let ur spouse look for a trade like buyin and sellin or handiwork.with that,He/She can call d HMRc dat he is self employed as well now.He wil pay more tax,but His income will increase and that wil help Ur application.
Tell Him/Her to look for a good accountant to explain how it work.

try write ur local mp to help write d tribunal for expedition.also talk to ur solicitor to write d tribunal dat u don't mind other hearin center if that will fasten ur hearin.

abeg madam,take am easy.it happens,I av been through that route before and it was really long but it is over now by His Grace.
just need U to b strong,positive,determined and prayerful.pls,if U think Ur case is a little bit complicated,try get a good solicitor with sound records.don't gamble anything,try seek for advice from d house as well pls.

that I can't say because it being six week that I've being waitin to be call for visa pick up.
pls,note that it all becos my visa is being process in lagos and not Sheffield as in Sheffield is very much faster.

the determination of the judge decision is usually sent within 2 weeks after d hearing.I got mine in 3 days.I pray for a favorable determination for U.

U will be called,I am in the same situation as well.
I've submitted my passport for my settlement visa for more than a month now,
being sending them mails,I got my solicitor involved as well and the
reply was that I should be patient,the Visa Unit has got so many determination on their table.
We just need to be patient and prayerful.

Abeg,I need help as in it being few weeks now that I got my determination of allowed appeal.
I am yet to be called nor mailed from the Embassy to submit my passport,I've mailed them with
a copy of my determination.the Embassy just replied acknowledging receiving it and will get back
later.
pls,kindly advise me on what else I can do to speed up getting my visa as in I wish to celebrate
the Muslim Eld festival with my family this month smiley,it really been a while we do such together.

My Appeal was allowed last week Thursday and got the determination this Tuesday.
I really want to say a very big THANKS to justwise,johnwray,lamorsy,Girlfio and all the other
Members of the House.

Try get Ur MP involve,let Him/Her write to the embassy on Ur behalf.
U can also write them urself.worst case,they don't budge .I've heard
of guys that did both and it helps.

hearing date has been brought back to September from November.

don't worry urself too much.try and do what Oga Justwise said.
I had similar experience sometime ago with them.I just attached
previous emails I got from BHC to my new mail and I copied all that concern,
and they did the correction within short time.
