please tell how long it takes for the Immigration jodge make his decision after the hearing mine was heard 24 july 2009 and no decision yet

my case has been heard since 24th july 2009 and i have call the AIT today 18th August 2009 and they said the Immigration Jodge has yet not given his decision please my dear people of naira land advise.

my case was heard by an Immigration jodge on the 24th july 2009 but till now they decision has not been made pls how long do you thing it take for the IJ to give his desicion.

Thanks erico2k2,i called the tribunal yestaday they said my appeal has been heard on the 24th july 2009 and its awaiting the Immigration jodge to give his/her decision as it was a paper case

I am kappadilly i applied for entry clearance to the UK as a student and i was refuse because the entry clearance officer faulted a large deposit that was paid in my sponsor's account recently and that the account was formaly runing on a considrable lower balance before.

He also said the document i submitted largely stand in isolation as evidence of my sponsors circumstances and commitment but in the absent of other document like income tax certificate which i included.

I appealed early january this year and after so much calls to the AIT they told me the appeal was looked into on the 24th july 2009 as it was a paper case i have called again today they said they have not got the dicision yet. please advice because am a little bit afraid.

In this regards i have sent an appeal directly to the AIT via DHL which had been delivered since on monday 12th 2009 stating the origin of funds,my sponsor's company income tax clearance certificate and reciept issued to her customers and also a written statement explaining that the funds in question was gotting from my mummy's business account which she did not include with my application because it has notting directly with her business and also has right to withdraw money from her company account to her personal account to be made available for my remaining fees and living expences. Another problem is that i am starting school by february or even if i defer to september can they issue my visa when its not time for my studies as in may be like April or May when am resuming september? I await your respond to this issues.
