Omexonomy: Bunch of coward clown with coconut heads.

Ome... You must be really hurting. If they are such coward clowns with coconut heads, why so spend so much time on them? Why get so much interested in what they do?
Your reaction is quite ironic and hilarious to say the least. Thanks for stopping by though. smiley

Culture / O’odua National Assembly (ONA) by TeekayAkin: 8:56am On Aug 06, 2014
O’odua National Assembly (ONA)

The O’odua National Assembly (ONA) is a popular, plural, revolutionary, liberation and intelligently-democratic movement working towards O’odua Nation becoming a truly independent African State.

The ONA was officially established in June 2014. It is not a party and does not wish to become one. It is an association of citizens who participate freely as individuals and as a united front for the independence of O’odua Nation. What unites its members is the conviction that O’odua Nation has a right to its own voice in the world. That is, to become an independent state.

The ONA is a popular movement which, alongside other civil society organizations who share the same vision and mission, is leading the process towards the creation of a new O’odua State.

The ONA is in no way a public institution or a corporation. It is not a parliament or a political party. It has no interest in participating in electoral processes. It works at a grassroots level, with the aim of building up even further the social majority that is committed to the independence of O’odua Nation and increasingly tired of an inward-looking, discriminatory, corrupt and colonial Nigeria. The ONA promotes wide-ranging initiatives and encourages the O’odua citizens not to deviate from the mandate of the independence of O’odua Nation.

The ONA sprang from the realization that Nigeria is incapable of addressing the O’oduans’ aspirations and demands for self-government.

O’odua Nation is a nation with a rich and vast history going back to tens of thousands of years. Ooduanism – the political expression of the O’oduans’ will to exist – has for decades tried to modernize Nigeria, to adapt it to global humane standards and to achieve a comfortable recognition of our political and cultural reality.

These efforts have multiplied enormously since the end of the military rulership. The emergence of the so called democracy has further seen our people and lands exploited, destroyed and enslaved within the geographical expression called Nigeria. All these have made it clear to us today, that the independence and self-rule is our only viable option, out of dignity, pride and service for our lands and people. This is the desire of the vast majority of O’oduans within the entity called Nigeria.

Today the ONA is a fundamental tool of our strong desire for self-determination and independence. The O’odua sovereignty movement is open to all O’oduans, regardless of their places of birth and region/country of residence.

Although the Assembly is a new platform, it has deep roots; deep roots in our culture, history and race. Once we were an independent people; a people who contributed largely to the world’s civilization vis science, mathematics, spirituality, morals, technology, language, medicine, architecture, governance, family and a host of others.

The ONA works from the grassroots up with the sole vision and mission of an independent O’odua state. The ONA is in no way under the leadership of the present day so called leadership. Majority of our so called leaders have failed us and sold our present and futures for their personal gains.

Our leadership has over the decades destroyed, looted and corrupted our lives and lands. They have acted and they still act to this very day on their own selfishness and greed. They have shown that our lives as O’oduans mean nothing to them. They have treated us as bargaining chips in their quest for glory, power and wealth in the colonial sham called Nigeria. We, O’oduans, have come to realize that for our future to hold strong and have any meaning we have to arise and stand for ourselves, as those before us have betrayed us grossly and further brainwashed us into the lie called Nigeria.

Telling the world the political and economic facts about O’odua Nation.

At the ONA, we would like everyone from within and outside the façade called Nigeria to get to know, with due rigor and transparency, why tens of millions of O’oduans want to peacefully exercise their right to decide their future, like other nations such as Scotland and Catalonia.

Politics / The O'odua Flag by TeekayAkin: 3:15am On Jul 21, 2014
The Blue, The White and The Blue - The O'odua Flag!

The first Blue stands for 'Oju Orun' - the sky that is right above us, the gateway into the universe.

The White stands for 'Ala' - the white cloth of Obatala, the King of the White Cloth, which represents IFA, the Divine Knowledge.

The second Blue stands for 'Okun' , the Ocean - the unfathomable wisdom that lies within.

The Stars above represent our ancestors and heroes past.

The Stars below represents our future generations

The statue of Oduduwa, the progenitor of the Omo Odua needs no introduction and is the binding force that hold us together as a race, a culture and a people.

- O'dua National Assembly (ONA)
The ONA in Yoruba could also be called ỌNA, which means THE WAY!

jmoore: 1-Tancredo Neves (President of Brazil ):
During the Presidential campaign, he said if he got 500,000 votes from his party, not even God would remove him from Presidency.
Sure he got the votes, but he got sick a day before being made President, then he died .

2-The man who built the Titanic
After the construction of Titanic, a reporter asked him how safe the Titanic would be.
With an ironic tone he said: "Not even God can sink it"
The result: I think you all know what happened to the Titanic .

3-John Lennon (Singer):
Some years before, during his interview with an American Magazine, he said:

"Christianity will end, it will disappear. I do not have to argue about that. I am certain. Jesus was ok, but his subjects were too simple, Today we are more famous than Him" (1966).

Lennon, after saying that the Beatles were more famous than Jesus Christ, was shot six times.

4-Cazuza (Bi-sexual Brazilian composer, singer and poet):
During A show in Canecio ( Rio de Janeiro ),
while smoking his cigarette, he puffed out some smoke into the air and said: "God, that's for you."

He died at the age of 32 of AIDS in a horrible manner.

5-Marilyn Monroe (Actress)

She was visited by Billy Graham during a presentation of a show.
He said the Spirit of God had sent him to preach to her.
After hearing what the Preacher had to say, she said:
"I don't need your Jesus".

A week later, she was found dead in her apartment .

6-Campinas (IN 2005)
In Campinas, Brazil a group of friends, drunk, went to pick up a friend,
The mother accompanied her to the car and was so worried about the drunkenness of her friends and she said to the daughter holding her hand, who was already seated in the car:

"My Daughter, Go With God And May He Protect You, "
She responded: "Only If He (God) Travels In The Trunk, Cause Inside Here, It's Already Full "

Hours later, news came by that they had been involved in a fatal accident, everyone had died,
the car could not be recognized what type of car it had been, but surprisingly, the trunk was intact.

The police said there was no way the trunk could have remained intact. To their surprise, inside the trunk was a crate of eggs, none was broken .

In June 2006 she was found burnt beyond recognition in her motor vehicle .

Hahahhaa.. Seriously?
So what happen to all religious people?
They never die?
I mean, Kumuyi's wife, Idahosa, and the host of them that have died nko?
Did they also challenge your dead beat god?
What of the 26000 children that die daily from hunger and starvation? They also insulted your god?
What of the 1 in 4 pregnancies that die and become miscarriages and still birth? They also insulted your god?
How dumb can you people really be sef?
Well, I have not only mocked your god I have challenged it and I do challenge it on here again:
''They keep telling me that some god, Allah created me. Well, like I've said tell those gods to come out and say that themselves. They keep saying that I should give my life to some jesus, well, tell it to come and say that and try to take it. I PERSONALLY WILL SLAY THEM ALL! Don't believe, just get them out and I shall slay them right before your eyes! And we can finally place them in their coffins and down under!"- Teekay Akin Free Africa Project, FAP, Nigeria

Now drag that god out and get it to action! GOD/god/gOD or however you write it!

And what answer do you want me to give to you?

If I type from now till daybreak, would it convert you into christianit?

If you choose to believe there is no God, its up to you...I'm a groomed christian therefore I can only debate based on the scriptures.

You can't possibly expect me to convince you that God when you made up your mind into believing he doesn't

I really need not read you type..

Get your god out to speak for itself.

I mean, did it also need you to help with the so called creations? billions of stars etc?

But now it needs your money, mouth, thoughts, writing skills, computers etc to get its message across.. LOL

That sounds more like a man-made crap! Which is what that god is!

It is simply an Imaginary DOG you mentally immature clowns brag around with!

if not, let the god speak and defend itself.. Simple!

Na here we stand dey wait!

Why are so angry about Xtians believing in this God you are convinced does not exist? Surely, you must be able to come up with a better way to help us to understand your 'religion' rather than opening inflammatory threads all over NL. If you have something better than this Jesus that we have tasted and testify that of his goodness, preach it without insulting others. I am a christian and I am not at all angry that you beleive in 'no god'! Na by force to join your religion? cheesy You need to calm down and take things easy o!

You have a problem with the fact that the God we see, feel and know in our lives does not exist, then prove it so we can change our minds!

Angry? LOL
Nah bro/sis.

Rather I'm having a laugh, as I love kncking down the walls of lies and folly around you lot!

Always a good past-time!

Again.. funny you lot have come tospeak and not your gods..
They created the world BY THEMSELVES AS YOU CLAIM, but now, they need you mud-men to speak for bthem, defend them, write their book.. etc LOL

I mean if your god created the world and couldn't even write his own damn book and get everyone a copy.. Then you should suspect that something is wrong.. That is something a god should do, capable of..

WAKE UP!!

Religion / The Roots Of Our Problems And What We’re Still Doing Wrong! by TeekayAkin: 8:13pm On Aug 30, 2012
The Roots of Our Problems and What We’re Still Doing Wrong!

Nigerians, always with the attitude of placing the cart before the horse and wondering why the chariot isn't moving!
The first step is a mental stage!

Haven't Nigerians gone to the streets and rioted and protested? Where did it lead?
Haven't we prayed and cried?
Where did it lead?

If these aren't working then something must be wrong and common sense should tell one to change tactics/strategy!

And that problems lies in the fact that we keep plucking the leaves off the tree disturbing us, rather than uprooting it, we pluck, it clears and then we're back again in 2 weeks crying and plucking the leaves and calling for a protest again!

How about we do the right thing for once?
How about we place the damn horse before the cart and see the chariot move?

How many understand the underlining of the problems?
Many can see the problems, Oh Yes! Many feel them and are affected by them, many want to do something and want things to change, but how many know the roots of the problem and when pointed out, how many are ready to face the roots?

How many have the courage and boldness to do so?

Not that many, very few in fact! Hence, you have the hypocrisy of a man who claims to want change but just can't bring himself to what is necessary because of his silly ego and foolishness!

To solve a problem, it needs to be carefully understood, you need to go down to the deep roots and see how that problem generated and sprung up. What fertile soil did it grow on, what nutrients, water etc made it germinate and grow so big?

Those are your first steps. And looking well into our history, we see that our problems in their gross majority started off with slavery/colonialism.

Not that there weren't other problems then, there surely were, albeit VERY minimal and well handled/solved compared to what we have now!

Now, what was the first step these invading armies do to conquer us as a people?
Divide us successfully- The same divide and conquer system that worked them and still works now - Look at our societies!

How did they divide us? Introduction of foreign religions, the slavery of the mind! Cutting us off completely from who we are and placing this new illusion on us to cloud our minds, distract us, create a huge sense of fear and in which solace could only be found in their foreign deities!

They made us see ourselves as not worthy, inferior and less than human, which created the subservience and mental slavery!

That division and distraction, clearly made it easy for every other type of problem, crime etc to grow and we see them as the stems, branches!

Furthermore, how did we ever think we were and are independent, when we still use the same foundational institutions set up for us by colonialists? The same systems that were there during the colonial era - which was not for our benefits but for that of the colony as we served them and everything on our lands did!

So how did we claim to gain independence and still stuck to these institutions, to these tools of our slavery and colonialism and we now complain that things don't work.

How can they work, when they weren't designed to work for us in the first place?
We see our colonial masters getting bigger and better alongside their agents who monitor the colony called Nigeria.

We ourselves have become the slavers and colonisers of our own self unconsciously!

‎"None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free"- Goethe.
What is worse than a slave? A slave in free men clothing! Take a look at Nigeria!- Teekay Akin FreedomMovementVoice

And those roots we have failed to break and destroy!

Remember we never fought for independence, rather we were given. And who in his right senses will enslave, colonise and then free?
If you think any man will do this for you, then you are deluded!

Freedom is never given; Freedom is taken, fought for and died for!

Will protests and riots peaceful or otherwise get us what we need?

No they won't!
Will prayers do?
No they won't!

Not until the roots of those problems are dug up, removed and burnt completely. Not until then shall we ever see true change in Nigeria. - Not the change from Yar'dua to Jonathan, or PDP to CPC etc NO!

Real change from slavery to freedom, from inferiority to equality from division to unity from chaos to freedom, from tolerance to understanding!

First, ourselves and lands must be rid of foreign religions, Give them back their gods, religions and books, Give them back their tools of our slavery, colonialism and oppression!

And let’s UNITE, unite as African brothers and sisters. Unite from the smallest units, family, community, tribes, regions etc!

Then together as a whole, we can sit down as free and equal men, understanding each other and then being able to further destroy the stems, branches and leaves of this failed system, this slavery and colonial system!

Then we can chart our own future; redefine our own borders as Africans and not as dictated/created by foreigners! We should determine how our lives are lived and what path we take not some foreign god or men!

Does this sound like Utopia?

Well, NO!
This is reality, accomplish-able, because IT ONCE WAS AND CAN AND WILL BE AGAIN!

obadiah777: john 8 vs 44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do.

Like I mentioned earlier..

DId you think up that John 8 vs 44 you just quoted?
Or are you merely regurgitating the words of other men?

WAKE UP!!!

Religious folks and battery dolls in a toy shop.
‎''My religious friends - Listen to yourselves for a minute?

What do you notice?

Now go to a toy shop and hit the battery doll section, get like 3 together and click play at the same time and see what happens?

Any similarities between you and them?

The results are obvious!

You all are programmed off various disks; the muslim off the islam disk and the christian off the christian disk, and like dolls as well, when we click play you all go yada yada regurgitating the same rubbish you have been programmed with..

Battery dolls we can understand as they haven't got a brain, what of you humans?

Religion / A Christian, A Muslim And Me: When You Understand Why You Don't Believe Each Oth by TeekayAkin: 5:49pm On Aug 30, 2012
A christian, a muslim and me: When you understand why you don't believe each other, ...

A christian preaches to me and wants me to be a christian, believing in the bible god, while a muslim preaches to me and wants be to be a muslim, believing in the koran god.

Both stating their tales and beliefs and personal encounters and the fact that billions of people follow them to back up their evangelisms.

Well, when I asked the Christian if I should believe in the muslim god - he vehemently said NO, quoting ''be not on equally yoke with unbelievers'' etc, as his own christian god is the real one which is why billions of people follow it.

When I pointed out the ''personal encounters'' the muslim told me, the christian brushed it aside and called them all lies and fabrications, illusions and hallucinations.

When I asked the muslim if I should beliebe in the christian god he also vehemently said NO, ''those infidels, who allah had hardened their hearts'' etc, as his own muslim god was the only real one and not to forget that is the reason billions also follow it.

When I pointed out the ''personal encounters'' of the christian, he also brushed it aside, calling them lies and illusions, hallucinations and fabrications.

So I called them both into the room and laid it bare for them to see, exposing their hypocrisy, ignorance and folly!

If the christian god is fake according to the muslim even though they claim miracles, personal encounters and miracles and billions of followers - then why should I believe it?

Also, If the muslim god is fake according to the christian even though they claim miracles, personal encounters and miracles and billions of followers - then why should I believe it?

The I told then, ''When you understand why you don't believe each other even with the beautiful tales, century-old books, billions of followers, so called personal encounters and miracles etc THEN YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHY I DON'T BELIEVE YOU BOTH AND NONE OF YOUR GODS!''

And to my surprise they both ganged up on me calling me names, the devil, the anti-christ, ths and that.. LOL

Aiint that a bitch?

Why have you discarded your brains and failed to reason?

Biblical definition of a fool as compared to the reality definition.

‎Psalm 14King James Version (KJV)14 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God...

A line most religious folks even Muslims throw around every second.

Now seriously?

Is that all? The same rhetoric and line of other men.. How can you be respected, when you can't even use your brains and reason? That same line is got from the book, so you use it because someone says so? LOL

How about a FOOL being one the believes in some sky deity simply because some foreigner that came to enslave him and his lands said so?

How about a FOOL being one that fails to reason but just parrots the words of other men?

How about a FOOL being one who fears some unknown deity and lives his life in some hole afriad of some devil and hell?

How about a FOOL being one who prays to some Imaginary DOG called god to come save him and help him solve his worldly problems?

How about a fool being one that thinks some jew that was said to die 2000years ago died for his sins and is coming back for him?

I could go on and on...

Now those are the better definitions of a FOOL!

The scams that christianity and foreign religions are! Religion started when the first scoundrel met the first fool! TAKE A LOOK AT THE SCOUNDRELS AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE FOOLS!!!

I've written many articles and spoken many times against these scammers, fraudsters and 419ers called pastorsand religious leaders. BUT it is just sad that some people still fall victim of their frauds!

I came across the page below and I just couldn't believe it!I had previous knowledge of these scams from this same so called pastor and his likes, even my father fell to a similar fraus to the tune of N50,000 [refer to the church website for the conversion rates in $ and pounds] at one of his services, after he was diagnosed with diabetes and going up and down seeking miracles rather than face it and change his lifestyle.I heard of this same scam a few weeks back, but I'm just reading it myself on his official website.
''This is a HUGE SCAM!!SERIOUSLY?

Holy Bleep!! And people fall for this shit? The said god created the world blah blah all by himself and now he needs your money, time and self to go do his work on earth to preach and talk and survive on this earth? REALLY

He did the entire creations all by himself without your help as you all claim and NOW he needs you and your money !

WAKE UP YOU FOOLS!

Reading this I thought I was reading one of those scam e-mails.

But somehow those ones are condemned and these ones are allowed to exist and run!

What madness and stupidity have befallen us Nigerians, Africans!!!?

What the hell is wrong with us?

I mean, if the god created it all by himself, he should be able to run his business himself, preach and spread his word, defend and fight for himself and supply the money to run his business!!

Did he also need some money from you lot to create the oceans and trees as you claim he did?

So why the Bleep will he need you or your money now?

Speak for yourselves: Let NO one who hasn't worked in your shoes speak for you!

It's really easy to sit on the sidelines or from afar and churn out advices, strategies, what should be done, wha ould have been done, what one is doing wrong and the right that must be done. All these are very easy to say without walking in the shoes of the person in question.

Isn't it easy for some Jesus (for those that still believe the tales) to sit around in some village in the Middle-East and throw around some rules, laws, advices, punishments, barriers etc over 2000 years ago?Isn't it easy for some Muhammad, (for those that still believe the tales) albeit a paedophile, to sit around and throw rules, some god's words, regulations what should be done, what is wrong and right?

Isn't it easy for your same ex-masters and nations to now sit high and throw around the recipe for your greatness? Tell you what must be done and what we are doing wrong.Somehow they know these answers without having walkied in your shoes!

Same goes for all your other foreign deities and masters you hold in high esteem and follow their words!Have they walked in your shoes, even a yeard?Have they experienced what you have experienced? When your Jesus(es), Muhammads etc and their people are enslaved for over 500 years, uprooted from their lands forcefully, murdered and killed in their homes, communities and cities destrpyed...When they start getting racially profiled, whan people see them coming down the streets and cross the road-- simply because of their skin colour, when they are discriminated and insulted, lynched, burnt alive, hung on trees, dehumanised, colonised for centuries and till date...

When they need to go queue up for visas to leave the lands the said gods condemned them into, when thet start experiencing the humiliation of rejection, being placed in an inferior role, history and culture destroyed and discrimination...

When they automatically become suspects ahead of others mainly becaise of their skin colour, when they face stiff unemployments, starvation, hunger, penury, wars, genocides and a real Holocaust.

and lots more...

Then they can have the rights and guts to sit and tell me what I'm doing wrong or should do right!
Then they can have the guts to claim to be speaking for me or have come to save me!You can't save me from what you don't know or never experienced! And none of these folks know or understand nor experienced what we've been through or are going through. hence, CAN'T SPEAK FOR US NOR SAVE US!!!

I can't claim to want to save you from drowning, when I can't even swim or never been in the water!!It's as simple as that! And the sooner we, Black folks/ Africans wake up to that reality the better! We have been doing the same thing for centuries and NOTHING has changed. Why not change tactics??Why not try something new?Why let this tyranny of ignorance, folly and lack or reason rule over us?WAKE UP!!Only you/we can speak for yourself/ourselves!!Only you/we can save yourself/ourselves!!

That is the problem..

You lot shay away from reasoning, but rather bury your heads in books written by other men like you. Men from some deserts almost 2000 years ago as they claimed.

Books that were brought to your lands under a system called slavery - Where the slave has no choice but to worship, follow and obey the master, his ways, religions gods etc.

And some how we claim to be free and independent. We claim that slavery is over BUT only we have failed to let go!

We hang on to the chains and wonder why our lives are in this mess and regressing.!!

WAKE UP!!

Reasoning is your duty and responsibility!!

Now back to the issue?
Why not let your big, powerful god do its work itself? Make we see?
Religion / Who Or What Does The Middle-eastern Jesus And Muhammad Mean To You Or Me As Afri by TeekayAkin: 3:47pm On Aug 30, 2012
Who or what does the middle-eastern Jesus and Muhammad mean to you or me as Africans?

Who the f&&& is Jesus or Muhammad to me or you as an African?

Don't we all proudly say that slavery and colonialism are over?
Don't we all claim to be free and independent?

Then why are our lives still being controlled and ruled by the same foreigners and their tales and deities? What is free and independent about that?

It seems our freedom and independence just come from the repeated statements of our masters - they have said so, hence it must be so. We must be free and independent since they have said so. We signed a few documents, rolled out the drums, sand and danced BUT sadly enough, no one ever went back to check if the system that brought about these evils in slavery and colonialism, destruction, exploitation of us and our people and land had been destroyed. But like programmedtoys we repeated çwhat we had been told - ''You are independent'', ''You are free'' . And that freedom and independence never went farther than our lips. It never trascended into reality, but still we never questioned things. We never took the initiatite of going back to the roots of it all to see what went wrong, rather we took up another slave tool we were given - gods and cried, prayed, wailed and hoped that some miracle would happen while pinning all our lives and future on them.

Let me see if I can challenge you to reason and true freedom.

In a shoe factory or any factory for that matter, before it becomes mechanised, you need man-power to run every stage of production, when it becomes mechanised you surley don't need that man-power any longer. The machines in place simply carry out the production with little or no supervision but the time to time maintenance.

Now, why have I mentioned this?

Let's relate this to the making and production of slaves, because as we all know - No man was born a slave, rather slaves were made!So if slaves were and are made, let's take a deeper look at this. At the beginning of making/ producing slaves, the slave masters were needed to be present physically - The Arabs and Europeans flooded our land alongside their local agents forcefully uprooting, stealing, mudering, killing, destroying, oppressing and exploiting the people to say the least. Making them slaves and taking them off their lands.

After that stage, what came next?

The mechanisation of the slave production - What machines were brought in? - The most effective and effiicient one was religion and god tales - It was the mother machine from which other smaller ones were connected and ran.

The machines were installed, tested and perfected, hence the man-power on ground wasn't needed any more, the machibe was deeply rooted for it to run by itself - Maintenance? They even trained many in the art, making your parents, society and those before them foremen of the factories. Your churches and Mosques and most importantly your FEAR and IGNORANCE are what have aided this slavery.

The fear and ignorance that has been instilled in you right from the first stage of production, as you were born. Those firmly keep all other stages smoothly transiting and the machine worsking perfectly in you, being on an alert to fight and attack any words of reason, challenge, logic or thinking! And as the leather in the leather factory might look around today, seeing no humans, claim that they willingly chose to gho under the machine and become shoes, bags, belts etc, same our kindred also brag around with their slave tags of christiaity, Islam, claiming it to have been as a result of some ''personal encounters'', ''closet experiences¡¡ etc. This is just sad!The joke is on us Africans. We have been fooled and we have fooled ourselves into this fallacy of a freedom and independence when everything in reality tells us otherwise. When our daily state and lives scream otherwise. We must take up this challenge and face our fears and ignorance as we can only conquer them by facing them. NOT by throwing some meaningless prayers at them or by running to some house of worship or to some god we were given. NO!!Our fears have to be confronted and destroyed, then we can move forward! This is a simple challenhe for us to do.

I haven't challenged you or called you to do this for anyone but yourselves. I havenm't asked you to hate youselves and reduce yourselves by bowing to other men or deities, NO! BUT I've asked you humbly, in brotherly love and compassion to LOVE yourselves, wake up and break free! The joy of freedom is for you and I and the time has come to put aside all the lesser important issues, the branches and face the roots of our problems squarely.Only we can save ourselves! AFRICA ARISE!!!!

The Land of the Wise ruled by Fools and Idiots! Part 1

Sometimes around last year someone called Nigeria - A land of fools ruled by idiots. majority of the so ncalled Nigerians came out attacking, defending, fighting, went ballistic, they simply didn't like being referred to as fools notwithstanding that reality confirms this.

They went off on a tangent and lost the message and rather catered to their egos and sentiments.

Well, many have accused me of being to blunt, harsh direct, truthful etc with words. So this time around I'll cater to your sentiments, hence - Nigeria: The land of the wise ruled by fools and idiots.

I remember growing up in a christian family where we prayed for Nigeria and as well in churches. It was also on the prayer points, some even organised vigils, prayer sessions and still do till date.

We pray for our ''nation'', ''leaders''. We ask the bible and koran gods we were given to guide them, grant them knowledge and wisdom to rule well and make the nation better.

And this was even the case right from the days of the military rulers, coups at intervals, brutal rulership, high level of corruption etc BUT rather than rise and depose these tyrannies, we, the WISE prayed for them, called on the gods to remove them when it didn't seem like the plea for guidance and wisdom to rule was going anywhere.
And when a brutal leadership stepped aside it was a miracle, the drums were rolled out, the heavens and angels and vuigins (for those that have these in their heavens) rejoiced, danced and recorded a victory for their god - I wouldn't even go into which god claimed the victoty or probably it was a Joint Task Force between the gods, I'll let them fight it out.

Then the military fools were aside and a civilian came into office, right in front of the Wise of my land. Well, the gods removed a fool for an . It wasn't long though before the fools were favoured by the gods and the hardwork of the wise.

We, the wise did so much to restor this fool back into power, we weren't just fond of idiots, years of being ruled by fools had made us used to them in our highest of wisdoms, hence the return of our darling fool was very welcomed and a blessing!

That went on and wodn in history as one of the worst repressive regimes BUT still we the wise had it all figured out, we were just too wise to listen to anyone, learn and un-learn, we had it all figured out, we had all the answers, we were the custodians of wisdom!

We demonstrated those great attributes again, and when the fool in power died, it was our gods, the drums filled the streets, dancing and screams of joy, the wise patted themselves on the back, their wisdom had done it again! Some even attribute this to their gods, well I'm sure the heavens must have been glad, traffic stopped right there in heaven as Nigeria was on the mind of the gods again. Which of the gods? I'll refer you to my earlier take on this.

At this point we had it all mapped out with another fool, the one we would later praise for installing another colonial institution- DemocraZy - the best thing to ever happen since sliced bread.

We, the wise had this all worked out - all these years of chaos and problems, oppression and poverty, democraZy was the answer, that was the missing piece of the puzzle! And we ran to get us a fool to make that happen.

The stage was now set, another opportunity for we, the wise to flamboyantly display our rare gift of wisdom, and we ran, ran as fast as we could to get us our fool that we would convert into an . Our love for fools, eh?It was a spectacle to behold, a miracle, a time to relax, dough in the oven awaiting the bread. Bread that would never come, till the doughgot rotten... but shhhh!!

Then ever since that fool turned brought in his gangs and other idiots lying in the cut and woodwork all came out, filling up the leadership positions over we, the wise.

We just couldn't get enough of our darling idiots.

And twelve years ater the ''almighty formula'' called democraZy given to us by our slave/colonial masters was applied, everything has got worse, even worse than when the fools ruled. The regime of a fool that was once called the most brutal and corrupt now looked like it was run by saints and angels - the reason why the gods favoured them? Who knows!

Who knows!

Then the military fools were aside and a civilian idiot came into office, right in front of the Wise of my land. Well, the gods removed a fool for an idiot.
