong are deducted from those you got right.

ACCA was a bit easier because you could decide if you wanted to do an exam sitting or not as long as you completed all 14 papers within 10 years.
