Who in his right mind will bar someone with some cash to invest in his land if that person is not a slowpoke? or what do you call investment?
It shows how stupid and hatred make some folks think like animals caged inside the zoo.  If  Nigerian govt spend billions abroad canvasing for investors but only end up with those that will come and take wealth away without any thing on the ground (vulture investors), but here you are speaking from your backside on how you barring some one with liquid cash.

If I remember well, there was a time when they were going to leave but then the Lagos government ask them to stay, I can't find the article but anyway I agree that there is no way a Biafra is going to work when Lagos is overpopulated with Igbo people, but then again these people have invested so much in all these other place, there looks like something is going on Nigeria so they are probably going to lose their property (like they always do) in the North and so on.
