“By her passport, she started studying at a university in Nigeria when she was 12 and graduated at 15. The selection committee contacted Nigeria to confirm whether the candidate studied at a university.

“The EU asked if it was possible to graduate candidates at such a young age.”

If JAMB Registrar is talking about the University of Nigeria that I know, then his atatement is a big lie. I know how seriously UNN treats the age of students at enrollment. The North is simply trying to impose their standard on the whole country. The government should stop intruding into universities autonomy. The experts that run these universities know the effect of ages of students on learning; an individual who happens to be opportuned to be minister of Education doesn't know better than all the experts in the universities. See the kind of stupid story the Registrar of JAMB has cooked up about the revered University of Nigeria.

Why should Victor Umeh, Oshiomole and others oppose the bill on regulating the road transport industry and the transport profession? These are people whu have not lived in other countries with well regulated public road transport system. FRSC and VIO only deal with condition of road vehicles. What about registration and control of road transporters behaviour, including agberos?

Religion / It Is God Who Works In You To Will And To Act According To His Good Purpose by Kei144(m): 12:13am On Jul 14
Ph. 2:12 Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed — not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence — continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling,
Ph. 2:13 for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose.

Ph. 2:12 says that we should continue to work out our salvation with fear and trembling. Then Ph. 2:13 goes on to say that it is God who works in us and makes us to will and to act according to His good purpose. Do verses 12 and 13 of Philippians 2 contradict each other? Verse 12 seems to support “We are saved by works”. Verse 13 seems to support “We are saved by grace”. The reality is that the two verses do not contradict each other and it is important that we take the two together.

The Holy Spirit is a gift of God to us so that we can be supernatural. (www.ft111.com/thetrumpet.htm) If you receive a gift that you are not used to from somebody, you need to find out how to put that gift to use. Putting the gift to use means that you are doing something to the gift so that the gift will accomplish some purpose for you. God’s gift of the Holy Spirit needs to be operated in order for the Holy Spirit to work in us or for us. In order to help us to understand, let us look at how God operated His own Holy Spirit so that the Holy Spirit would accomplish a great purpose.

Ge. 1:2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
Ge. 1:3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.

In the above scenario, we see planet earth in its early days. So many chemical elements and compounds were still in gaseous form in the atmosphere, so much that sunlight could not reach the hot ground. It was an unpleasant situation. (Just imagine the life of a human being described as being formless, empty and void. How can we turn the life of this person around by the Holy Spirit?) The wonderful thing is that the Holy Spirit was present right in the middle of the unpleasant situation, and yet the situation never changed, until God operated the Holy Spirit. God operated the Holy Spirit by sending His word.

Ps. 107:20 He sent forth his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave.

In order to get God to work in us and for us through His Holy Spirit, we must learn to move the hand (or Spirit) of God by speaking His words. That is the reason why God gave us His words. Through God’s words, we are able to operate the Holy Spirit and get the Holy Spirit to work in us and for us.

Working out our salvation with fear and trembling basically means to continually be speaking words of God. As we speak words of God, the Holy Spirit works in us and for us.

Jo. 1:8 Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.

Ro. 10:10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.

2Co. 4:13 It is written: “I believed; therefore I have spoken.” [Psalm 116:10] With that same spirit of faith we also believe and therefore speak.

Very young people have the disadvantage of inexperience. Things are hard and this girl heard that a girl could get money by going out with men. She didn't know the dangers and how to guard against them. She lost her life because of inexperience.

Just today, I was in a keke in Awka and we saw some vehicles blowing sirens, with a soldier that was part of the convoy near us trying to clear the way for the convoy to pass through Eke Awka. The keke driver wanted to play a fast one and the soldier, wearing the rank of sergeant, warned him. The keke driver began to complain and I told him that he was lucky that soldier is a sergeant. The sergeant was gentle with motorists because of his experience. If it were army private or lance corporal, he won't hesitate to rough-handle motorists.

Foreign Affairs / The Judge Asked The Killer Of Former Egyptian President Anwar Sadat - by Kei144(m): 8:00am On Jul 01
The judge asked the killer of former Egyptian President Anwar Sadat - "Why did you kill President Sadat?"

The murderer replied- "Because he was secular."

The judge immediately asked the next question – "What does secular mean?"

The killer said, "I don't know."

The man who tried to stab the deceased Egyptian writer Naguib Mahfouz was asked by the judge: "Why did you stab Mr. Naguib?"

The terrorist replied, "Because he has written the anti-religious novel 'Children of Gebalawi'."

The judge showed interest: "Have you read the novel?"

The criminal replied- "No."

The judge asked the murderer of Egyptian writer Farag Fouda - "Why did you kill Farag Fouda?"

The murderer replied- "Because he had no faith."

The judge was curious to know, "How did you know that he had no integrity?"

The terrorist's reply was - "Everything becomes clear by reading his books."

The judge's curiosity increased further - "In which book of his did you find the proof of his dishonesty?"

The killer admitted, "I don't know the name of the book. I haven't read it all."

The judge was surprised: "Why didn't you read it?"

The murderer said, "I don't know how to read and write."

Hatred never spreads through knowledge. Hatred spreads through ignorance. This is how society pays the price of ignorance, the price of keeping people ignorant.

Yet they come online to make noise as if the number one priority in the mind of Igbo people is more land mass.

We have just about the right size of land and productive people to start up our own country if need be.

I tell you brother even if they were zero natural resources in IgboLand and Biafra was a reality.

And the government invest in the youths so they can be producing and manufacturing goods and and things like electronics.... Abia and Anambra state would have been the first black nation to compete with Asians in terms of cheap tech and products.

We would be mass exporting Tech products to neighboring African countries.

We would always find a way to create wealth just like we invented the apprenticeship system after the war.

I don't know where people got this idea that the apprenticeship system started after the war. The apprenticeship system has always existed among Igbos. It has Jewish origin. Jews that came to Igboland came with it. Long before Nigeria's independence, black smiths practiced apprenticeship system. When the British introduced carpentry, carpenters practiced apprenticeship system. Traders practiced apprenticeship system long before Nigeria's independence.

Nigeria should borrow as much as possible. End time begins this year. World economy will collapse. There will be so much crisis in the world, including WWIII, that no-one will remember that Nigeria borrowed any money.

It's just like the way the Israelites borrowed articles of gold from their Egyptian neighbours just before their exodus from Egypt.

ABBA fans, rejoice!

On Friday, May 31, all four members of ABBA — Benny Andersson, Agnetha Fältskog, Anni-Frid Lyngstad and Björn Ulvaeus — reunited in Stockholm to receive a prestigious Swedish knighthood from King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia, according to the Associated Press.

Andersson, 77, Fältskog, 74, Lyngstad, 78, and Ulvaeus, 79, received the Royal Order of Vasa and are now Commanders of First Class for “very outstanding efforts in Swedish and international music life," per the outlet.

Variety reported that the knighthood awarded to ABBA was revived in 2022 after it was discontinued in 1975 for “ordinary Swedish citizens,” making the band members the first to receive the Order of Vasa in almost 50 years.

Foreigners did receive the award in the meantime, however, according to The Guardian.

Is. 55:10 As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater,
Is. 55:11 so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

In Is. 55:11, God says that His word cannot return to Him without accomplishing what it says. God’s word cannot return to him unless a human being speaks the word back to Him. According to Is. 55:11, when a human being speaks God’s word back to Him, the human being will experience the power of God’s word in her/his life.

Jn. 3:34 For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit.

In Jn. 3:34, Jesus Christ says that as the one God has sent speaks words of God, God gives the Spirit without limit. Who is the one God has sent? In Jn. 20:21, Jesus Christ said to his disciples, “As the Father sent me, I am sending you.” Therefore, every disciple of Jesus Christ is sent by God. Who are the disciples of Jesus Christ? Everyone who is baptized into Jesus Christ in water and in the Spirit is a disciple of Jesus Christ.

Ep. 1:13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy
Spirit,
Ep. 1:14 who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession — to the praise of his glory.

A person who is baptized into Jesus Christ in water and in the Spirit has received the initial deposit of the Holy Spirit. This initial deposit is highly limited in what it can do. The measure of the Holy Spirit in a Christian needs to be increased in order for the Christian to easily demonstrate the Spirit’s power (1 Co. 2:4). In Jn. 3:34, Jesus Christ tells us how to easily increase the measure of the Holy Spirit in a Christian; frequently speak words of God.

Now let us go into the experiment that is the purpose of this message.

Mt. 5:48, Ep. 5:27
By your grace, Holy Father God Almighty, I will be perfect, even as you, our heavenly father are perfect. I will be holy and blameless. In the name of Jesus Christ.

Mt. 22:37-40
By your grace, glorious Father God, I will always love you with all my heart and with all my soul and with all my mind and with all my strength. I will love my neighbor as I love myself. In the name of Jesus Christ.

Lk. 6:31
By your grace everlasting Father God, I will do to others as I would have them do to me. In the name of Jesus Christ.

1 Jn. 3:2, Jn. 8:29, Jn. 4:34, Jn. 14:12
By your Lord God Almighty, I will become like the Lord Jesus Christ. I will always do only what pleases you. My food O God is to do your will and to finish your work. I will do all the works that the Lord Jesus Christ did during his earthly ministry. Greater works than he did will I do. In the name of Jesus Christ.

Above prayers are derived from the indicated verses of the Bible. The prayers basically return God’s word to Him with application to the Christian’s life or circumstances. The experiment is to continually say these prayers every morning and evening (last thing in the night and first thing in the morning). Do your best to never break the cycle. You will see what God will do in your life.

March 31, 2024: This season will become a season of exploration and discovery. These two things will take place as we walk in and with the Holy Spirit and by activating the Word of God through continuous application to our lives and circumstances by faith.

https://ft111.com/thetrumpet.htm

We touch the hem of God’s garment by returning His words to Him; God responds by touching us with His Holy Spirit. The measure of the Holy Spirit (or Anointing) in us increases in the process.

God bless you.
