@Ogm sori I've been out of network coverage, yes an intervw was conducted on 5th, I was invited but couldn't make it cos I attend one early last month I̶̲̥̅̊n Enugu.....so the HR guy adviced against it saying if D̶̲̥̅̊ε̲̣̣̣̥γ̲̣̣̥ dscova they will cancel both |

Congrats to Dr Wise again! This is the beginning of new things. My people, let's keep the hope alive as Dotman has said. The Enugu interview and the Lagos assessment for business manager is the last assessment FBN did for this year, and I gathered from authoritative source in there HOUR that they are still yet to get the required numbers/candidates they need. I learnt FBN has contacted all unsuccessful applicants from dr various interviews last year,so if you did not get dr mail chances are dat u wr successful but as to when dy will start calling I do not know o! |

Guys in FBN hr are not profesionals at all,unlike other banks ie IBTC who will give you updates on your recruitment processess.I guess the wait will soon be over as they are busy with their appraisals now.What i learnt is that,no more interviews until the backlog is cleared. |

This is wat i dnt like hearing. Recruitment on hold, embargo on recruitment. Fidelity bank did same, placing recruitment on hold since 2012. |

first bank has not placed any embargo on employment. I can tell u authoritatively dat the just finished accepting cv for recruitment as exp rico-internal controller. For successful people who ve undergone the interview, documentation and medical kickstart first week of february- reliable source. Also another round of recruitment drive is in the offing before d end of the first quarter. So pals, dont give up. By gods grace We shall join d first bank family sooner than expected. better days are here. |

In my own opinion I don't think FBN can afford to suspend recruitment.They are seriously understaffed and a visit to any of dr branches will confirm this,even as dy are also expanding.I was surprised to see a new branch of FBN near closed dwn UBA and ACCESS bank branches in Lagos.The fact that HR is taking so long to contact prospects may also be due to the workload on HR pple.I was surprised when a frnd told me d same set of pple who I met in Ibadan also facilitated interviews in d east,you can imagine d kind of stress such pple will be under given d size of d bank.Lets pray and keep hope alive. God is with us! |
