It depends on the institution, some schools accept unofficial transcript, before asking u to proceed, and if they see that you did quite well in your final two years of study, and that the MSc course u wana do is well related to ur previous degree they MIGHT give you admission. The best thing is to take ur time search for schools and contact their graduate study dept, u never knw..... Its difficult but its not impossible.
techmart:
hello House,
Am happy the way people are responding to
encourage others meet their dreams. I intend to go
to canada for MSc and please I want to rely on this thread for
information flow from the experienced gurus in-
here.
I graduated with 2.2 CGPA 3.4. And I intend going for Masters in information System Security.
I will like to know, if I am qualified for Msc with my grade. Also, how to go about the whole processing. And, how to file my application in an easier way.
And the requirements. I've been reading other peoples' comments , but sometimes confusing.
Thanks in anticipation.

I believe you gass work on ur SOP well, u can ask the bosses in d house to help you check it out after writing, u have to fill d gap concerning what ve been doing since march (as everyday of ur life since u turn 18 must be accounted for), and also if you can work a lil bit on ur SOA as ur program is 2 yrs (although i don't know how mch it costs). Better still if u can get a co-sponsor who has a landed property & d likes, works jus fine and of course prayers then u re-fire! #myopinionthough

Nice observation, but you gotta be more careful with the usage of your words.
Mcjimmy: Good news next month.... God is going to shower everyone that is expecting TRV on this thread an uncommon favour, Favor will give someone unqualified lifting before the end of next month... Great positive surprise this week for those expecting theres this week.

Has anyone thought about why Canada embassy is not in Nigeria ? Hmmm our leaders are f**ked, they are useless. I wonder why they make use go through the stress of sending original document from Nigeria to Ghana. What is so special about this Ghana that most meaningful companies pack there things to Ghana. It shows how useless our president and other mumu who call themselves leaders are. I will not be surprise very soon Aso Rock sef go shift to Ghana.

Even self we go dey collect and renew passport for Ghana if we are not careful

Thanks.
bridgelakes: I do know that tuition fees are significantly lower in Memorial for foreign graduate students than at Regina. And that probably accounts for the higher enrollment figures at Memorial. But Regina seems to have a higher quality of life with living cost averaging lower than most of the other provinces and territories in Canada. However i will encourage you to get in touch directly with your institutions of choice for more answers. They will be more than willing to answer you.
Travel / Re: Coming To Canada? by vinci500: 7:35pm On Sep 27, 2014
Which would you advice I chose between this two provinces for post graduate study, University of Regina (Saskatchewan) or Memorial University (Newfoundland) in terms of student environment, quality of life style etc etc

I would strongly recommended the NPC BC since its a national thing.
sawyersam: Please which one is allowed then, NPC birth certificate or local government birth certificate?
Travel / Re: Travelling To Canada Part 6 by vinci500: 9:16am On Sep 25, 2014
The birth certificate issued by NPC, does it have an expiration date or it is permanent?
Holmes007:

1) if u stay in Lagos; go to National Population Commission at Surulere with an afidavit of age declaration from the High Court along with N4000 or N5000. U will get ur birth cert in 4 working days.

2) Any original document of ur sponsor u cant lay ur hands on should be notarized(Certified True Copy) at the High Court.....
Travel / Re: Travelling To Canada Part 6 by vinci500: 9:04am On Sep 25, 2014
Thanks boss, you're a life safer!
lymelyte: go to NPC( national population council) for birth declaration . It will cost you 5k

'cheap' is not a relative word, different people have different definition for 'cheap', what is described cheap by you might be ruby expensive for someone else.As a matter of fact Unisask tuition fee is still below the median average for canadian institutions for graduate studies, am sure this link would help you http://www.usask.ca/tuition/quote
Bobbieydeey: Brandon and memorial cheap ! Saskatchewan is a lil expensive o

You really have no idea what google can do for you, alot of factors could influence the tuition of a school, provincial location, program type (PG,UG etc), and all worth not, try searching for Canadian cheap tuition schools via google, follow the school website am pretty sure you would get something substantial. Moreover you can check schs lik university of Brandon, University of Saskatchewan, Memorial University etc etc Good luck.
akinsjimmy: My friend got admitted in one canaduan college but the school fees is too expensive like 14000 dollars, that is why I'm asking the house maybe u guys can be of any help to me, helping me with school, with low school fees lower than my friends own. Thanks a lot
