the story of hitv is similar to that of a cash crop farmer who failed to diversify. he concentrates on planting wheat year on year simply because he thinks people will always eat bread no matter what. one year the farmer wakes up to find that the wheat he has been depending on to rake in money for him have been devoured by locusts! so, where does he start from? time was when we raised alarm here on nl about the faulty broadcast model of hitv which layed too much empasis on english football. trust naija people as they were quick to shout us down but now who's laughing last? |

hitv lesson: use your resources to build up other genres on your broadcast platform so that if one of them collapses (e.g epl), you still have others to rake in the millions for you. |
