Food Logs for yesterday

7:00am - 1 orange

8:30am - 150g bread + 1tbspn butter + 1 mug beverage drink

5:00pm - 1 banana (I had almost quench here, was at a seminar and presented a paper standing to answer questions after, ish)

6:00pm - 1 can of viju chocolate + 1 sausage roll (gala-like)

7:00pm - 2 fist sized amala + 1 local cheese + 1/2 piece of a goat meat (my friend help with the fat part, yuck)

8:30pm - 2 pieces of chocolate

^^^ what a blessed day without rice, I do love days as this


Today so far

6:10am - 1 orange + 1 banana

7:45am - 100g bread + 1 tsp butter + 1 mug beverage

3:10pm - 10 cubes of chocomilo

Lunch will be 2 wraps of agidi + efo riro (baby spinach) + beef + local cheese

Dinner will be 1 cups beans + 3 plantain.

No more beans tonight, just asoky and veggie soup. *edited*.

@Agaba: thanks for the explanation of elevated push ups. I've seen some in jillians ripped in 30 dvd called 'crow push ups' quite hard but mega effective!

Food Logs today

7:10am - 1 orange + 1 cup cereal w/ 2 tbsp milk + 1 cube sugar + 2 small chocolate bars

12:10pm - 1.5 cups beans + 1 piece fish

2:10pm - 2 bananas + 1 orange + 2 large garden eggs

7:00pm - 1 slice bread

Dinner - 3/4 cup rice + 1.5 cups garden eggs stew (made with lots of tomatoes n onions) + 1 fish + 2 slices of plantain.

I will log my exercise when am done today

Logs for yesterday... 30 minutes cardio and abs workout with fitness blender.....nice but very tedioous...not eating much so far, just drinking....i hope you all have a wonderful day...

6:30am - 1 banana

7:00am - 1.5 cups of cereal + 2 tbsp of milk + 1 cube sugar + 4 tbsp of rice w/ half piece fish + 1 cheese

9:30am - 1 glass yoghurt + 3 small bars of dark chocolate

2:00pm - 2 small bananas

5:00pm - 1 pack noodles + 1 slice bread

8:00pm - 4 small pieces potatoes + leftover garden egg stew with 1 egg


Exercise Logs
5 mins of warm up (jogging in place)
10 mins jump rope intervals
20 mins jump rope circuit training
17 mins dusting/sweeping grin

15 mins run on the treadmill

Shin Splint has come again today, it dampens my heart a lot. I promise to fight it sha, I think its my workout shoes (I brought out an old shoe ave been using)

Where is everyone? Has weekend started yet? Hope all is well?

I had some sweet soreness today (my thighs are burning right now), so I have not done nothing till now, I should still jump tonight.

Food Logs today (I think TOM's on its way, so much cravings and overeating)

7:30am - Bread + 1 ponmon + 1 mug beverage + 1 cube sugar (I should take like 6/7 slices)

8:30am - 3 pieces of chocolate (1 serving = 180cals = 9 pieces)

2:30pm - 1 glass yoghurt

4:45pm - 1 puff puff

5:20pm - 1 cup rice w/ beans + 1 ponmon

7:00pm - 3 pieces of dark chocolate

Dinner will be 1 cup rice w/beans porridge + a piece of guinea fowl *game*

Logs for yesterday, 30 minutes kickboxing, did not get the full name, of the lady i did it with...it was great, and i ended it with 300 skips....that was my cool down, smiley wink

@Burntcoal...congratulations, i am happy for you, it is well, just make sure you watch your back, i grew up in Jos and it was so peaceful then...i pray it goes back to that time of peace again. Wish you luck.

Today,i drank garri and groundnuts in the mornx and did no exercise at all cause i was hurrying to work.Walked from my house to the bus stop ~ 10mins.


That's really good information about losing our weight easily. I really like to drink more green tea that's really good for losing much more fat in my body and they really good to increase more freshness in my body. And i regular doing morning walk and 2 k.m running is really great benefits for losing my weight very fast.

7:20am - 3 pieces of dark chocolate

10:00am - 1 glass of yoghurt

3:15pm - 6/7 pieces of bananas (tiny types)

6:00pm - a bite of bread

8:00pm - 2.5 cups rice w/beans porridge + 2 eggs (scrambled) + 1 mug beverage

8:20pm - 3 pieces of dark chocolate

TOM eventually came giving me a very low morale today, so exercise is nil.

Forgot to tell the house, am officially TTC, pls bear with me and pray for me too.

I am checking in for 1st time in weeks and glad to see all the usual people are still going strong with many more new faces.

I wish I had more discipline.

It feels really warm and supportive in here well done everyone.

Food :
4 slices of whole meal bread with peanut butter
2 pieces of fried chicken and chip
6 fishfingers
glass of fresh fruit juice
handful of mixed nuts
cup of coffee
cup of tea.
2 bananas
2 oranges
bowl of fruit salad

55 minutes of Taebo Basic Bootcamp Training (I hope to do a lot of DVDs this July)

10 minutes of Jump rope circuit (i.e. jump rope and walk in place)

was only able to achieve 130 minutes of fitness last week.
my goal again for this week is to achieve at least 200 fitness minutes.
