@obasekii sorry i got ur questionnn wronng thought it was international payment. newacca has answered the question. i used zenith bank draft. you dont need to have an account to do the draft though some may require some identification eg int passport , drivers licence. check for a list of the banks they use on their website or their office its pasted there. cheers mate

@ yk1808 you do not have to pay unless the embassy asks you to i was asked to pay a years tution fees during my medicals. if you can download the checklist( its three pages) on their site you would have an idea of what to submit.

Morning y'all before I get into the days work just to make a few notes.
The trend of posting all documents used by successfuls seems to have died and I believe it has been beneficial to those succesfuls and also to newcomers or those wishin to apply. It was to me . I think the September et al should when they have the spare time.
This thread shall not die.

@snuteria you are doing a wonderful job. Yep made payment I have not received the receipt yet the school has been frustrating me .I have never sent mails like this in my life in a short period. They just posted the money into my student account after almost 1.5 weeks of payment apologizing for the delay due to their reconciliation mumbo jumbo. I am still on their neck for it . Thank God I sent the telex copy and transaction details to cdhc with explanation that the school was delaying before the deadline. Quite unbelievable though.

with regards to the medicals 28K at vi ( from investigations their service is better than the other one and faster) be ready for a full physical examination in your b/day suit (they check ur lymph nodes, cancerous areas for tumor, your body sensitivity etc). and others (urine bloods samples et al) eye test and some medical history [i was asking d doc as he was checking each area]. if u have tattos, tribal marks ,incisions or undergone any form of surgery (they carry out additional test) etc you hold extra change for that. sorry if i do not reply on time but i am sure my guy @snuteria always got me back.

I believe snuteria has answered all ur questions.
it is important that u add a letter from the bank either being sponsored( esp that) or self sponsorship. the banks know how to write the format for the purpose indicated. this always indicate what that the person is using his/her account for (to sponsor the applicant) and wheter the person is a sole signatory or not etc ( this will be more useful for new comers) if there is a letter like this from the bank your sponsor might not be called. but be rest assured they verify all accounts you put if not anything else. cheers matey`s

was there a letter written on the other page of your medical instruction : something like ( the visa officer has not reached a decision on your case, in order to expedite your processing you may wish to undergo your medicals, etc)
is that how they normally write it or what.
