Is he a law breaker? There is currently no law against consensual faggottry in Nigeria. Nzeogwu made a declaration prescribing summary execution for faggotts  back in 1966 but it's no longer recognized since his coup failed. There was also a bill presented to the National Assembly a few months ago but our legislators are too lazy to pass anything other than appropriation bills so don't hold your breath.
