Symphony007: under his nose? For christ sake he was the speaker of the house. He is not the chief executive who manages and allocates the resources of the state. Your arguement is very trivial and i think it's time to drop it. Hey you the Speaker has roles one of which is to check the excesses of the Executive. Dont worry when you get to SS1 your govt teacher would educate you. Tot I was relating which a creme dela creme never knew I met a dreg. you better return the fon to your big brother he may be looking for it now. 2 Likes |

Symphony007: it's very easy to say that but providing evidence is another thing. Where is the evidence? Has the efcc ever indicted ameachi for corruption as speaker of the state house? Unlike odili who they have hunted to the point he has twisted the legal system with the aid of his wife to give himself permanent immunity from the law. Where is the evidence, sir? MR man EFCC only arrest those who don't know the system. We are talking about clear conscience. The looting of the state treasury was done under his nose and he never ask such garrulous questions as he is doing now. Do not be deceived. Just upgrade or you'll be ready tools in the hands of politicians like Amaechi come 2015 |

Symphony007: at least ameachi has openly repremanded odili for his tenue in office, which led to their fued. But that same odili is now one of jonathan's greatest supporters. He has'nt questioned his theft, rather he invites him to aso rock and even appionts his wife a supreme court justice.Young man where and when did your microphone magician Gov'nor do that? How can he when he was part and parcel of of the looting. All those who hear and see RS only on TV, Internet and Newspaper should ask questions first. |

For those who do not know Amaechi before he became Gov'nor he was the Speaker of the RSHA for eight years under Dr Peter Odili. That government surpassed Ibori's records in financial recklessness. But Amaechi has NEVER asked Odili questions because he made him. He who must go to equity must go with clean hands. 8 Likes |

APC would not cease to amaze me. I wonder why a so called mega party would not make itself attractive for people to run to rather they are busy wooing the 'bad eggs' in another party. So what would have been their agenda if there was no rift in the PDP. As for Amaechi leaving the party, we are tired of waiting for that. If the thinks he's so famous and popular he should make the move and stop assembling people everyday to insult the President and thereafter dole out state funds to them. 1 Like |

My question has remained unanswered all along. If Amaechi is truly a crusader for good governance as he wants us to believe why did he not show it in Odili's government where he was speaker for 8 years? I wish he would listen to the voice of reason for once. He makes enemies for himself with his unguarded utterance every day. Truly his major problem is him and the solution lies with him. I feel for my Gov'nor. |

porka:It is more insane for him a product of the judiciary to act with contempt. The courts sacked an elected Gov'nor (Omehia) and brought him, nobody opened a parallel government house. He sacked an elected local government executive nobody opened a parallel local government secretariat. Now a court has sacked his party exco and his rascality has instructed him to open a parallel party office. Haba. I wonder why people outside the state just use every space within Amaechi to insult the President. We have never had a Gov'nor so rascal and arrogant since the creation of Rivers State. 1 Like |

So sad to note that most of those who malign the President at any given chance are from the South West and some aboki elements from the North. Amaechi has so rubbished the office he occupies that he makes those who have no respect in their DNA ridicule him in ignorance. To note that this incident happened after Amaechi had received the President at the air port and those "technology miss road" them would jostle for position in insulting the President. Please let them know that the office of the President is too busy and too important to get involved in almost anything that happens to Amaechi. Obasanjo is quarreling all his former appointees and they wudnt advice him. 2 Likes |

rodbel:Can't you see that the Police had to act that way because he Amaechi is an accomplice in the issues that led to the sealing of the road in the first place. 1 Like |

Pls the media shud not be seen as a ready tool in the hands of political jobers. Amaechi has earlier in the day thru his COS opened a parallel PDP office on Forces Avenue about three streets away from the Govt House back gate. The Police had stopped that lawlessness and had sealed off the office (which was Amaechi's former campaign office) and the adjoining streets. The Gov'nor was going to the GH thro this blocked forces avenue and was barred from passing thro that road. He eventually went thro the main gate. Pls the facts shud be put straight. IF YOU BRING ANTS INFESTED FIREWOOD. .... 3 Likes |

Another publicity stunts? Nigerian politicians can do anything just to grab power. |

Wasted generation. How many of you commenting here is older than that Fulani that cannot even speak English. Cant you aspire to be Presidents .I'll rather vote for known militant leader than vote for these expired crop of leaders. Even if buhari will fry eggs for every Nigerian every morning he should go and rest and let the younger generation take over. QED 2 Likes |

The two robbers that were crucified with Christ are coming back to life. BABANGIDA AND ODILI, what a combination. This duo can only win elections in hell. They think we dont know. Allah and God would punish them. |

For how long would we allow ourselves to be deceived? This LOOTER called Dokpesi 'believed' in zoning very strongly yet he supported his fellow looter supremo Odili in 2007. They think God is asleep. Judgement will SURELY come. |

I actualy volunteered to go to the police station with them. For those of us that were there, the fat guy is the brain behind the scam. He said he saw it thru the web that a Chinese firm bought four oil blocs so he decided to be their agent. That was when I wept. Its all good thank God for journey mercies I am back to Phc We must make it that is for sure. MERRY XMAS AND A FRAUD FREE NEW YEAR TO ALL NAIRALANDERS.HOLA. |
