@ Konjour pls come out of ur shell!!!!!

And u havent heard or seen people with 3 to 4 different degrees grin a theater arts with a PhD in nursing field. A farmer and an ordinary class room teacher became president, A mathematic Lecturer at the university of Lagos became the founder of a certain church ministry. A musician became pastor, a bank manager became a fashion designer etc they are not like u with chicken brain. grin

They are masters with brain power an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and education and a great interest in working in cooperation with others while ur just siting nicely at ur computer typing trash!!!!!!! infact the navy is clean in their body, uniform, thoughs and actions they are rule model for police grin grin
Politics / Re: Police To Employ Graduates, Change Uniform. by comechop1: 6:25pm On Jul 28, 2011

Politics / Re: Police To Employ Graduates, Change Uniform. by comechop1: 5:53pm On Jul 28, 2011
Additional opinion
They should start reconstructing all the police station in the country a very good standard with special facilities inside. egg a good standard staff canteen equip with cooling system so that they can enjoy their meal after a long day in the sun. standard waiting room for visitors and toilet/dressing room. They need also a resting room. They need also mini ho sipital in the same compound. Finally, each of them with a mini power bike to move around instead of trekking or begging for left.

The police office is handicap, no chair, no toilet, facilities to make work easy and comfortable with fresh air notin at all that's why they easily frustrated. What will the newly employed work with and what are the provision made for them b4 and after? Check out this police station

Politics / Re: Interesting Picture On Lagos-ibadan Railway by comechop1: 7:37am On Jul 09, 2011
Na today!!!!!! the railway track has been one of the oldest shopping centers for Nigerians since the dawn of history and it elevates the center of attention. you find all sort of items from food, cloths household etc been displayed out for their customers the same civil servant, police, army, student, corpers, house wives etc doing their shopping including the so call bend down market okirika take place there, fixing of hair, nail anything take place there with or without taskforce their trading is a do and die affair becos even if u set fire there, they will always be back just in the twinkle of an eye dust the ashes and resume trading again. grin grin for eg port Harcourt under fly over peo come all the way from ABA to do business there open bail. infact they prefer the railway to close down entirely for their use.

I believe that our problem lies within us and its an individualized thing so the sooner we can change the better. Like some said is nearly impossible to change the mind set of Nigerian is true jor.
Politics / Re: Beggars Deported Back To Their States From Abuja by comechop1: 11:10am On Jul 05, 2011
I support the deportation o yessss. let them go becos majority will continue to beg for the rest of their lives. They should go to their state of origin afterall federal govt pay all state allocation monthly. Their state/ local govt is responsible for their up keep and welfare. And i would like other states to do the same too particularly in Port Harcourt they should deport all of them becos they are eye sore. Just take a look at gra junction ard the pollo club  u will see them living like animals these aboki and their hagiya every where is eye sore. angry

If they are productive they can stay but they are not they are trash!!!!!! Their state/local govt should provide a special programme for them by educating them. As for the blind and the cripple govt should find the right way to assit them beginning from their state.  If Na me be the minister self i go do am nation cool

Travel / Re: Turn Off The Light: The Daily Life Struggle Of Nigerians In London by comechop1: 6:10pm On Jun 23, 2011
@ Ajanlekoko u said what am trying to reason as how? Is it about the light yes there a lot of energy-converting 0.0 3 watts bulbs and cost only a few pennies a year to operate. So turning off light and staying in the dark is absolutely rubbish!!!!! Is it about the solar power what is it? or living abroad by force?
Travel / Re: Turn Off The Light: The Daily Life Struggle Of Nigerians In London by comechop1: 5:36pm On Jun 23, 2011
Living and working abroad is not easy, it involves strenuous activities and so much energy. PEO PLS THINK ABT UR ENERGY IS VERY IMPORTANT NOT ONLY ENERGY FROM BILLS undecided

A family friend of mine living in Germany told us he spent 5.000 euros for energy this past winter. shocked etc. food not included and the house is not big a wife and son. Wow with this amount in naija one will live comfortably with family plus house help and Gardner. But the dude is the own cleaning his kitchen if wife is tired, cook  meal in turn and garden work from time to time including washing of his car, and so on. Complete car wash including engine in the garage is 300 euros so is better u do it urself grin

My dear peo whats the benefit of living abroad these days to me it makes one feel like a slave. By the way in naija when ur tired or sick someone is always out there to help u is it baby sit, washing cloths or iron or house work or go to the market for u name it any day any time they are available  in as much as they help ur saving physical energy for the next day. Abroad is good for business trips, medical treatment and vacation. One man food is anoda mans poison.
Travel / Re: Turn Off The Light: The Daily Life Struggle Of Nigerians In London by comechop1: 4:16pm On Jun 23, 2011
Ordinary bulb, fan and TV is just one point they consume less energy. But that of electric iron, electric kettle, these items consume a lot that is why u hear the sound of the generator change when they are on.

What happend to the solar energy they preach about that power TV, light, washing machine, computer everything?  why can they invest on solar. Na wa living abroad self na headache, less water for shower, less light, less water to do kitchen clean up na wa is no be by force to live abroad!!!!!!!!!!!

In my own opinion, Africa is the best the weather is fine no stress for winter preparation like heater or firewood needed if u are able to own ur land built something reasonable power it with solar energy fix borehole  u will enjoy ur life no more nepa wahala or aboki water etc. ~Pls u people should come back home and built ur houses with solar power to back up becos if ur spending somuch on electric, water and gas what is left for ur upkeep? theres no enjoyment there all u work is gone in the name of abroad u can still make ur paradise in nigeria if u plan well.

Calabar is much better when it comes to environmental issue honestly, the calabar people are naturally clean and they have pride in this respect. Politics / Re: Sen. Ita Giwa Party Hard In Nite Club (pix) by comechop1: 4:02pm On Dec 23, 2010
Beauty is from the inside out not just the physical appearance it comes in size we are not meant to be the same size that's why we have diff cloth on the market for diff size. Each man his own size that's it. So dont compare Naomi campbell, harry b etc they are in their own size.

Pls leave the woman alone with ur negative comments. It is her life a gift GOD gave her, so let her celebrate it at all times. Age has notin to do with it shes  young at heart, healthy, and strong. If any one of u dont like it keep quite. Who are u by the way to speak how someone should live his or her lifeAre u crazy?

The woman is full of live and this is what we pray for!!!! So, becos shes 64 she should withdraw from the society abi. I like the woman and would love to meet her one day and post it here on nairaland.

U haters are wasting ur time on the key board, Ita Giwa has accomplished, fulfilled and celebrating, while all u do is strick ur key board with negative comments daily I bet u no reach her shoe shame shame shame all u haters,
Politics / Re: Nigeria’s Airports Most Embarrassing – Mark by comechop1: 5:39pm On Dec 11, 2010
Another way of looking at this old saying ''Action speak louder than words'' what people actually do is important than what they say- ~Our leaders can promise things but then fail to deliver. Oga Mark, who prevented u to act yesterday? Abegi work the work no just talk the talk qqwwwuuh!!!
Politics / Re: New Wikileaks Revelations Implicates Aondoakaa, Julius Berger Etc. by comechop1: 9:31am On Dec 11, 2010
They loot us and milk us dry from our God given wealth, they use the loot money to import all kinds of weapons of mass destruction to disstabilize the whole nation.

They are the founders of all the militant groups in Nigeria today be it Boko aram, Mend, or what ever. It is their hand work to date to make such the militants are supplied with such weapons in order to keep Nigeria unstable while they continue to loot us dry to maintain their selfish/ill gotten wealth!!!!!!!!!

Their wealth is ill-gotten with so much atrocities they caused the country weeps enough is enough. Oh God of heaven and earth who created Nigeria fight for us, eliminate those that are guilty and cut them off from the face of the earth. Amen
Politics / Re: Goodluck Jonathan: "I Dont Have Good Political Experience" by comechop1: 7:46pm On Dec 09, 2010
@ appletago u quoted me.

Frankly speaking, i do agree with you after going thro ur post.  However, my perception towards the matter was viewed from a different angle. U should  remember that there are 2 side to a coin , what he meant is deep and expressed in a diplomatic way. He was less experienced in the beginning, he is developing. there are others better than him but they are arrogant, vain.

Jonathan rose from deputy governor to the chair of a president as am writing indeed, he warmed up already in this field in addition to his academic background all counts! the most important thing as a leader is equal life for all. honesty and sincerity.

Do u remember the late Julius Nyerere of Tanzania one of Africa most respected figure Mwalimu? do u know that he was an ordinary classroom teacher? a school master by choice and a politician by accident?

GLJ has visions i believe he will set them out and things will come to light if truly,
Politics / Re: Goodluck Jonathan: "I Dont Have Good Political Experience" by comechop1: 6:31pm On Dec 09, 2010
JONATHAN DID NT SAY HE CANTO LEAD THE COUNTRY OR HES NOT QUALIFIED FOR THE JOB.

QUOTING HIM AS SAYING "I WAS NOT CHOSEN TO BE V.P BE COS I HAD GOOD POLITICAL EXPERIENCE. I DID NOT. DO U KNOW WHY HE WAS CHOSEN? IT WAS BE COS HE WAS THE HONEST MAN AMONG THEM A FRESH FISH IN DP WITH GOOD INTENTIONS. grin

THERE WERE A LOT MORE QUALIFIED POE TO BE V.P - THIS MEANS THOU THEY WERE QUALIFIED WITH MUCH EXPERIENCE BUT WERE ALL LOOTERS AND WILL CONTINUE TO LOOT IF NIGERIAN  GIVE THEM THE CHANCE.

LAST QUOTE. IAM NOT A POLITICIAN- THIS MEANS HES NOT THEIR KIND. KILLING AND LOOTING NATIONAL TREASURE. HES A MAN   OF HIS OWN AND CAN DO WITH OR WITHOUT PRESIDENTIAL SEAT. BUT SINCE IT WAS HIS CALLING, HE WILL LEAD WITH ALL HIS MIGHT, HONESTY AND FAIRNESS.

THOSE  OVER AMBITIONS ARE EXPERIENCED LOOTERS. THEY SHOULD GO TO BED!!!!
Politics / Re: Goodluck Jonathan: "I Dont Have Good Political Experience" by comechop1: 5:46pm On Dec 09, 2010
G.luck Jonathan was sincere at least he admitted he was less experience when he became the V.P  of Nigeria that was in the beginning Now he has gain more experience and of course we all started from some where either with less experience or not at all.

Hes got good qualities, hes humble, honest and God fearing i think hes a man u can sit down and eat with from the same plate. With all the experience politicians out there we didn't go forward instead we backward from frying pan to fire. God choose him to lead us to date.  I believe it was hes calling and i pray for his administration to follow the right part!!!!

Jonathan remind us of the story from the bible in the old testament when Samuel the man of God went to the house of Jesse's to anoint Saul a minor to lead Israel. Was Saul experience before he was elected?

So, it doesn't have to be the best of the best before to become a leader,  it just have to be honesty and fairness plus good heart then the experience will follow grin

He said hes not a politician means his not the kind to play game but to deliver!!!!
