Last i talked to my brother, he was on his way to abuja. he said he's at national hospital and he has burns to the back. my mum is flying out to nigeria tonite.

What is wrong with Nigerians? Sometimes it seems we were created by satan.

Our NPF needs to be more strengthened to avert this growing trend. Despite the whole check points at entry to abuja. People also needs to be more vigilant on the visitors allowed it organizational premises.
If this Boko Haram (forbid western education) really mean business, they should go and close all the formal educational institutions in the north and stop this nonsensical recurrent bomb attack on innocent people.

Blood donations are urgently needed in Abuja O+ and B+ in particular. If you are in Abuja,  be a hero and help save a life by donating blood!

While I think the government hasn't done enough to ensure adequate security in the country, I feel the lion share of the blame should go to the two evil/shadowy forces bent on wrecking havoc and gratuitous violence just to make the country ungovernable for whatever reason . These malevolent forces are: Islamic jihadists/book haram and the spent force that is the Hausa/Fulani political cabal that lost out in the last general elections.

To get a handle on this problem, the security forces like the police; SSS and the army need to monitor the activities of their members from the core north.

this is sad! Especially as the americans are considering the fact that its possible al-qaeda network want to use Nigeria as a base.

You can find it as offensive as you like. It is an apt observation.
Talk to the average person and pure foolishness mixed with prayers erupt from their mouths. Everybody reacts by instinct as if God didn't give us brains, shouting before thinking.

The reason we have the bombing of the UN today is because of the id!iotic mixing of religion with politics. Who, but fools do that? Its a huge price we are paying for the introduction of sharia into government.

Expect the US army sooner, rather than later; cos IMHO al-qaeda has found Northern Nigeria conducive to their campaign. This is how to lose sovereignty.
