Politics / Re: Bride Abandons Wedding For Nnpc Test? (PIX) by sweetcheek(f): 12:27pm On Mar 28, 2011
To the dreamers, i sugguest you wake up to the harsh realities in nigeria. This will not be my first time of hearing that a bride went to write a test in her wedding regalia. It just shows the the level of rot and decay in our country, its saddening. sad

And who is attempting to tarnish the image of PDP, when they have suceeded in doing it themselves, even if they make it back into power, they have failed nigerians. Imagine them saying that votes should not be counted at the polling booths, so they can go and add to the figures in their bedroom. grin

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: News - News - Arik Airline Staff Cries For Help, Says Chairman "calls Us Monkeys by sweetcheek(f): 2:19pm On Mar 25, 2011
Thanks for exposing the chairman of Arik Air for the wrongs he is doing to his workers. Nigerians please let us expose companies that think they are doing their employees a favour in the hope that necessary action will be taken against them some day.

Because of the known fact that jobs are hard to come by, they do all sorts by owing salaries, not contributing to pension schemes and no welfare for workers. May God deliver us from terrible employers like this if it is true.

Politics / Re: Corps Members Disappointed Us – Inec by sweetcheek(f): 11:25am On Jan 20, 2011
Well for people blaming the corpers, u cant really blame a corper if he or she does not know how to use a computer cos even when i went to school, the computer science students in my school did not have computers to work with. All they were taught was just theory.

It is a wake up call to the government that the educational system in the country is nothing to write home about. My own knowledge of the computer came from me attending a computer school after my secondary school. Even at that my speed of typing did not increase until i started using the computer regularly. Corpers i feel your pain, the nigerian govt and INEC should be blamed, is it cos of the yeye 2 days training that they gave that they expect everything to go well.

People are not even talking of all the hiccups of the battery running out and no light to charge. There is need for a change in this country, nothing seems to be working.
Politics / Re: Nigerian EX- Senator Spotted In A Night Club; Good Or Bad by sweetcheek(f): 10:06pm On Dec 22, 2010

Nairaland / General / Re: Nigerians Are Lazy by sweetcheek(f): 9:41pm On Dec 22, 2010
nigerians are not lazy at all, given the opportunity, they will perform better than their chinese counterpart mentioned. go and see nigerians in other countries and see how hard they work. if you are looking for lazy people, you will find a lot of them in south africa where the blacks there are so lazy that they find it even difficult to go to school. its just the corruption that runs so deep that for a lot of nigerians they are frustrated.
Celebrities / Re: Big Brother Africa Fallout: Munya Gets Richer Than Uti: Munya 300,000 Usd Richer! by sweetcheek(f): 1:26pm On Oct 28, 2010
Uti was the best entertainer in the house n he deserved to win. Even if munya gets more money after the show. It will always be in the records that uti won. Note that there were even some other people in the house who deserved to win moore than munya eg Mwisho.
Food / Re: Five Die, 20 Unconscious After Eating Amala by sweetcheek(f): 1:50pm On Sep 01, 2009
@redsun, ignorance is not an excuse for the sin you are committing by uttering all this things, because your are not a believer does not mean that you should abuse people who believe.

Observing ramadan is a agelong religious practise and you have no excuse to run your mouth the way you are running it now. This is not the first time this man is doing this good deed by feeding people during Sari, its just a pity this had to happen now.
Travel / Re: Bellview: The Worst Airline In Nigeria. Don't Try It! by sweetcheek(f): 5:53pm On Aug 28, 2009
Bellview is really bad, believe me, even their workers are tired of the constant cancellation of flight and just this week, policemen had to be posted at their entrance to prevent angry customers from gaining entrance into the place and they dont even pay their workers on time. imagine, this is not about Nigeria being bad in whatever they do, i just believe that the management is simply bad.
