Celebrities / Re: Stella Damasus & Lamboginny Are NDLEA Ambassadors by kooto(m): 5:15pm On Dec 12, 2012
baby_123: I really don't understand why a government agency, which is supposed to be working hard, has time for events like this. Do they want the limelight? And why the ambassadors? Are they going to be paid or what is their job exactly that NGO's cannot perform through government sponsored adverts. Well...
Must everything be criticized?

emmysenior: Somethings don't need spiritual approach. They should just beef up security around the area, mount security posts at strategic locations.
And after securing the area/ strategic locations, and the kidnappers can't come in there; will the targeted bussiness men not go beyond strategic locations? so what next?[what if your suggestion has been put in place] they are not foolish in taking a spiritual approach, God can solve the problem.

There are better ways to correct teenagers than this. Sure, this isn't physical abuse...it's emotional abuse! Stripping a young child of her dignity and publicly humiliating her this way? lipsrsealed

Let him face more pressing need of the people, rather than all these nonsense.

Where do you want us to park our cars,on the roof?
Oga Fasola,if you can't rule again, simply resign, don't use all these to cover your incompetence
What is the incompetence that is covered here?I think this is wrong use of words .

On ponit!
I totally agree with you. what you have said in other words is that people are exactly what they say/post, i.e people who say things they can never do like boasting etc simply shows that person is a vain person or someone who insults people/elders at will either the elder is at fault or not shows that person lacks home training etc so people are what they post/say.

Education / Re: JAMB To Release Results 30 Minutes After Exams by kooto(m): 5:31pm On Nov 10, 2012
Sincerely I think it is going to be serious waste of public fund, looking at the number of those that seat for jamb yearly; providing computers for all [from 2015] to seat for the exam all over the federation etc all this in the name of cubing exam malpractice, we have body that control the affairs of universities in Nigeria, let them set a standard for all universities then allow universities to set exams for who wish to go to which school once you have the required number/grade in subjects needed by the school. scrap JAMB

Politics / Re: "Lagos To Issue Residents Identity Cards By January 2013" Fashola by kooto(m): 5:00pm On Nov 10, 2012
eldoradoxx: I don't think that most Nigerians get this policy right!!! Fashola's govt has been illegally deporting Nigerians of other states who are caught begging in Lagos. There is nothing wrong with govt banning street begging(even where same govt has failed to provide for her citizens) but there is everything wrong with deporting these beggars to their states!!! The constitution says every citizen has right to live anywhere in Nigeria. Now what guarantees us that with the introduction of resident identity card that non lagos residents like me can be free to come to Lagos to do my business without molestation and as an expression of my constitutional right. Who is a Lagos resident, what entitles a man to be Lagos resident. The man also talks about illegal aliens and foreigners,. Lagos state or any state in Nigeria has absolutely no right to determine the legality or otherwise of a foreigner in Nigeria, that is Federal matter done by Immigrations service, a Nigerian citizen cannot also be an alien or reside illegally in Lagos for whatsoever reason!!!
He did not say Lagos indigine ID, he said Lagos resident ID; if you are resident in Lagos I am sure you will not be denied resident ID irrespective of your tribe.

Pls someone should tell me what is wrong with this man they call Fashola
Nothing is wrong with Fashola, whether one is igbo, hausa, yoruba, delta it doesn't matter the issue is once you are resident in lagos you will have a "residential permit" sort of; I think it will help proper planning it will also help security wise, think about it.

U just sit in ur house and Conjure up fake theories. How would you relate the question the OP asked to your above statement.

@OP, Miracles are reall, sickness is a state, sound health is a better state of life. Access to healing doesnt have to come from a man of God, every true believer has access to his blood which washes our sins and gives access to sound health.
Do you read his first sentence? do you note how he started? he started with I THINK.

Fashion / Re: When A Low Class Person Wears The Same Shirt With You by kooto(m): 5:44pm On Nov 05, 2012
Shollypopz:
Look at d way poor ppl rushed to like this post. grin grin grin

Let's be honest with ourselves. There is hierarchy of class in a society and u can feel insulted or embarrassed when someone below your class have on the same outfit as you.

As a girl in general, I don't want to see any other girl wearing the same outfit as me. I can't even buy a top if my friend has the exact type, uh-uh!
I an sorry to say this, if what you say here is true it means you are simply a vain person, quite unfortunate, 'am sorry to say this.
Fashion / Re: When A Low Class Person Wears The Same Shirt With You by kooto(m): 5:29pm On Nov 05, 2012
dapmillz: Well, I wear good quality shirts, so I hardly see my kinda shirt on a low status individual. Low status people don't wear good things nah...
well i don't know if your quality shirt range is 20000-50000 per shirt, even if so an agbero can afford it; also i don't know how much you make/earn a day but an agbero [not the street touts] sitting down in the garage earns 50000-80000 naira per day depending on the garage [agberos also own hummer jeeps] so one of the few you may see wearing your kind of "shirt" could be an agbero. to me the kind/quality of cloth you wear is not what matters, what matters is your person & how it looks on you.

Travel / Entry Without Visa To Other Countries by kooto(m): 10:41am On Nov 02, 2012
Please NL how can we or make our govt make us enjoy what other smaller nations enjoy in terms of entry without visa for a particular period, apart from the ECOWAS states that Nigeria enjoy? eg. Namibia can enter South Africa and Canada for a few months without visa while a Nigerian cannot.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Dangote To Give Graduate Drivers Trucks After Use by kooto(m): 10:23am On Nov 02, 2012
I mean lagos kano lagos in 4days.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Dangote To Give Graduate Drivers Trucks After Use by kooto(m): 10:21am On Nov 02, 2012
Oseniade: 300,000 km? That's worth at least 7yrs of slavery.
I think it can be done in less than 3yrs or at most 5yrs, eg.they travel from lagos to kano get to kano the next day, offloading takes place while the driver rests, the third day loaded and he starts his/her journey back to lagos, gets to lagos the fouth day [this also depends on how many places he/she decides to stop and how quick he was loaded/ how quick he/she is] in my former company our drivers do lagos kano in 4days, I believe it can be done in 5yrs which to me is a good deal of owing the truck after 5yrs that you can now give it out to someone to drive for you, besides 300k is good money in a month.

Romance / Re: Getting Married In 2 Months - Why Does He Distrust Me So Much? by kooto(m): 6:50pm On Oct 31, 2012
member_126910: I've heard this before, but I'm confused because it is hard to imagine how, as he is normally very loving and caring. It's just that when the jealousy sets in, it becomes very difficult to understand, or even manage.
I think you are just making this up, because if this is real I don't think you should be asking these after all you've been told. [your your quote]
Romance / Re: Can True Love Exist In Poverty? by kooto(m): 6:24pm On Oct 31, 2012
To me it depend on those involve, so saying yes or no is a personal opinion 'cause someone that has a private jet and conglomerate will most likely see someone using a peugeot 505 as at today as poverty stricken particularly when issues brings them together, and this 505 guy is well to do to own a car that someone else will be content to live with him.
Romance / Re: Can True Love Exist In Poverty? by kooto(m): 6:05pm On Oct 31, 2012
Freiburger: @ topic, there is nothing like love in the first place , we 've only got a strong feeling that last for a period of time, it could for a day or a 100years.

Celebrities / Re: Stunning Pictures Of Chioma Chukwuka Akpotha by kooto(m): 5:55pm On Oct 31, 2012
bee444: Chioma is one of the many ugly nollywood actress cumbering the big screen. Although, she's got good character, her persona and self-esteem are way below average.

Even with the PHOTOSHOP editing, you could still see fake written all over. She's been told to buckle up and start dressing the 21st century dressing, hence, the studio pictures you're seeing. She's too awkward as an actress.

Like her sha!
Don't agree with you!
Family / Re: Husbands With Security Locks On Their Phones by kooto(m): 5:27pm On Oct 31, 2012
femmy2010: Nothing wrong with locking his phone but important for the wife to know the unlock code.
If the man refuses to give his wife the unlock code then the chances that the man is having extra marital affair is 80%.
This is not true,[to me] some people are just just privacy consious, some grew up trained that you keep your things properly and secure; or maybe I should ask why some men live in a 3bedroom flat/even their own house still separate their rooms from that of their wives? why getting suspicious because phone is coded in the first place? if you need to use his phone tell him he will open it for you to use simple, why must he give her the code, why?is that how he searches her own phone? if this start happening that means their is lack of trust, let her sue for divorce on the ground of lsck of trust [she can't be force to stay in the marriage if she does not want to] instead of all these irritating nonsense.
