Jobs/Vacancies / Travellers And Marketers Wanted Urgrntly by stevey: 8:13am On Oct 07, 2008

My colleagues and I run a travel agency and document Africa's unique places and events in a magazine. Our target readers are basically foriegners coming into Nigeria and other African countries.

We are in need of people (Male and Female) who are willing to travel the shores of Africa to cover events and also rake in monies through adverts and subscriptions. The individual must be up and doing a goal getter.

Such persons will be paid twenty percent (20%) of whatever amount he brings.

If you think you have all it takes, then call Steve on +2348028964382, Moses on +2348034361965 or send your application letter to travel_leisureafricamagazine@yahoo.com or tlletters@yahoo.com

Only the best gets the job.

3 Occupation of Parents.

Do you beleive the amazing thing, they said over 20 of us failed without actually telling us the reason for failure.

God will helpus all

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Age Limitation In Vacancy Adverts by stevey: 9:38am On Jul 10, 2007
I really wish employers of labour have time to read and feel the tears we shed. I have a friend a 2.1 graduate of Economics from University of Ife. When he was invited for aptitude tests from Ecobank, Access and Firstbank, he passed all with flying colours. He was subsequently called for interviews and he passes the interviews but he has never been called for appointment because according to them, " he is too old". Is competence and performance basically on age? We really have talents wasting because of this thier age barrier. Please employers of labour reconsider. My friend is still at home till today.

Jobs/Vacancies / My Experience: by stevey: 12:07pm On Jun 30, 2007
I wrote an aptitude test late last month in Lagos after travelling six hours to got there. The test was marked immediately and those that passed went in for the interview, i was one of them. After a while, the result was released and i also passed. We were later told the results will be taken to Abuja for approval. I was so optimistic to the point that i had started preparing for thanksgiving in my church but when the list returned, i was told my name was not there and those whose names were there should resume immediately. Six of us went were interviewed and six names were to report for appointment letters but mine was not there, Is it because i don't know anybody in Abuja? Please help me. I have been in the market since 2004.

Jobs/Vacancies / Please Be Patient by stevey: 11:45am On Jun 17, 2007
hello fellow job seekers,
I strongly want to use this medium to encourage all of us who have written one aptitude test or the other without receiving any form of information with regard to our performance after the stipulated 'said' time, it is truly not the end of the world.
Please always remeber this adage' THE PATIENT DOG EATS THE FATTEST BONE' The bone will always remain.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Vacancy For Marketers In Gtbank by stevey: 9:28pm On Jun 09, 2007
Pls can u post your e-mail address so we can send our CV to you. Working at the bank is better than being a marketer with insurance companies like capital express insurance company where i was paid nothing for training or other expenses incurred on my part.
