Someone who already went for his interview in the 2013 thread said it wont affect you. He said its just a way for KCC to track loose forms in their office. He didnt write his case number on his form and that of his fam and yet, their visa was granted. Do not worry

I'm glad you asked that. Yes, this would be an offense under U.S. immigration law -- quite a serious one, in fact -- technically, it would be human smuggling, which incurs a permanent ineligibility. The spouse of the DV Lottery winner is only eligible to travel if they intend to continue living as husband and wife. You should definitely notify the VO.

Good morning and congratulations on being chosen for the 2014 DV Lottery! You can adjust your case when you come to the interview. When you fill out the DS-230, fill it out to reflect the situation on the day you fill it out; you can always amend it when you come to the interview. Your family members can follow later, but their visas must be issued before midnight on September 30. The computers simply won't print visas after that date. Best of luck to you!
