Hello Guys @vicjustice @justwise its me again lol. Remember I came here to give my testimony last month. Anywaiz here is my problem. My student Visa was issued on the 23rd of April and I picked it up on the 26th of april. When I was filling my application form I filled I'll wanna leave Nigeria for the Uk on the 27th of april as my school resumed on the 29th of april. But I haven't still been able to leave cos I feel ill and I lost a relative.I've contacted my school and they said I can resume next week as on my Cas it was stated my latest starting date is June 24. I'm scared I might have issues with the immigration. Pls I need your sincere advice please. Thanks Guys smiley

@vicjustice @justwise. Thanks guys got my uk student visa today. Thanks for your advice. It's really appreciated
@phemobay to the best of my knowledge the embassy doesn't ask the bank for the accounts available balance. After I printed out my statement. My dad used part of the money In his account and I got my visa regardless. I was worried and my dads bank manager said a bank can't give out such confidential details. But to be on d safe side, if you can replace the money. You should. Hope that helps. smiley

So the source of income is not a problem? Right ? That's her mothers source if income. Since no explanation was givn or any document showing her source of income. It won't be a problem right?

@vicjustice she's applying for a student visa. And she didn't submit anything concerning source of income. She thought it wasn't necessary. I also didn't think it was cuz ive read thru this thread and ive seen posts like they dont really care about source of income for student visas(ppl using funds in their parents account). I myself didn't submit anything explaining my dads source of income. Lol now I'm scared.

Hello guys. @vicjustice @justwise Goodmorning
Asking for a friend. She just submitted her application on Friday.but there's something bothering her. She's using her mums bank statement. Her mum has bn operating her account for 6 months. Sometimes there ll be a lot of money in it, sometimes not a lot as she's a business woman. She had about 15,000 dollars in the account which was there for 28 working days then on the 30th day her debtor deposited. 10000 dollars and the next day the account statement was printed. Do u think she ll have a problem and d depositors names as they are different depositors. Would that also be a problem.? Thanks guys. x

@justwise inner London. Which is 9000p. What is left there is 8500p. Do you know if its possible to submit another bank statement entirely that has the maintenance money in it?
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by shakarababie(f): 8:42pm On Mar 30, 2013
@superior1 thanks all my documents are original. And I'm using my dads account. And the closing balance is bout double what I need for maintenance. And my dad touched it cuz that's the account he normlly uses for his business. But didnt tKe all. im about 500p short of maintenance money. And it's too late for me to submit another bank statement. If it isn't , I can take another account of my dads that has what il need for maintenance. But my dad thinks its not necessary. I've decided to just let it be. Tbh, I don't think they'll have any reason to call the bank. Thanks guys x

@Vicjustice Hey thanks for your reply. It's appreciated. My dad called his bank manager and he said all the times he has been called concerning student visa bank statements. They just verify the authenticity of the account and the consent of the account holder for his/her account to be used by whoever submitted the application. So fingers crossed. I just feel they might not have to call. Cause I've paid my full tuition fees (my course is for 2 yrs) and I've paid for the two years. Thank you xx
