Sorry for quoting u but I will agree with abagworo on the basis that GEJ failed to utilised the oil boom resources to fix crucial basic amenities across the country.

I understand the pain of the civil war still lingering in the mind of the easterners and all that but mind you Nigeria as a whole is really suffering from bad leadership of the past. The change we all crave for, I pray it doesn't happen behind us.
