Jodera:
There are many players that have been bought with high price even without representing their national teams; Joao Felix for example. Even Calvert Lewin got his call up cos of his performances.

To me, your hype will still be there and as long you're in a top club giving exceptional performance, you must always see England National team. That's fact.

I understand why southgate called ESR due to injuries to 4 players, else I support his decision not to call him initially. No need rushing all these guys
You are equally right after all, ESR is only 21

No need rushing them since there are already some of his age mates from other clubs in the squad too while not forgetting his teammate in Bukayo Saka

Jodera:
performances is always the criterion, but you don't use 3 months of good performance to judge a player(at least not me). At least 6 months probably.

Tyrone Mings is still riding on his performances of last season (coupled with england not having good CBs), so I'll give White from now till end of season (since there's no Intl break after this), if he still performs this great, then he'll be in my WC squad.

I don't see the need rushing players into national teams after 1-3months of good performances

As for Gabriel, he was due for call up a very long time
White was in the Euro squad though hasn't been called up since after that. I personally rate him higher than Mings especially for the past three months as you mentioned.

This is the reason England has hundreds of capped players everywhere with absolutely no major trophy to show for it. They just keep capping every player that enjoys short run of good performances every year. Make dem allow those ones wey go euro blend for a long term fess.....Na why teams like France wey lose euro final fit go win world cup two years after.

Na you get my point pass. No stability in the team, each Intl break will showcase different new players, why would the team excel?

See France, they were still inviting giroud as their top 9, if na England dem for don dey invite Ben yedder and lacazette tire and thus the understanding giroud had with griezmann and other forwards will be neglected

I rate him higher than Mings, but like I said 3 months is too short to cap a player.

Actually, my thought is, if you wanna cap a player, it should be on a long term plan for team stability and not just capping player cos he needs to be capped. See our Niles now, him no dey see England squad again, so why was he capped at first?

Lol... I believe this is a sarcastic response.

Saka have been a first teamer right from Emery's season and entering into Arteta own still giving exceptional performances. While last season is ESR breakout season for club, this season is the one to bring out consistent performances to get into England squad, for now, he is giving 3 months (2months +) from Sept-november.

Like I said, he should be watched if he still gives this great performances, there's no how he won't be called in that world cup squad

No I didn't mean to be sarcastic about my point since ESR can't just come and be benching the likes of Rashford and Jack grealish.

If not for the injury to 4 others in the England squad, I bet Southgate has already said he wouldn't be inviting ESR for now

Just like someone mentioned, where is AMN in the English Three Lions today after being capped sparingly

But not withstanding you have stressed the fact that a permanent and consistent performance for ARSENAL week in week out would no doubt see him through to the next world cup irrespective of the performance of the others competing for the same spot with him

Okay.. I apologize, I really thought you were sarcastic.

As for the bolded, that's a fact. Arsenal is one of the big clubs in England which is a leverage. Moreover, no coach will overlook a player who puts in the shift as well as high workrate in addition by popping goals and assist from midfield. That's 3 characteristics a coach wants from any player.

When 2022 comes around, if ESR continuous this his imperious form, there'll be at least 2 players that will be dropped for him

You don't have to apologize for anything as if I were in your shoes, I would think same going by my choice and use of words actually.

I think the words of the legendary IAN WRIGHT is already working for both of them-Saka and ESR as the future of Arsenal albeit the Three Lions today and tomorrow

As for the first paragraph, it's no ish at all, we good.

As for the bolded, I believe they're the future with the kind of talent and attitude they have. I just hope that they're not being pressured unnecessarily and just be allowed to grow the way Arteta is using them

Esr is deceptively huge. You look at him and don't realize he's actually a 6"fter. He looks twice the size of Foden here. Good to see us improve our athletic profile. The invincibles dominated one the ball and physically
