Hello guys, I’m trying to get an appointment date at TLS Ikeja and all their available dates seem to be premium…. Is there a hack or something to get regular dates or must everyone do premium now? |

Hello, Please does anyone have an idea if there are any available dates for visa appointment for tls. V.I for October or November. I want to apply for visit visa to go to the UK to go on the 21st of December (if possible). I am yet to complete my application but I would like to know whether I should bother applying for this year or put my dates for next year to allow for enough time. Basically, if I apply now, and I don't get feedback by the date I intend to travel. Will I be refused if the dates have passed or I can still be granted if I satisfy all their requirements. |

What available dates are you seeing for TLS Ikeja. I want to apply to TLS VI but I don't know if I should adjust my visit date because I want to go from 21st December but I don't know if it's too close or whether I should adjust my date for next year instead. ammierie: |

Greetings to the house I need advice on this.I have transferred 30% of the funds from my account to another individual's account and noted the transaction as a loan in the description. Could this have any impact on my visa application |

I've been a silent reader but I learned a lot from this thread and wanted to pay it forward. I applied for a visa to visit my sibling for 2 weeks. Submission date: September 5th Biometrics: September 11th Collection email: October 2nd I got an email when tls sent my application to DMC, but didn't get any email from UKVI about receiving my application or that a decision had been made. It took exactly 15 working days. The visa was granted. I submitted these documents: Cover letter Payslips Salary account bank statement Savings account bank statement Employment and promotion letters Sibling's BRP and passport Sibling's tenancy agreement Chats to explain that inflow into my accounts were loan repayments Copies of US and Canadian visas (both valid but unused) Travel stamps for previous trips to India and Cote D'Ivoire My bank statements were not very clean. I had some credits which were loan repayments from friends and family. I was a bit concerned about this but decided to submit anyway. I budgeted 1,000 pounds in the application form (no accommodation) and included a comment in my cover letter that it was a very conservative estimate but I have the ability to flex to 2,000 pounds if required. In hindsight, my application was probably not so straightforward, but I think the fact that I work in a reputable international organization and possess US and Canadian visas may have helped. My bank statements also demonstrated monthly salary payments and transfers to my savings account. I hope this helps someone! 2 Likes |

Guys i just got a tourist visa rejection letter. It says >> The information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable << How do i correct this in my next application? |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by davodyguy: 2:53pm On Oct 06 |
NPK1: This sums it up. People get bounced for some trivial excuses based on bank accounts. They looked at it that USA and Canada found you worthy, hence they too can, cos your previous travels to the Ivory Coast and India didn't count, as both are not A list countries |

I think this is for a Schengen visa application. This thread isn't the right place. kakatrigga: |

I just submitted my visa application This is a renewal I have also paid, so I can’t edit the form again I just noticed that the address I filled on my application form and the address on my bank statement differs I moved into a new apartment last month, so I filled that address on my form But my bank account still carries my former address Would this pose a problem? Would a cover letter explaining the situation solve this or I should go to the bank and update my address and reprint my account statement (long process and extra costs 😢) Cc Cashmadam Please advise |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Cashmadam: 4:10pm On Oct 06 |
MelaninGemstone: It doesn't matter. This has happened to me before and I didn't have any issues. In your form , you will be asked where you lived earlier. As long as you declared that address, I don't see any issue. I hope this helps. |

Cashmadam A family application, can it be considered as group? I just stated it is not part of any group in answering the question, even though all our forms are linked in which passports details of each family member are stated in every application Cheers |
