i have been scouting the whole of zamfara and kaduna to get everything set. i think my boo is beginning to look at me in a funny way.when i told him no more amala hmmmmmm the guy wan faint lolllllll.

when i finally located cauliflower in Kaduna, it was a kodak moment ooo !!!!!i was so shocked that i i drove past and had to take the next u-turn far ahead. the mallam was just wondering why i was soo excited

@something funny is happening to me. my af started early yesterday morning and I thot it will be business as usual.
by the time I got to work I had to change and that is how I spent the whole day changing. the flow was heavy and it was very light which is highly unusual. infact it was as if it was mixed with water.

by this morning it has become a trickle, infact more like drops.

what can this possibly mean? can anyone shed some light?

Dreamsinbc: @all, who is interested in doing a fertility diet challenge? It will be tasking, but it will be worth it. You can expect to optimise fertility. I have quite a few requests for this, so I decided to make it into a challenge to run for one whole month. If interested, it will start with a liver cleanse, then employ Honiepie's detox methods (shake off and acv). It is important to stick to this challenge, and not derail. There will be a 30 day meal plan for male and female. As a result of the requests, I decided to post it here, but i could start another thread, or post in another thread.

Note:
Muslim or Christian, this will start with a one day fast (you can do an hour midnight prayer in lieu of the fast)
this is NOT a weight loss diet, it's for optimal fertility, but you can expect to lose at least 4 kg.
Please do not use skimmed anything, full fat dairy all the way
Do not snack on peanuts, look for cashews, almonds or pumpkin seeds
Please get a scale for measuring food (N1000)
You need a hot water bottle of heating pad (hot water bottle preferred)
You need a juicer or high speed blender

**** I can't make any promises, but I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised

i went for scan and they saw another five big fibroid after removing it with invasive surgery, no child, we headed for ivf, when running the necessary test, they discoverd fluid and blockage in one tube the tube was cut off to enable ivf sucees after first and second failed cycle, they discover endo, they did some procedure to eliminate endo, since 2009 after endo was treated till now i have not missed my menses for one day, even as the docs promise me that i can conceive with one good tube, two months ago i went for pelvic scan, hsg another fibroid was seen again, the one and only tube is blocked, have i come to the end of the road? can i still get pregnant in this type of situation? does any woman has my type of problem and later conceive in this house? pleas i need your suport.

prettyrosefave: @Molola, pls go and check quicky for a seedling fibroid, that's the first syptoms of fibroid. You start feeling cramps(pinching like, like something is biting or cuting you), if you don't know about your ovulation well you will think its ovulation cramps, or think its even implantation cramps. This was what I felt for some months before I was told I had very small fibroid and immediately I dealt with it the stupid cramps stopped, what I feel now is ovulation cramps and pms. Its good to pay close attention to your body.

So go check yourself for it and take care of it immediately before its grows bigger.
Start chewing mustard seed and take moringa.

i do have a question. i noticed that from ovulation day right through to the time i get my period i have been having serious issues. firstly, i have serious cramps. some times they are so bad that i cant bend or do anything. and then i have back pains and lower abdominal pains. everyone i have spoken to says its normal.
it does not feel normal to me. this started 2 months after i got married and happens alot frequently now.

does anyone know what could be causing this or is it normal?
