A DV Winner returned the form DS-230 and DSP-122 back to KCC some months ago.

He is worried because he was not able to sign properly in the two forms he sent.

So please he needs your help on whether that can affect his form processing or he will be asked to sign again while he is waiting for 2NL.

Please concerning that Birth certificate and Attestation of birth we were talking about last time;

I will advice you to find out very well before you go ahead to process it, because a 2014 DV Winner went to process his birth certificate and he was asked when he was born and he said he was born 1994.

So they told him that he is above Birth Certificate and that he is to collect Attestation of Birth instead of Birth certificate because he is above 18yrs.

So I will strong advice you to ask about it very well to avoid doing the wrong one.

The 1NL is always on DV website until the 2NL drops.

So you need not to worry about losing it, you can always go to DV website with your
CONFIRMATION NUMBER,
YEAR OF BIRTH,
and your SURNAME
to get another copy.

There is nothing to be confused about because people born b4 1992 are given (Attestation of Birth), while people born after 1992 are given Birth Certificate and also note that Birth Certificate or Attestation of Birth is obtainable anywhere in the country provided it is issued from NPC.

And secondly from what i just gathered frm my l.g.a, they say that if u are above 18, u cant get the birth cert, u can get only atestation. But from what i gathered here, attestation is only 4 those born b4 1992. Am 1993, and it's getting me confused. Detailed explanation will help pls.

Pls Ernestleon, since u are done ; EDUCATION in the DSP-122 form, where it says
HIGH SCHOOL NO DEGREE
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA
COLLEGE NO DEGREE
UNIVERSITY DEFREE etc.. So for someone with just SSCE as the Highest level of Education completed which one is APPLICABLE.
Because rumour has it that HIGH SCHOOL NO DEGREE applies to people who dropped out of school and HiGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA applies to people who finished High School applicable to SSCE.. PLs I need ur esteemed clarification... Thank You

Someone who already went for his interview in the 2013 thread said it wont affect you. He said its just a way for KCC to track loose forms in their office. He didnt write his case number on his form and that of his fam and yet, their visa was granted. Do not worry
