I believe there is something called mental toughness in football.

It's that part of science of football which enhances the performance of a player and a big contributor to the development of the complete footballer.

I have gone through the list of the Serie A players who all flopped in England and it seems they all shared one thing in common - absence of mental strength.

While in EPL, the likes of Pelle, Bojinov, Bianchi et al, never showed a high level of commitment and passion for the game to suggest they were in possession of a healthy mental strength.
