IGWE_USA: yes of course he's allowed to say that. what are you planning to move lagos into biafra or what mtcheww if u want your own country u must get ready to move yourselves into that country abi. unless you prefer being second class citizen in our country. i don't see the point of creating a country if ur going to remain in ours to keep whining anyways. ezeagu: yup |

everything na wahala. There's a reason why people want separation -- to achieve some form of autonomy (in the sense that the people can have control, and proper allocation over their own regional resources and resulting revenue). Is that not the reason why so many groups are clamoring for their own states? |

I dont think the cry for Biafra is right, it will not save the Ibos from themselves. The worst enemy of the Ibos are themselves. Very hardworking, inconsiderate, industrious, greedy, inventive, corrupt, creative set of people. |

invisible!: You don't think? If the worst enemy of Ndigbo is Ndigbo according to you, who is the worst enemy of the Ijaws, Yorubas, Fulanis, Efik and Hausas? You must know the answer, unless you are just an expert on Ndigbo. And which of the above doesn't have a dose of their corrupt, inconsiderate? And why that got to be a measure of aspiration of the majority? |

Re: All Hail Biafra- Biafran National Anthem (Remastered) by Eziachi: 3:09pm On Jul 30, 2009 |
yommyuk: Like someone had just said, when people typed, you can just guage their age of reasoning. Who in his right mind will bar someone with some cash to invest in his land if that person is not a slowpoke? or what do you call investment? It shows how stupid and hatred make some folks think like animals caged inside the zoo. If Nigerian govt spend billions abroad canvasing for investors but only end up with those that will come and take wealth away without any thing on the ground (vulture investors), but here you are speaking from your backside on how you barring some one with liquid cash. Well if you bar them, then they will take their investment to where people appreciate good things but I am sure this is a talk of someone trying his first full keg of palm wine alone for the first time, as I am sure your leaders are not that stupid. |

Re: All Hail Biafra- Biafran National Anthem (Remastered) by invisible2(m): 4:24pm On Jul 30, 2009 |
Eziachi: A people willing to pull out of another man's country still moving in droves to Lagos and Abuja? You gat to be kidding me. We are twelve guys from our grand father, and only four are based in the east, the rest have been living and working in the west and north, till I see my brothers back home, you are talking trash with your Biafra talks. |
Re: All Hail Biafra- Biafran National Anthem (Remastered) by ezeagu(m): 4:31pm On Jul 30, 2009 |
invisible!: Maybe you should go and check what happened the last time the Igbo were going to leave Lagos. |

Re: All Hail Biafra- Biafran National Anthem (Remastered) by ezeagu(m): 4:48pm On Jul 30, 2009 |
invisible!: If I remember well, there was a time when they were going to leave but then the Lagos government ask them to stay, I can't find the article but anyway I agree that there is no way a Biafra is going to work when Lagos is overpopulated with Igbo people, but then again these people have invested so much in all these other place, there looks like something is going on Nigeria so they are probably going to lose their property (like they always do) in the North and so on. |
Re: All Hail Biafra- Biafran National Anthem (Remastered) by invisible2(m): 5:06pm On Jul 30, 2009 |
ezeagu: And to add to the trouble, food is cheaper in the north. My guys there eat a plate of eba for N70 while the same plate costs N200 in the east. Why do the Ibos invest in a place they claim to hate so much, why do they build houses in their so called enemies lands? Charity should begin at home because Ibo houses and properties are what they will first target in the event of a confrontation, what an easy target! Please stop spreading these anti-Nigerian topics as it even endangers the lives of the innocent Ibos. My brothers are important to me. Let them not listen to the lagos gov if they are serious about leaving, we can form our Lagos in Onitsha and environs, but where should our goods come in from, we have no seaport. |
Re: All Hail Biafra- Biafran National Anthem (Remastered) by ezeagu(m): 5:23pm On Jul 30, 2009 |
invisible!: You can go back to my original post on this thread, or you can even check threads I've opened, I am as weary as you on this topic of Biafra, although some people on nairaland push me to pop out my half of a yellow sun flag sometimes, lol but, as I've said before go to my original post on this thread, this is because some people say some foul things about other ethnicities in Nigeria (not just Yoruba to Igbo, which is most of the times, yeah I said it! but Igbo to Yoruba, etc.) There's nothing a random nairaland user can write or not write that will stop the inevitable blood lust other ethnicities will have on a people who they see as intrusive, greedy, bossy and overwhelming, and there really isn't anything that says otherwise unfortunately, look at the population of our people as you've said in 'alien' cities. Yes, we can form our own Lagos, actually we do have our own Lagos (hint: it starts with the letter 'P') and our people are there, but it sounds more attractive to say your all the way in Lagos for some reason. |

EZEAGU HAS NOT EVEN ENTERED NIGERIA MEHN OLUBUKOLA OR BUSOLA IS NOT YORUBA ITS SOOO OBVIOUS - IGBO MAN PRETENDING TO BE A GIRL, CAN YOU IMAGINE The fact of the matter is Biafra WILL NEVER exist too many igbo's outside igbo land and Hausas, Yoruba, Edos etc have money and oil reserves invested in those areas and you bitches are not going anywhere unless you can pay everyone off Trillions of naira truth be told Many rich igbos kno that they will not stand for Biafra because they will loose large investments they made around NIGERIA, their bank accounts will be seized, not to mention the many bribes they used to gain control over oil and the nigerian Industry. other then oil that whole area is bleeped nothing but erosion, wouldn't be able to even feed yourselves off of agriculture. your houses will be sinking and that little ass place will be be overpopulated. i say little because you will only get igbo states, THE DELTANS will ask for their own republic lets be foreal MAKE MONEY and stop complaining THE Elites from all tribes are enjoying life problems you face are those of nigerians in general |

Re: All Hail Biafra- Biafran National Anthem (Remastered) by invisible2(m): 5:44pm On Jul 30, 2009 |
We have many unresolved issues which the promoters of Biafra are not telling us, how can they tell us the truth when they are busy making billions from Igbo bodies worldwide in the name of fighting for the cause, what cause? The way the Ibos are maltreated is the same way the Housas are suffering, the poor Yorubas etc, our opressors are similar, and they are our brothers! They are the men in govt, military, legislators, big businesses, these are our worst enemies. A failed governor will find it easy to blame his uncontrolled embezzlement on the central govt, (the housas and yorubas) everyone and not himself, to divert attention from his fraud. Abeg lets go and do our work and forget those that want to clash the heads of poor tribes against each other, they are the ones to benefit from the fallout or are you the one to profit from arms and ammunition sales? Open your eyes!!!!!!! |
