Nice victory yesterday and another favourable draw for Arsenal for the group stages. Lots of big clashes coming up in other groups though with Barca and Inter clashing as well as Milan and Real. In essence two major battles between Spain and Italy - should make for interesting viewing.

On yesterday's game, the idiotic commentators on ITV having nothing better to say than make noise over the penalty. It was a non-issue for me and we would have won regardless. Celtic was crap over the two legs and the paucity of shots on goal tells the story.

Still early days but I can't complain about how things are shaping up so far for Arsenal. 5 days to the close of the window and no news of transfers yet. . . I still feel we will bring in one or maybe even 2 players but let's wait and see.

Eduardo won't be the first to be banned by UEFA for simulating.
A certain player known as Mikoliunas of Lithuania was banned for simulating by UEFA some years ago.
UEFA techinical team are reviewing the video so y'all should brace up.

If they Ban Eduardo, Gerrard will be retroactively banned for diving against Athletico Madrid in the group stage last season, as well as Ryan Babel for diving for Liverpool against us in 2008, both at Anfield.  I just sent UEFA the tapes from those games as well.
