Eforiro look appetizing and nice
Not being disrespectful worst picture goese to the Black Soup followed by Kekefia though delicious when tested but the pictures dont look inviting

quote author=Asiri1991 post=130555152]Without bias, western Nigeria lacks goodlooking delicacies.

I can't take any of those things they presented for free.[/quote]

Nairaland has really messed with your reasoning... What's wrong with me repping my tribe on a food thread.... Grow up bro, all these fights only exist online, nothing like that in the real world. Especially among the wealthy.
“Another day” is not “TODAY”..

That thing is made from maize.
It's just a maize/corn porridge.

Some add biscuits bone and more water
Not sweet tho.
Gwate is made from acha seed, AKA hungry rice hungry millet

Ingredients of a rich prepared gwate has vegetable oil, biscuit bone , onions, pepper salt, alieho vegetable seasoning cube, the meal will definitely taste awkward for first timers , spat it out first time I tasted it

It looks like edikaikong, what leaves are used?
Only ugu leave.
The got the name from the way they prepare the ugu before using it for soup.
Big knife and cutting board. Then steam lots of ugu, drain and use the big knife to deal with it. The job isn't easy at all. But the soup is delicious.
