A ban against Nuke was signed in the August 5, 1963 after the ever use of Nukes. Can you tell me after that when Nuke was used? One thing is clear to everyone now. Russia is not scared to use nuclear weapons. Those Belarusian neighbors would surely not want their countries covered in nuclear dust.

With spies everywhere, Russia will surely know when NATO begins to move its forces around. If Russia nukes them, they can't move their forces on radioactive land.
