Some you are extremely ignorant. How is Gbegiri , Ekiti special soup. Oyo state is the pioneer of Gbegiri. They prepare the best Gbegiri and Ewedu, especially Ewedu elegusi....

Efo riro is also from Oyo, but other states like ondo prepare one of the best Efo riro especially with pounded yam.

Ogun state special soup and sauce ( Egusi IJEBU and ofada sauce

How is Ewa agoin from Ondo state? It is originated from people of Togo. They are Togolese lagosians

Lagos major is Imoyo ( seafood stew) prepared with fresh fish( like obokun, barracuda, red snapper , tilapia and crabs

Marugbo is special soup.

The food I crave the most right now is Ewa Agoyin and succulent bread directly for the backery. 😋
It's been over 10 years since I last ate it, all my attempts to make it at home has been futile till date, never got it right. 😅

Beautiful! My best there - afang and edikaikong
Any soup without enough green vegetables is not it for me…I make small exception for egusi soup and achara but onugbu, afang and edikaikong are lit! Eforiro looks like it will go down well for me too.

Egwusi is no man's land.
All west Africa make egwusi soup. It's accepted by everybody in Nigeria so leave it as e be
Pounded yam is more suitable and preferable to Gbegiri.

point of correction EWA Agayin is actually LAGOS food. Kindly take note and remove from Ondo state.

No, it's not.
It's owned by the Togolese.

In fact, the Nigerian party jollof rice we claim today is originally owned by the Togolese.
