Anybody that says the truth by unveiling the failures of this administration is seen as an enemy of some disgruntled Yorubas. El Rufai's son is doing what a civilized person will do in retrogresive government like ours.

Selfishness and tribalism are interwoven. If you people are left alone you will recolonise Nigeria. After Obasanjo, Tunubu and then Osibanjo. Instead you will shameless tell the world that Tunubu is not from Yoruba but from Aba in Abia state as in case of Obasanjo.

If you people are allowed to grow this teeth, I tell you, you will end end up eating stones.

I have noticed that any post that attack the igbos on nairaland will remain of on the front page even if it is not been discussed but evil reports on the Yorubas are been pull out immediately or stamped banned.

Seun, you should respect other people's intelligence, not all the members of nairaland are dunce.
Politics / Do Some Politicians Drink Blood by WINON1: 4:39pm On Jul 09
Human beings are the devil but all of use will go to church to cast out devil. Going by my observation in nairaland, some of the members of nairaland are been sponsored to keep Dividing the nation on tribal lines.

Some will even post terrible things against his or her own ethnic group using another name, to cause verbal war. It has never been like this, the quest for power, money and fame by the politicians has pluralise the nation.

If all these dichotomy they are creating cause war, will they drink the blood.

I hate to say this but igbo men are known for criminality world wide and they account for 95 percent of Nigerians in incarceration worldwide. But we'll haven said that I still insist there's no proof to determine that this guys in the picture are igbo men until its proved beyond any reasonable doubt. This dead bodies could be from Benin or the Niger Delta. Or any part of Nigeria and west Africa as a whole. And they also look like Cameroonians.
And more so do you suggest that our security personnel should not engage this criminals because u feel they ate igbos.

I don't want to join issue with you but your best you brought to rule us has a criminal record. It says volume how deep people like are involved in criminality.

I don't know if they are criminals or not. These are human beings, the cause of their death should be invesgated to ascertain whether they are criminals or not. Ohaneze and other Igbo elites should conduct their own investigation. If they are criminals good for them but if they are not, it shows that this last election is turning to something else.

confusedlady:
The sarcasm in the original post would be funny and amusing if not for the actual fact that certain Nigerians from a part of this country really believe that Keir Starmer became British prime minister because Peter Obi instructed Nigerians in Britain to campaign and vote for him. undecided
The same people even claim Rishi Sunak lost the election to Starmer because Sunak was foolish enough to officially congratulate Bola Tinubu for winning the Nigeria presidential election last year. These people will choose to believe anything, no matter how ludicrous and ridiculous as long as it suits their demented agenda.

These same people believed Muhamadu Buhari was dead and buried in a shallow grave in Saudi and had been replaced by Jubril Al Sudani. undecided
These people believed that Nnamdi Kanu had procured recognition for Biafra from the United Nations and as such was issuing out Biafra passports and identity cards.
These same people believe that a person who came third in an election is the winner of that election with NO evidence. undecided

Taking gullibility to the highest levels. 😁😄

You people wrote the nonsense, thinking that you are smart, smart by half. Went to the Bush and sound a gong and then ran out to ask who sounded the gong.

Politics / Re: Ungrateful UK Prime Minister Under Fire For Failing To Thank Peter Obi by WINON1: 11:52am On Jul 06
NLCreator:
Britain's Labour Party leader Keir Starmer has come under fire for failing to publicly thank his Nigerian counterpart, Mr. Peter Obi, whose tweet of endorsement ended 14 years of right-wing conservative rule. This supernatural feat has left many scratching their heads, especially since Obi couldn't help himself win the 2023 Nigerian presidential election, though supporters blame election rigging.

"This is sad. After all that Peter Obi has done for him, he couldn't even say 'thank you'," said an angry-looking Chukwudi, sipping a cup of garri in his 2-by-2 shop in Abia. "For 14 years, they couldn't achieve anything. It took Obi a single tweet to end the conservative run. But what did Obi get in return? Such an ungrateful fellow!" Chukwudi continued, as he updated his Twitter bio to "Expert at Installing Governments."

Meanwhile, local tomato hawker Chimamanda found the situation even more tragic for democracy. "I supported Starmer's Labour because Peter Obi instructed us to. I campaigned for the party with all my strength here in Awka. I gave away free tomatoes to the people of Anambra with Starmer's picture on them to show my support. Nothing says 'Vote Labour' like a juicy tomato with a British politician's face on it!. They won because of our support. The least they could do after emerging victorious was to appreciate our efforts and thank Peter Obi. But because we're black, they didn't find us worthy. Bunch of racist betrayers!"

However, some observers suggested that it might be too early to draw conclusions, speculating that Starmer could have thanked Obi privately. "Guys, I don't think it's right to conclude Obi was betrayed just yet," said Pastor Ogbu. "It's true Obi endorsed him publicly, and Starmer ought to appreciate and thank Obi publicly as well, but it's possible he already did that in private and Obi is fine with it. Obi hasn't even complained. Let's wait for instructions and avoid the temptation of premature conclusions," he added, while checking his phone for any new secret endorsement deals on Twitter.

In an unexpected twist, reports have emerged that supporters of North Korea's supreme leader, Kim Jong-un, are now wooing Peter Obi for an endorsement to help the dictator win his next "election." "We have seen the power of Obi's tweets," said a North Korean spokesperson. "If he can end 14 years of conservative rule in the UK with one tweet, imagine what he can do for our Supreme Leader. We are willing to pay him in nuclear warheads or unlimited bottles of Hero beer, whichever he prefers."

Stop this Cheap propaganda chameleon, Obiedients are ahead of you. Do away with this Coconut brain you use at Lagos Ibadan express. No body send you, you want to play indirect free kick.

Most of the post here are propagandists claiming to be Ikwere, denying that they are not Igbos. Before now former governor Onyesom Nwike had in several occasions admitted that he is Igbo until the he had problem with ipob. Though Nwike can do or say anything in order to remain relevant in politics.

People are been paid to work against Igbos unity. The politicians who use divide and rule as a political weapon.

Igbo National unite is becoming stronger. Our experience in this enclave called Nigeria is making us to read in between the line. Propaganda prevails where there is much ignorance.

Yesterday Kaduna Chukwuma Nzeogwu was igbo but today he is not igbo but Niger delta in.

Someday the 1966 coup will stand to judge the Nigeria. The coup was planned and sealed for Awolowo to be installed as the president of the nation. They used brave Igbos, Yoruba and few northern brave soldiers to execute it. It was another igbo person that stopped the coup

At the end Yoruba press theme it Igbo coup, seeing it as an opportunity to take over the economy of the nation.

Thank God for the revelation of one Yoruba soldier participated in that coup.

Exactly.

This was not long ago in Abia state.

The opinion of one or two individuals is not the stand of the entire state. Igbos believe that jaw jaw is far better than warwar. And again igbo society is a democratic society where one is free to air his or her view.

If Igbos support presidential candidate from other regions, they will theme it that Igbos don't love themselves. And when Igbos supported their own with capacity, they theme it tribalism.

Making sure that the Igbos are not together is project initiated by the British and handed over to NIGERIANS. The government has used huge amounts of money in this project but is it working?.Since majority of the Igbos did not deny their Igboness after the Civil it is obvious that Igbo conscious awakening will soon take over the air. BLOOD IS THICKER THAN WATER.
