Hi all,..
i've been a silent follower of this section and i must admit,..i have been encouraged by a lot of posts here. God bless u all.
i also, am TTC by November this year my marriage will be 6 years,..problem not from me, my husby (zero fluid count)...right now all my Hope is on God cos my husby wouldnt hear of donor fluid or adoption. just want to reach out to as many that are in the 'waiting' process..i believe that everyone's morning will come soon..no matter how dark the night may be..peace.[color=#770077][/color][b][/b]

, I have this very overbearing boss that thinks shouting at people and shutting them down is the best way to be a superior,

the worst part of it is that he doesnt even have regards to even the married women around, is this man normal? or is he just weak?

pls tell me how u will cope with such a person if u'r in my situation.

Thanx, since i can workout at night,, den i'll do it at home cos the closest gym to my house is about 1hr drive from my home, if i close by 5pm and head to the gym,, might not get home till 10-11pm due to traffic,, and den family has to be attended too. About diet,, i try to eat alot of veg and fruits but mainly i love eating fried yam for breakfast, mostly Eba/rice for lunch or dinner. I dont eat red meat but turkey and sometimes chicken.

@Agaba,, tnx for the response, actually i tried gym b4 but was not meeting up, so i got some Aerobic DVDs i use at home,, i want to know if its effective to workout at night? and how can i go about it?, pls also help me with some guide to workouts and diets( good foods), tnak u so much.

hi,, pls i weigh 84kg and am 5'3 in height. Am in my early 30s and need to shed weight fast,, pls wat can i do? I eat breakfast 4 out of 7 days a week and cant exercise at morning cos i have to leave home early for work. Kindly help me out with a realistic guide to shed at least 20kg in the next 3 months. Tnx.
