SACE is requiring **certified proof of legal entry as part of the documents whereas this friend of mine has not applied for visa yet...he hasnt been to S.A before The following documents are required for registration: A SACE application form A certified copy of passport A certified copy of the valid proof of legal entry A certified copy of the SAQA evaluation certificate Certified copies of professional teaching qualifications Certified proof of the Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) A letter of good ethical and professional standing from the ministry of education in your country (A letter from the university is required in the absence of the one from the ministry of education) A letter of employment in South Africa (The letter must state that you are employed, the grades and the subjects you are teaching) R400.00 postal order for registration Manager007: |

@samtol, he couldnt get to register with sace after an exhaustive efforts. SACE claims he could only get registered with the body with his work permit as part of the registration requirements. Meaning that IT IS ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to get SACE. Cant he apply with just the offer letter and supporting documents? Its been months now he holds employment letter yet he couldnt apply for the visa due to sace. Please guide. other contributors with an idea on going abt it also will be appreciated. Thank you all samtol4: @opyreal.let him register with SACE (South Africa Council for Educators)it is mandatory for all teachers/instructors to register at SACE. |

hello collinsfbi, its real been a while you are on here. At a point few weeks ago, i posted in regards a friend who got a teaching employment offer durin his visit ,but due to the new immigration rule that visit visa can no longer be changed to work permit within s.a. He wants to apply for the work permit from nigeria but was informed he need to register with SACE as Typop n others suggested but getting to sace he was adviced his work permit is one of the registration requirements. How would the work visa application be possible wit this? I'l appreciate your inputs too. Though he claims some agents in s.a claimed they still could help get d permit done in s.a buh i askd him not to but that i'l get facts so he can apply by himslf in Nigeria. Thank you. collinsfbi: |

Dear Members, What other documents is required from south africa to apply for south africa work visa apart from the offer of employment letter? A friend has been able to get a teaching employment offer in s.a and will be coming home to apply for the visa. He has just the employment letter and has his SAQA certificate on ground. Is that enough document or he has to register with any other body in s.a? Also pls kindly enlighten the more on all documents required in the application process and how it works. Thank you |

lol...Good luck nickson03: I would like to update the good people about my wife uk refusal. My wife had been to uk to visit me and my son who are both british. When my wife apply for her first uk visa she brought a letter from her uni delta state university and the visa was issue to her and we stated on the application she will be staying for 4weeks but she later stayed for 5month beco they had long holiday after completing her industry trainning program.however when we apply for a renewal she was refuse the ECO stated that she stayed for 5months instead of 4weeks stated on aplication and she did not summit letter from her uni in support. The reason why we did not bring A letter from her uni is beco she had already summit a letter from her uni in the first application. However, i reaply for the second time addressing those issue. I stated clearly to address the reason why she stay up to 5months and i also told the ECO that it does not matter how long my wife stay for but matter is that she did not overstay her visit by 1 or 28 day period and there was no restriction to the 4weeks but the visa clearly state she can stay for 185 days on her visit and this time we brought a letter from the university to support she is a student but the ECO refuse my wife again stating they were try to verify the letter from her uni they were unable so on the balance of probability they are not satify of her currently circustance in nigeria. I got very hungry knowing that my wife satify all the paragraphy 41 and section (1) of uk immigration rule. Decide to send an email to the british embasy in abuja i told the ECO that she/he should know that there is a national strike in unversity in nig and she should know this even the unborn baby know there is a strike in nig then would they clay that they were try to verify the letter. I tolk the case to court, i called the court yesterday and i was told that the court has sent a letter to british embassy in abuja give they from now to 24 feb 2014 for they to review the decision and issue the visa otherwise they will have to come to court to answer court qaurell becos the reason for the reason refuse is nosses or stupid reason. I whats to say is that i can understand i those unqaulify people should be working in in british embasy called themselve ECO to handle people visa aplication and refuse people visa for stupid reason. I will advice anyone who feel they have been deniel unfairly to take the british embassy to court in uk not in nigeria. I will update the house again they have issue the visa or they choose to go to court with me to answer quarel. |

sorry about that, it is imperative for your phone to always be on anytime you make any application as further information that could lead to the visa approval might be required of you and since your mobile phone is switched off or outta coverage area during that period, they finalize their decision.....give it a try again if you are willing to... santiobaj: Good Morning guys, |

I was denied in 2008 reason being that the statement of account seems ingenuine..... Vicjustice: You are correct, they don't usually state the ban on the refusal letter, it is up to the applicant to realise that s/he has been banned by considering the reason(s) for the refusal: If an applicant is refused a visa for reason of deception, there is no If, But, How, the person should be wise enough to realise that s/he has been banned. But yet, there are some merciful Visa Officers who like to give a clue of the ban such VO would say things like: "You signed the terms and conditions of making a Visa application and you are aware of the consequences of using deception" |
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by opsy4real1: 7:02am On Dec 03, 2013 |
but i learnt frm much earlier posts frm dis thread that even if one is banned frm u.k or ireland that they dont categorically state that you are banned on the refusal letter. How come then do 'marksamk' know he had been banned frm Irish embassy for 5yrz frm October,2009 if it wasnt stated in his refusal [quote author=worry 359] Just do the sums! 2009 Oct plus 5 years is 2014 Oct. But remember as someone with a bad record then they are not waiting at immigration to welcome you back with flowers! You have a bad record which will stay with you! It will be very difficult convince Embassy that THIS time you will not break the rules. Why should they let you enter when you caused problems before? [/quote |

yea you can book same appointment date and appear together before d consular but you are going to be individually interviewed...and ur responses to interviewer questions determine if u'd be granted or not. omonla10: do you mean it's not possible to book thesame appointment times since we are going with same invitation. And under same body. Cos d pastor can accommodate 2 pastoral staffs in his invitation/confirmation letter |

dont be deceived, ure an applicant and u have to defend yourself by yourself. omonla10: actually I'm not facing the interviewer. My pastor will speak on his staff's behalf. He has gone to the us twice this year already. And the church is sponsoring us. 1 Like |
