It is a running story every summer that Cesc would be useful to Barca and he should be signed, and for the next 3 years at least, the story will still continue in the current format. If Arsenal fail to make it through to the CL group phase or miss out on the CL spots, Cesc would leave next summer. Even if he doesnt want to, he will be sold to raise money.
Him going to Barca is less likely as he would be on the bench behind Xavi (Barca cant put 30M on the bench). Milan would be the likely destination.
