Politics / Anambra 2021: Dr. Godwin Maduka Faces Blackmail By Some Alleged Women Protesters by Tkoy(m): 5:08pm On Feb 21, 2021
Umuchukwu - NKEREHI CRISIS
HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE CRISIS

Umuchukwu is the hometown of the renowned Nigerian USA based Medical Doctor, a great philanthropist, Dr. Godwin Maduka. He is a Frontline Anambra 2021 Governorship aspirant under the platform of PDP. Umuchukwu is the New name given to the then "Nkerehi" community in Orumba south LGA of Anambra state, due to different Revelations as stated by the elders of the community. But it was recently revealed that some people who sees themselves as the mouth piece of the community, resorts in using the change of name to cause lots of problem in the community, which is aimed at blackmailing the Governorship bid of Dr. Godwin Maduka.
Some of them said that Dr. Godwin Maduka was the one that changed the name of the village, and that they don't want to Answer "Umuchukwu" but prefer to answer the old name "Nkerehi". It was on record that a referendum was conducted in the community under the supervision of the then Anambra state government, to know if majority of the community supports the change of name as agreed by the elders of the community or go back to the old name "Nkerehi". It will Interest you that after the said referendum was conducted, majority of the community agreed to go by the new name "Umuchukwu" instead of the old name "Nkerehi" which was assumed to be the sole cause of their misfortune of under development in their community.

Nkerehi Community conducted their referendum on the 11th day of April, 2007. Those in favour of Umuchukwu scored 330 votes against 21 for Nkerehi out of the total valid votes cast.

After the Community referendum, the President General of Nkerehi, Comrade Peter Ibezimuzo applied to the Anambra State Government for official change of the Community name Nkerehi to Umuchukwu.

The opposing group kicked against it and protested. The Anambra State Government through the Special Adviser on Local Government and Chieftaincy matters, Hon Dubem Obaze invited both groups for a meeting. Both parties accepted that a referendum should be conducted by the government.

The Anambra State government fixed a date for the referendum to be conducted at Nkerehi. The group went to court and challenged it.

The Anambra State Government waited patiently till the case was vacated at the High Court Ekwulobia - Suit No:AG /60/07

The High Court ordered the State to conduct a referendum at Nkerehi, since it is the only option to dispense the impending suits. The President General of Nkerehi put up another renewed application to the Government for the conduct of the referendum at Nkerehi on the 13th day of December, 2007.

The State Government approved to conduct a referendum at Nkerehi and fixed the 7th day of January, 2008 as the date. The judgement was given on the 10th day of December 2007,Suit No:AG/MISC60/07. The Anambra State State Government conducted their referendum at Nkerehi on the 7th day of January, 2008.

THE RESULT
Those in Favour of the change of name from Nkerehi to Umuchukwu scored 750 votes out of the total valid votes cast. Those in Favour of the change of name from Nkerehi to Nkerehi - Umuchukwu scored 45 votes out of the total valid votes cast. They went to High Court Ekwulobia and challenged the referendum and lost.

This led to official change of name from Nkerehi to Umuchukwu. On the 6th day of March 2008, the change of name was gazetted by the Anambra State Government, attached Appendix "H"

ON the 10th day of March 2008,the Orumba South Local Government put up an official notice of the change of name from Nkerehi to Umuchukwu, attached Appendix "I"
On the 16th day of May 2008,the town was officially registered in accordance with the provisions of the Rural Development Fund - Eddict, 1986.Attached Appendix "J"

THE QUESTION bugging the mind of every rational being is why Anambra State Government has not made an Official statement to discredit the borrowed crowd by defunct Nkerehi who demonstrated in front of the Government house Awka.

The referendum was carried out during the tenure of His Excellency, Mr Peter Obi, Okwute Ndi Igbo and since government is a continuum it bothers Dr. Godwin Maduka that his friend, Chief Willie Obiano has not called the unlawful group to order.

Politics / Why Dr. Godwin Maduka Is The Right Man To Take Anambra To The Next Level(photo) by Tkoy(m): 11:03am On Feb 21, 2021
By Godwin Offor

In view of the current State of affairs Anambra State is in dire need of quality leadership. The State needs a leader with articulated vision, selfless, an expert as well as a go-to man in order to successfully salvage our dear State from economic doldrums.

Dr. Godwin Maduka, a triple professor and apostle of uncommon philanthropy has blazed the trail and is highly motivated to bring his vast experience to bear by replicating the same successful trajectory recorded in his private business concerns into the governance of our State.

In the area of Infrastructural Development, Dr Godwin Maduka single-handedly turned Umuchukwu, a community and his hometown in Orumba South of Anambra State into a city and envied by neighbouring communities.

In the area of quality Medical Care, it is right to say Anambrans will be provided with good and afforded health care.

In the area of Security of Lives and Properties, Dr. Godwin Maduka built a Police post and Police quarters in Umuchukwu which was handed over to the government on completion. This shows that the government of His Excellency, Dr. Godwin Maduka will focus on protecting the lives and properties of the people of Anambra State. Kidnaping and thuggery will be a thing of the past in Anambra as Security operative will be equipped with the right tool and right terrain to be able to fish out all the bad eggs in the state.

There are uncountable reasons why Dr. Godwin Maduka remains the right man to take Anambra State to the next level of development.

Politics / Agric Revolution Is Critical To Effective Economic Diversification Says Oligbo by Tkoy(m): 9:26am On Feb 18, 2021
An Anambra born resource person, philanthropist and politician Amb Ike Oligbo has emphasized the need for the state to embrace mechanized agriculture as a strategic alternative to the crude oil, which he referred to as exhaustible source of revenue.

The illustrious son of Anambra State made this known in a telephone chat with journalists whereby he decried the alarming rate of depreciation of Nigerian currency to the US dollars, which is often triggered by any slightest adjustment in the price of crude oil.

The hopeful gubernatorial aspirant argued that until Nigerian state governors begin to look inwards for credible alternatives, every sudden turn in the oil sector will amount to a twist of fate for the economy since there is nothing on ground to mitigate such situation in form of economic stabilizer.

Ike Oligbo however expressed his readiness to initiate an agricultural revolution that will return Anambra to her pride of place economically if elected governor by the special grace of God. He listed a plan for action in the sector as follows:

1. Supporting practical agriculture in Anambra schools by equipping existing agric labs and gradually creating more of such facilities where there are none, through the school authorities.

2. Provision of high yielding variety of agricultural inputs and modern farm implements to identified farmers across the state.

3. Periodic organization of seminars to teach farmers of improved methods of farming, processing and preservation of feedstuffs and farm produce.

4. Provision of grants and credit schemes to support individuals and cluster farmers to ensure maximum productivity.

5. Establishment of irrigation facilities at strategic points to encourage farmers that have problem accessing water for their plants, among other administrative supports.

Ike Oligbo made it clear that his government will certainly make agriculture more attractive to the youths, women and prospective investors only if Anambrarians would trust him with the mandate to steer the ship of leadership.

Politics / Anambra 2021: Why Pdp Should Consider Dr. Godwin Maduka Ticket(photos) by Tkoy(m): 6:37am On Feb 16, 2021
By: Tony Okonkwo

It was Charles De Gaulle who opined and rightly so that politics is too serious a matter to be left to politicians alone. Anambra is on the cusp of a new dawn and the stakes are high. The battle royale is for the soul of Anambra and every concerned Igbo should take more than a passing interest in the affairs of the State.

The populace are being inundated with tales of the colourful exploits of some of the contestants angling for the top seat. At times like this, the good get muddled up with the bad. Real issues that go to the foundation of progress become relegated while empty rhetorics without substance dominate the airwaves. Weaponised poverty makes things worse. People only think about the now without regard for the long term. Intestinal considerations or what Peter Fayose, former Governor of Ekiti State called "stomach infrastructure" becomes the singsong and determines their choice of candidates.

However, it is very vital to consistently spread the salvific gospel according to Dr. Godwin Maduka . Among the crop of contestants, he is one person who has not only shown capacity but is sincere in his heart to make great impact in Anambra. Dr. Maduka means business. He has gotten to the zenith of his illustrous career in medicine, and like what obtains in sane societies, he has been rewarded massively for creating value. For him, all that is not given is lost.

What is wealth if it is not employed to uplift the conditions of a people. To this end, he has channeled humongous resources towards changing the fortunes of his people, embarking on ambitious projects that is even too big for some State governments, indulging in unparalleled human capital development and putting a new song in the mouths of his people.

Obviously, his orientation about politics isn't seeing it as a vehicle for personal enrichment or primitive accumulation of wealth at the detriment of the Anambra populace.

As for fame, Dr Maduka is already sufficiently known as the number one pain management doctor in the world. His name is an anthem in the international medical community and the recognitions he has received for his stellar contributions in his field spans several countries of the world. He is envied at home and revered abroad.

Despite these achievements, he is at home with people from different social strata. Always reserved, with quiet demeanour and attentive ears, he is sometimes thought to be arrogant by those who read him ignorantly. It is because of his simplicity that he has been able to relate with the poor and touch their lives. Dr Maduka at his level is at home with every class and category of people.

Dr Maduka is compassionate but firm. He is jovial but disciplined. He is sound from centre to circumference. He is someone whose principles of honesty and integrity cannot be changed even if the heavens totters and the earth reels. His love for his people is deep. He never spares his resources for their welfare and always acts on their wants even without prompting. No wonder he is named Okosisi Orumba.

Like a dry weary land without water, Anambra earnestly yearns for Dr Godwin Maduka. His capacity is unmatched. His compassion is overflowing. His love for his people can be literally felt. If he transformed Umuchukwu from a rustic village to a modern city with all the trappings of civilization, he will do even more for Anambra and democratize prosperity.

In him, PDP had the best chance of returning to power for the sole purpose of arresting the decline in governance of Anambra State and returning her lost glory. With him in the saddle, Anambra will experience a new lease of life. Her potential will be exploited. The creative ability of her people will be unleashed and she will become a top business destination.

how is he better than Soludo?

Two of them are fit for the job.

Yes, but Let's check individual scorecards in terms of community development. You will agree with me that Soludo did not near his records. His projects are heavy ones that can transform Anambra State.. let call a spade a Spade.. both are good but we know the difference between yam and potatoes

He has done somuch for anambra, now is time for anambra people to give him suport but no, they will rather suport soludo because he is the APGA candidate, a perfect example of Nigeria political system, we always vote for political parties and not the candidate forgeting that it's the candidate that will rule us and not the political party. The earlier Nigerians start voting for a candidate and not a political party the better for all of us, anyway, i wish him goodluck even though goodluck could not defit buhari because of the selfishness of northerners.

Thank you my brother. This is exactly Nigerian problem. They will see people that is qualified to lead them but will prefer all this party things. sentiment has really dealt with Anambra people when is comes to selection of leaders. This APGA and their leadership has really turned Anambra State upside down. No infrastructure, no money as the state is under heavy debt under this Administration. I wish them well in making their choice but it will be a blow to them is they fail to take that Dr. Godwin Maduka. We all know that Soludo cannot match Dr. Godwin Maduka in anything in terms of helping the state and developing the state. Soludo has always been in Government but didn't do anything for Anambra till this moment. Go to Umuchukwu and see what Dr. Godwin Maduka did there singlehandedly. Nobody has ever beaten that record in Anambra State. Some of them are talking about Soludo because he is in APGA and still the same clique of the Current Governor with blind sentiment. Another mistake in voting APGA will definitely project the state to another 8years of Agony.

Politics / Ndi Anambra Deserve A Better State, Says Oligbo by Tkoy(m): 1:56pm On Feb 12, 2021
A Top PDP Stakeholder and gubernatorial aspirant popularly known as Ike Anambra ,Oligbo has called on political leaders across the state to always consider the basic and infrastructure needs of the citizens in whatever they do so that providence and the citizens would mark high regards for their integrity and be kind to them long after they leave office.

This statement was contained in a telephone chat with newsmen on Tuesday 9th February, 2021. According to the Lawyer and businessman of international repute, the essence of accumulating wealth is to give life a meaning beyond the struggle for daily bread that has taken it's toll on the low income earners.

Ike Oligbo stated categorically that the masses are passing through a lot everyday, trying to feed and settle essential bills that they hardly dream of enjoying luxurious materials which to them is being extravagant, but such things on the other hand are considered necessities by the high and mighty.

These CEO of FOXTONS Security International and other chains of businesses emphasized the need for party delegates and indeed Anambra voting population to always weigh their options before casting votes to elect public officers. He urged them to investigate each aspirant's and candidate's means of livelihood, social response ability, antecedents and capacity to recreate the state for overriding public interest.

Ike Oligbo reiterated his resolve to provide adequate security in our various neighborhoods and forests as key to preparing grounds for effective development if elected governor of Anambra State. As a successful businessman and employer of labour, he further informed the newsmen that the need for massive job creation should not be overemphasized, given that without jobs, crimes and criminality will rise against the people and cripple the economy.

He also cautioned against electoral malpractices from intraparty to inter party elections which he said was the breeding ground for maladministration and insurrection as was witnessed recently during the ENDEARS protest. Additionally, Ike Oligbo appealed to all registered voters to shun all forms of temptation towards trading their votes for money, this he said will enable them settle for a leader that will take the state to the desired status.

Health / Jubilation As Nauth Relocates More Departments To The Permanent Site(photos) by Tkoy(m): 11:03am On Feb 11, 2021
History was made on Monday as Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital (NAUTH), Nnewi was greeted with jubilation and excitement as the hospital moved more departments to the gigantic specialty clinic at the permanent site. The departments moved included the General Outpatient Department (GOPD) and the National Health Insurance (NHIS) and Clinic.

This movement and relocation of these departments according to the Ag. Chief Medical Director, Dr. Joseph Ugboaja is in line with the management's resolve to develop the permanent site which will help in achieving the new vision of the hospital. "My vision is to transform NAUTH to one of the top 5 hospitals in the country. One of our key priority area is infrastructural development at the permanent site. The others are human capital development, acquisition of state of the art equipment, quality improvement and e- medicine & use of ICT", Ugboaja said.

The young and energetic acting CMD who heads the hospital's committee on PPP further said that his administration will utilize the Public Private Partnership platform (PPP) to provide the necessary funding for the projects. "we will leverage greatly on the federal government's policy on PPP to achieve our objects. Fortunately, we have public spirited individuals and corporate organizations who have indicated interest in Partnering with us to transform the hospital to one of the best in Nigeria."

"The next phase of movement which will take place on the 15th of February 2021 will involve all the remaining clinics in the hospital including that for the women and children", he also said.

The obviously elated Ag. Chief Medical Director thanks the board members especially the Board chairman, Chief Ezekiel Afukonyo for all their support, passion and commitment towards the movement to the permanent site.

He recalled that relocation of the hospital to the permanent site has been a cardinal objective of the present board.

With the relocation of more departments of the hospital to the permanent site within one week of assumption of office, the Ag. CMD has further demonstrated his genuine commitment towards achieving the vision of transforming NAUTH into one of the best hospitals in Nigeria.
He needs the assistance and support of all the stakeholders to achieve the great task.
Recall that last week, upon taking over the mantle of leadership of the hospital, the acting CMD embarked on courtesy calls to the community stakeholders topmost of which were the Traditional rulers of the host communities to enlist their support and cooperation in transforming the hospital. We learnt that the visit is already yielding fruits.

With the acting CMD, Dr. Joseph Ugboaja, NAUTH Nnewi is in safe hands & he will lead the NAUTH to the promise Land.

Politics / Umuchukwu Is Designed To Be A Medical City In Nigeria: Dr. Godwin Maduka(Photos) by Tkoy(m): 1:32am On Feb 11, 2021
UMUCHUKWU IS DESIGNED TO BE A MEDICAL CITY, AND WE SHALL ALSO ESTABLISH HEALTH EMERGENCY CENTERS IN EACH LGA ~ Dr Maduka

By Tony Ezike
DG Anambra State PDP New Media

The Umuchukwu born medical expert and a promising PDP Gubernatorial Aspirant Dr Godwin Maduka (Okosisi Orumba) has continued making inroads in his consultations as he interfaced with Youth Leaders from the 21 council areas of the state at the party secretariat Awka today.

Dr Maduka who was ably represented by Mr Tochukwu Iloh expressed his intention to make his hometown Umuchukwu a Medical City where people from all parts of the world would be coming for all sorts of medical services which is so far only accessible overseas where similar facilities are located.

The team that represented Dr Maduka was made up of the following grassroots and diaspora coordinators of his campaign organization:

1. Rev. Dr Charles Okereke
2. Mr Ndubisi Obu okezie
3. Hon Chuddy Brass Dickson
4. Dim Joy
5. Mr Tochukwu Iloh
6. Mr Emeka Emelibe
7. Hon Nonso Udenka

Virtually all the team members had one thing or the other to say about Okosisi Orumba while the greater part of the presentation was made by Emeka Iloh with power point presentation on a projector. The presentation covered both the achievements and prospects of Dr Godwin Maduka with pictorial illustration of each completed project numbering over one hundred on the whole.

Among the multiple projects that have been completed and furnished was St Jude's Catholic Church and St Jude's Catholic Priest's Quarters Umuchukwu which Dr Maduka also built and furnished despite the fact that he is a member of the Anglican Church. He completed the Roman Catholic projects before building the Anglican Church Vicarage ~ a rare character in my opinion.

Far away from home, according to Mr Iloh, Dr Maduka has established 6 different International Hospital's in different locations of Nevada USA which he has been coordinating the affairs until recently when he trained and appointed another young man from Anambra State the Medical Director to enable him find time to offer desired services to Ndi Anambra.

The most important thing was that since he was able to achieve all these on twice a year visit to the country, settling down here is likely to translate to a harvest of projects. These and more are the reasons other political parties that have nothing to campaign with are now ganging up against PDP aspirants out of jealousy, but I'm glad that PDP Youth Leaders across the 21 LGAs have issued a stern warning earlier today, against possible reoccurrence.

The State Youth Leader of the party and host who was overwhelmed by the contents of the presentation commended the team and assured them that in as much as the forthcoming gubernatorial election is a must win for PDP, the youth leaders are of the opinion that whoever they're going to support must be thoroughly scrutinized to ensure that he or she is not contesting to enrich him or herself with the state resources, rather than working to advance the course of our democracy.

Politics / Anambra State And Pdp Must Reject Politics Of Desperation, Says Oligbo by Tkoy(m): 2:17pm On Feb 09, 2021
The PDP top contender for the upcoming November 6th gubernatorial election has decried the politics of desperation which has seen the quest for who will be the flag bearer of the various contending political parties turned into an ugly warfare of hatred, desperation and uncivilized behavior amongst some aspirants and potential aspirants across party lines.

He emphasized that politics and elective positions must not be a do or die affair, therefore should be played in a spirit of decency and in a civilized manner. He made his views known to newsmen in a telephone conversation to caution and decry what he sees as desperation amongst some aspirants and some political leadership elements in the state.

Ike Oligbo frowned at the behaviour in which some political elements sees every round of election as a means to enrich themselves and celebrate their egos, rather than an opportunity to tackle the fundamental issues and problems that has bedeviled and held back the state since it's inception in 1991.

The frontline PDP gubernatorial aspirant went ahead to caution against early introduction of violence in view of the election, which he described as a step in the wrong direction. According to him, serious aspirants should rather engage the party delegates, executives, stakeholders, as well as the electorates, telling them what they can do differently if elected.

Chief Ike Oligbo seized the opportunity to also appeal to young Anambrarians and their non indigene counterparts resident in the state to always resist the temptation of undertaking criminal activities for monetary gains, arguing that such nefarious attitude is inimical to not only peaceful coexistence but also capable of hindering their progress, considering the attendant risks to human life.

The renowned academic professional and business mogul called on Aspirants to demonstrate magimity and maturity towards fellow aspirants and opponents and that would in return showcase their quality in their quest to represent or govern their constituents. "Decency and humbleness is a virtue and that inturn reveals the honesty and character of the aspirant in question seeking the office which is serving the people of Anambra state" he said

The Peace Ambassador and CEO of FOXTONS Security International assured the citizens and residents of Anambra State of his preparedness to address security and economic challenges from a professional perspective, adding that the state needs a governor who is abreast of intelligence gathering and equipped with the requisite knowledge to unravel and tackle crime and criminality, rebuild the infrastructure of the state especially the road network and electricity supply which will likely create the enabling environment for rapid economic revival and growth of the state and effective development.

Politics / I Am Embarrassed About The State Of Roads In Anambra State, Laments Oligbo by Tkoy(m): 7:44pm On Feb 07, 2021
I AM ASHAMED AND EMBARRASSED ABOUT THE STATE OF ROADS IN ANAMBRA STATE, LAMENTS OLIGBO.

Top contender for Anambra Governorship election slated for 6th November, 2021, Hon Amb Ike Oligbo has disclosed his embarrassment over the poor state of road infrastructure in Anambra State. In a telephone chat with cross section of journalists, Oligbo revisiting his ugly experience during his Local Government tours of the State lamented that the deplorable conditions of roads in all the local government areas in Anambra State is worrisome and deserves immediate attention to spur up development in the grassroots.

"Without good roads, it's impossible for development to get down to the grassroots" , he said. To solve this problem, Oligbo promised to conduct local government election within six months in office as the Governor of Anambra State.

The amiable and charismatic Chieftain of Peoples' Democratic Party, PDP, emphasized that it's his desire to see that every community in Anambra State is linked with passable intra state roads so as to facilitate industrialization of the State and distribution of agricultural produce. "Sustainable road infrastructure is the majic wand to the industrialization of Anambra State and should be given unprecedented attention if given the opportunity to serve Ndi Anambra in November 6", Oligbo stated.

Finally, the security expert turned politician added that good road networks is also strategic to maintainance of good security in the State for unprecedented socio - economic development of the state. "The plan of my team is to create enabling environment to make Anambra State an investment destination both local and foreign investors", he concluded.

Politics / Anambra 2021: PDP - Lose Dr. Godwin Maduka And Lose The Governorship Election by Tkoy(m): 5:26pm On Feb 04, 2021
By Comr. Sunny Chidube

In every practical sense, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is poised to win the gubernatorial election in Anambra State on 6th November 2021.

This assertion is correct because of it's foremost gubernatorial aspirant Dr. Godwin Maduka, an Umuchukwu born Medical Doctor.

Dr. Godwin Maduka, popularly known as Lion of Africa has been continuously favoured by all public polls & indices as the only aspirant that possesses all the qualities of a formidable gubernatorial candidate.

Dr. Godwin Maduka, Okosisi Orumba, a triple Professor with 4 Doctorate degrees and with all his antecedents having built more than 100 bungalows for widows, empowered more than 100 youths, built and donated Hospitals, Schools, Roads, Magistrates Court, High Court, Judges Quarters, Police Station, Churches, 17 floors Hospital etc has proven beyond every reasonable doubt that he is the best candidate.

Let's be sincere to ourselves, Dr. Godwin Maduka has no match for this governorship race.

What is your take about such aspirant with such project in Anambra State?

Crime / Issue of Gubernatorial Deputy in PDP by Tkoy(m): 4:22pm On Nov 25, 2020
It is with good sense of honour and regards I have for Hon Azubogu a man I've known for outstanding character and good reputation that I wish to bring to his knowledge and that of the good people of our indefatigable party PDP of the dubious and fraudulent manner of someone who has been summoning series of meetings in disguise as a support to his far fetched political career.

He is retired Director at Nigeria intelligence Agency, and also a former member of the Igwe cabinet in Ukpo.

As an ambitious man, he always wants to be at the helm of affairs in all the leadership structures within his environment; with the aim of spreading his tentacles in order to influence decisions in his community. This prompted him to project Mr. Emeka Chukwuka, for the Post of President General (PG) Ukpo.

Mr Ifeanyi Omeokachie is the Nigeria Ambassador to South Africa and Kenya. He only became a director less than a year to his retirement last year.

It Surprises me how a running mate will emerge from Hon. Chris Azubogu, Even when the party is yet to conduct it's primary election.

I hereby humbly call on the attention of Hon Chris Azubogu and others to desist from associating from such individual so as to maintain the dignity of our political party.

Crime / Threat To Life: Man In Anambra Cry’s Out For Help. by Tkoy(m): 2:52pm On Oct 15, 2020
Ichie Sir Izuchukwu Nwabueze (PHF, KSC, JP), a resident of Nnewi, Anambra state, Laments about a threat to his life simply because he revealed the the clandestined affairs of some persons that has truncated the peace in Ukpo community and also blackmailed him.

Ichie Sir Izuchukwu Nwabueze made this disclosure on a post in his Facebook account, he alleged that the accused persons threatened to terminate his life.

According to Ichie Sir Izuchukwu Nwabueze, he said:

“SAVE MY SOUL”

“AIG Mohammed DanMallam of Zone 13 Ukpo, Archbishop Alex Ibezim of Awka Diocese & Prince Dr. Emeka Eze of Toronto Hospital Onitsha are after my Life.”

“Ever since my petition to the Police Service Commission and service of the suit on fundamental human rights on the AIG from Neni High Court, I have received several threats and calls from his men. AIG Mohammed DanMallam personally told me during my detention at his facility, that he will kill me and label me an armed robber and that nothing will happen. He boasted that he is from Kastina State same state as our beloved President as well as Eminent Jurist- Justice Garfai of Awka Federal high court. While in Zone 13 detention facility, DSP Nkeiru Nwode the zonal PRO also told me that she will destroy my life for daring to expose her evils at the zone 13. She boasted that she is sleeping with the AIG Mohammed DanMallam as well as the DC Investigation; DCP Echeng Eworo Echeng whom she also claimed to have given her Hilux van to be using since he was posted to zone 13 because he had no official vehicle. She said that, it is her Private part that earned her, her posting to zone 13 as ZPRO despite being an ordinary DSP whereas the State Command PRO is a Superintendent of Police. Archbishop Alex Ibezim also threatened me after his attempt to get me withdraw my petition against him through my Igwe failed , that he will kill me the same way he killed his late priest by name Rev Ozoemena Basil AKA OZ an indigene of Uga in Aguata LGA of Anambra State. He is also using his Uncle one chronically frustrated Sir Obidi Ebede ( Odu Mbaukwu) who depends on him for his medical bills and livelihood, as an attack dog. Sir Ebede is known for extorting and intimidating Awka Diocesan Priests in the name of being the Archbishop’s uncle. Prince Dr. Emeka Eze, the unsuccessful politician whose wife abandoned several years ago because of his suspected gay practice is the main man behind my ordeal. Due to his inordinate desire to be the next Igwe in the event of the death of his uncle, had sworn that over his dead body will I become the President general of my community because he felt that I don’t condone evil and will not support him as president general. He personally told me during the burial of Sir Augustine Ezekwesili recently, that he will deal with me same way he and his cohorts dealth with our Former Gov Chris Ngige during his time as Governor as well as burning of state government property at Awka. He also uses one Mr Osita Igwilo a frustrated and jobless Owerri based Ukpo indigene suspected to be his gay partner as an attack dog. Before I die as they have severally threatened, I want the entire world to know those behind my death. The rearrest order by AIG Mohammed DanMallam despite the pendency of the fititious charges against me and for the fact that I am currently on bail, is a ploy to kill me and claim something else” SAVE MY SOUL!!!!!!!!!!!”, he added.

Amongst the information provided in this report, 9newsng.com gathered that the Igwe of Ukpo wrote a letter to the IGP, stating that Ichie sir izuchukwu Nwabueze is innocent of all the allegations leveled against him by some selfish personalities. He has always been a leader in Ukpo community, he added.

Crime / Anglican Bishop & AIG Zone 13 Ukpo Petitioned For Selfish Interest by Tkoy(m): 2:03am On Oct 14, 2020
Anglican Bishop & AIG Zone 13 Ukpo Petitioned for Selfish Interest Over Their Official Duty.

ICHIE SIR IZUCHUKWU NWABUEZE (KSC, PHF, JP) WANTS JUSTICE TO PREVAIL!!

By Nwankwo Paschal

The battle for who will become the next PG Ukpo community is taking another dimension with lot's of blackmails, intimidation and character assacination from different quarters, all in the name of interest from the AIG Zone 13 Ukpo and the ArchBishop of the Anglican communion, Most Revd. Alexander Ibezim (Bishop of Awka diocese and also the ArchBishop of Diocese of the Niger).

If you will recall the media broadcast that was on facebook sometime ago, about Ichie Sir Izuchukwu Nwabueze of Ukpo community, stating that he is extorting money from people in the name of "Chairman Police Chaplaincy Stakeholders forum, Zone 13 Police headquarters Ukpo Anambra State".

It will Interest you that all the issues was trending without some people asking the root cause of that problem and also giving Ichie Sir Izuchukwu Nwabueze a fair hearing.

"All that happened to Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze, was a conspiracy between Archbishop Alexander Ibezim, AIG Zone 13 Headquarters Ukpo (Dan Mallam Mohammed), and Prince Emeka Eze, were all planned in order to silence him because of their selfishness".

Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze have opened up to tell the whole Anambrarians and Nigerians at large the reason behind his sudden arrest and intimidations from the AIG Zone 13 Ukpo and his team, to the extent of Freezing his accounts.

In order to seek for Justice and defend himself, he took a step to petition the AIG Zone 13 Ukpo headquarters, Anambra State.

Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze is demanding for Justice!

Everything that you need to know about this sudden arrest and Blackmail were all pened down in this petition. Just calm down and read it.

But before then, I would want to give you some highlighted points:

NOTE that The 3 persons in this picture of blackmail and character assacination are:

1. Dan Mallam Mohammed (AIG Zone 13 Ukpo headquarters), who is so much interested in embezzling the money contributed for the Building project of the Residential quarters for Superior Officers in Zone 13 Ukpo, of which ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze Refused.

2. Archbishop Alexander Ibezim. Who wants to be given the authority to be the only Bishop that will be posting priests, especially priests that will be loyal to him in that Zone 13 Chaplaincy(Protestants), due to any outcome. But This Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze Refused.

3 Prince Emeka Eze is the opposition leader in Ukpo PG election and a good Ally to Archbishop Alexander Ibezim. He have sworn not to see Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze become the Next PG of Ukpo Community.

Remember that Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze is the Chairman of Ukpo ceremonies committee under the Auspices of which some major events and project are handled by the Ukpo community, and have been serving very well since 2018 till this Date.
Due to of his outstanding performance in previous years of service, he was made the Chairman of Police Chaplaincy Stakeholders forum, Zone 13 Police headquarters Ukpo Anambra State, and as such accountable to Ukpo Community. He will be held responsible if anything goes wrong.

On the course of discharging his duties as the Chairman, the AIG wanted to deviate his attention on the proposed project handed over to him by the Ukpo Community out of selfishness.

There is a proposed Police Residential quarters, of which different personalities in Ukpo made donations for the project to start; this is to help the AIG and other Superior officers not to have issues concerning accommodation as they discharge their duties. The location of the property where the Police residential quarters will be built was donated by Chief Anayo Ejem, out of his magnanimity.

Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze said "to my greatest surprise, the AIG Zone 13 called me to his office and was telling me to hand over all the funds generated for the project. That he prefers to be staying in a nearby hotel instead of that quarters. "Moreover, he is expecting promotion and will soon leave zone 13 by 2021". But Ichie Nwabueze replied " what will happen to another AIG that will come if he leaves". The AIG was giving an example stating that he stayed in a hotel throughout the time he served in Enugu State as a commissioner of police. But Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze Refused to grant him that request. He made him to understand that he is not accountable to him; that the people of Ukpo Community will ask him to render account of that project.

This was the beginning of his issue with the AIG, who suddenly tagged Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze as his enemy.

Here is the story about his issue with Archbishop Alexander Ibezim:

Before the beginning of that project (Zone 13 Ukpo headquarters), Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabuezeas, who is the chairman of the Police Chaplaincy Stakeholders forum, Zone 13 Ukpo, first went to Archbishop Alexander Ibezim for assistance on the Said project, but the Bishop refused to assist unless Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze accept to go by his condition that he will be the only Bishop posting priests there. Note the chaplaincy is a "Protestants" and it won't be nice if other Bishop is being denied the opportunity to post a priest there. But Archbishop Alexander Ibezim insisted that if not him, then he is not going to assist in the project.

By the special Grace of God, another Anglican Bishop in Anambra State offered to assist, and was later invited to come and commission the chaplaincy. This brought an issue between Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze and Archbishop Alexander Ibezim; that was where Archbishop Alexander Ibezim tagged Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze an enemy for not inviting him for the commissioning of the chaplaincy, instead of going to invite another Bishop who he claimed is not loyal to him.

It was discovered that Archbishop Alexander Ibezim called Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze, and told him never to allow the appointment of one Rev. Sixtus onwuka to Zone 13 Ukpo Chaplaincy. Simply because Rev. Sixtus onwuka was ordained by the Other Bishop who is not Loyal to him. But all his effort to truncate that process did not work.

Remember that Prince Emeka Eze is an unsuccessful House of Representatives aspirant and also an Ally to Archbishop Alexander Ibezim. He is the leader of opposition in the race for who will be the next PG Ukpo community, and have sworn never to see Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze becomes the next PG of Ukpo Community. Moreover, lot's of recommendations are already coming from different quarters, which made it obvious that Ichie izuchukwu Nwabueze will emerge the winner of the election.

But due to the fact that Prince Emeka Eze and Archbishop Alexander Ibezim have already seen Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze as an enemy, they acted through surrogates, cooked up a baseless allegations of fraud against Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze to the AIG Zone 13 Ukpo headquarters, who is also an Ally to the ArchBishop.

This was when the AIG See's it as an opportunity to deal with Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze because of their recent relationship.

You will recall that all this incidents of sudden arrest and intimidation of Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze, happened some days after he published a letter of resignation from the Anglican Nighthood.

Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze was arrested without a proper order, but was also tortured and blackmailed in different forms.

The Igwe of Ukpo, H.R.H Igwe R.C Eze, requested the AIG Zone 13 Ukpo and his men to stop their purported investigation, restating to them that the project is an Ukpo community project for which Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze is accountable to the community. But because the AIG has already been compromised and also with his hatred for Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze for not granting his request, he refused to allow justice to prevail.

The AIG is doing all this things now with his fellow senior officers in zone 13, and also planning to remand him with another allegations of kidnapping and murder.

It was revealed that the AIG and his team are planning to arrest him again on the 23 October, 2020.

"I never believed that an Archbishop will be part of this type of Unholy act of wickedness and humiliation", he added.

Ichie Izuchukwu Nwabueze is seeking for Justice. "they have all succeeded in painting his Imagine black in the community and Anambra State at large". But justice must prevail this time.

All the informations that you need about this petitions are all available.

Sports / NFF: Rebuilding Grassroot Football In Anambra State by Tkoy(m): 3:00pm On Aug 07, 2020
By Chisom Omeokachie

Football is a universal language spoken all over the world. The most popular sport in the whole world. The beautiful game. Nearly all the young boys and even many young girls dream of being superstars in football especially in Africa our motherland and in Nigeria our country.

And when the biggest football clubs are talked about, you hear the likes of Manchester United, FC Barcelona, Arsenal, Juventus etc. The football stars our young athletes look up to are also popular names from these foreign clubs who are in truth really talented and doing amazing things. Every young footballer wants to be a Messi, or a Christiano Ronaldo or a Torres. They want to play in the European Premiere League, The Champions League and in La Liga.

But what about our local leagues? What about our local clubs? What about our local stars? With a population of about 200 million citizens, with over 80% of that population interested in football and with a participation rate of 65%, Nigeria is a huge market for Sports. Nigerians are the biggest consumers of foreign sports content in Africa and we can also be the greatest producers of sports content in Africa.

So why aren’t our local leagues getting the desired attention from our people and why aren’t we generating revenue from Sports? Why aren’t our young players interested in our local clubs and in our local Sports Stars? How do we build a culture of love and faith in our local football?

The Anambra State Football Association is poised to answer those questions in no time following the inauguration of Dr Emeka Okeke as Caretaker Committee Chairman Anambra State Football Association as set up by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).

With clubs such as FC Ifeanyi Ubah, Udala FC, Ogene FC, Aspire FC Adazi-Ani and talented players like Sunday Adams, John Bassey and Olive Mario all in Anambra State, there is really no reason why our young ones ought to look far for inspiration. Football has changed lives, football has saved families and football is a gateway out of poverty. Anambra state is home to amazing talents and an aggressive lineup of local clubs who have the potential to attract foreign investments and even spectators with the right projection.

But we must first invest in ourselves and in our young talents. The time has come for us to tell our own stories, build our own teams and celebrate our own sports stars. We need to put the right infrastructure in place, secure the right partnerships and strategically project our local talents to the world. With the vision and zeal of the new shot-callers in Anambra FA, Anambra State is well on its way to becoming the Football Capital of the Nation.

Politics / The Deplorable State Of Academic Environment In Ahwa-ndiagu Ezeagu LGA Of Enugu by Tkoy(m): 7:41am On May 02, 2020
INABILITY OF OUR LEADERS IN EZEAGU LGA OF ENUGU STATE TO PROVIDE A GOOD ACADEMIC ENVIRONMENT.

By Nwankwo Paschal

Facilities in various schools across Enugu State are in deplorable state despite government interventions in basic education. This is peculiar to Community Secondary Ahwa-Ndiagu which is the only public secondary in Ahwa-Ndiagu, located in Ezeagu Local Government area of Enugu state.

In Ahwa-Ndiagu community, they have only one secondary school with only JSS1 making use of a classroom, while the other classroom blacks have been dilapidated. It is so disheartening that some students who are meant to be learning in the other classes now have the option of learning under mango trees.

Whenever rain falls at the school, learning is being halted. Students are led into the few available classrooms in better shape within the school for shelter. Now there is issues of Covid-19, how can This students maintain social distancing. The local government chairman and their legislatures should put this into consideration.

Documents from the Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board (ENSUBEB) show that N3.17 million was allocated to the renovation of the school building under the 2014 UBE intervention projects. This was never implemented.

The eye witness observed that two to three classes share a classroom because the roofs of other available rooms had caved in, While there laboratory is looking like a waste bin dump site.

Let me inform you the chairman, state House of Assembly member, house of Representative member, senator, ENSUBEB, PPSMB, governor and other major stakeholders in Ezeagu LG, to know more about what a good classroom should be.

The United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) identified poor schooling conditions as an impediment to accessing a quality education.

Globally, the UNESCO Institute of Statistics described the disparities in the availability of facilities at the basic education level as a global learning crisis affecting over 617 million adolescents and adults.

Among parameters it used in establishing these are the availability of electricity, internet, computers, adapted infrastructure and materials for students, especially those with disabilities, clean drinking water, single-sex toilets, and basic hand washing facilities.

But the situation at the Ahwa-Ndiagu school in Ezeagu LGA appears much deplorable in these regards.

The Compulsory, Free Universal Basic Education Act of 2004 mandates government to provide enabling conditions for accessible learning for all. But the leaders in Ezeagu Local government have failed to meet up with this standards by providing quality education for its people.

In a publication made by Emmanuel uzodinma of daily Post on March 4th, 2020, stated that the State Commissioner for Education, Prof. Uche Eze, made a disclosure, saying that the administration of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, through the Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board (ENSUBEB), has constructed and renovated close to 900 classroom blocks, including toilets and provided modern lockers and chairs for primary school children; tables, arm chairs and armless chairs for the teachers, as well as ceiling fans and marker boards for teaching, in the 17 local government areas. Does it mean that Ahwa-Ndiagu was not included in all this projects.

Please let me ask this leaders in Ezeagu Local government area. Have you ever visited community secondary School Ahwa-Ndiagu? Why did you allow students to suffer by learning under such condition? What happened to the Education trust fund (ETF)? What about the implemented 2014/2015 UBE intervention projects? What have you done to see the facilitation of student management through PPSMB?

Bellow are pictures and Short video of the abandoned building of Community Secondary school Ahwa-Ndiagu in Ezeagu LGA.This school has produced high class people in the society today, but due to absence of government representation from the community, it continues to die its untold death without hope of who to bury it or rescue it.

The community have been supportive to the governments from LG to Federal by giving there mandate to there leaders, but they have all failed in giving them the basic thing that we need in life. Do you know that the students have been crying foul for its rescue before we enter into rainy season. But it seems that the leaders have shown no concerns because non of them have there own children in that school. The students, management and community are hoping that PPSMB and other government agencies in the State will come to their aid. This is a call to action, and I challenge all the Leaders in Ezeagu to intervene or be in shame for failing the people of Ezeagu. Covid-19 break is an opportunity to fix it. If you think that you're worthy to lead Ezeagu in any government authority, then fix your LG and give them the best education.

Act now!!!

It is so disheartening that your office have not given any attention to the plight of the people you are representing during this lockdown, i was expecting that proactive measures would have been put in place to ensure betterments of the lives of the constituents you are representing during this Pandemic Covid-19, but yet, could not hear any thing either from you or your aids.

Right now as we have passed the stage of Sanitizers and face masks due to cases registered in other states and Enugu State at large. The Enugu State Government have placed restrictions and rules in some activities of the State which have affected the prize of food in the market by 100% and some people's means of getting money. What the people needs now is Food.

Senator Prof. Ike Ekweremadu! This is the time people need those rice you always share during election.

This is the time people needs those money you use to buy wrappers, vehicles, Generators and grinders, so as to buy food in order to stay safe. Remember that a "hungry man is an angry Man", and as such vulnerable.

This is the time for people to get food and cash instead of those medical guys you pay for health outreach during campaigns.

This is the time those money shared at pooling units are to be used to get food for the less privileged. Go to the villages and see how people in your constituency are suffering as a result of malnutrition.

This is a time the people wishes to stay alive in this phase of tribulations. Truth be told, you have really ignored the trust that the people of Enugu West have given to you. Why not put yourself in there shoes and know what it feels like to be hungry. it is good you act now because a stitch in time saves nine. We gave you our mandate which you promised to always be there for us, but now, we are highly disappointed. At this juncture, 2023 won't be an easy go for us. You cannot beat a child and tell him not to cry!! We need a friend who will always be there in time of need. No More nepotism!

Act Now..

Politics / Anambra 2021: The Emergence Of A Trailblazer: A Quit Notice To Apga by Tkoy(m): 8:20pm On Nov 29, 2019
The road to Aguoka House has apparently fallen into the waiting hands of the leading opposition party in Anambra State as the PDP delegates are likely to elect a man of valour, courage and uncommon intellect to fly their flag to glory, and evident transformation of the state.

The only class of species that are yet unaware of the trending brand, High Chief Obiora Okonkwo Ph.D (Dikeora Idemili) are:

1. The ones whose daily bread is determined by the continuous reign of the dilapidating political structure of APGA, and,
2. Those who feel outrightly intimidated by the rising profile of the new political order being championed by the heroic disposition of this rare breed by all imaginable ramifications.

Unless a coach and his team are hell bent on fixing a football match there is absolutely no reason for any side to field their second eleven in a competition where a valued laurel is at stake. In that regard, it will be most unprofessional for Anambra State PDP to present just about anybody in a "game of wits" just because those who feel temporarily overpowered are yelling on top of their voices; their defeat should be a resounding slam!

Dr Obiora Okonkwo becoming the next governor of Anambra State is indeed a dream that the time has come, considering his readiness and deep sense of commitment in championing the course to establish the framework needed to utilize available and untapped potentials which our dear state is naturally endowed with.

The founder of Pro Value Humanity Foundation, an NGO that values partnership and invests in humanitarian initiatives, Higher Chief Obiora Okonkwo Ph.D began with providing over 600 men and women with quality jobs which is basically what society needs for survival and growth.

He gradually advanced to initiating scholarship and skill training schemes which translated into full time philanthropy whereby identified classes of people facing various counts of financial challenges started getting support through the Pro Value Humanity Foundation in recent years.

In a nutshell, a man who strived to learn a trade, went to school, became an employee and thereafter sets up his own business empire and comfortably manages all his conglomerate, gives back to the society and makes himself available for issues concerning his people can best be described as an ordained leader.

Dr Okonkwo's character is a true definition of the light we seek, it depicts absolute credibility and commitment which is _sine qua non_ to our revival and living up to our slogan "Light of the Nation"

It is high time we rolled out the drums and appreciate the beauty of this exceptional human person - Dikeora Idemili, because the light is here.

The man with Education

*What is Diabetes Mellitus?
Diabetes mellitus is a clinical syndrome characterized by hyperglycemia due to abscence, relative deficiency of or diminished effectiveness of insulin. It can also be referred to as a long term metabolic disease that cause high blood sugar.
INSULIN- Is a protein hormone formed in the beta cell of the pancreatic islets of Langerhans. It is secreted into the blood in response to a rise in concentration of blood glucose or amino acids. Insulin reduces blood glucose levels, insulin’s role in the body is to trigger cells to take up glucose so that the cells can use this energy-yielding sugar.

*Epidemiology of Diabetes Mellitus
425 million people have diabetes mellitus world wide, 16 million in Africa and almost 5 million in Nigeria. 2 in 4 people with diabetes mellitus are undiagnosed. It is 7th leading cause of death.

Type 1 diabetes accounts for about 5 to 10 percent of cases of diabetes. Most cases of type 1 diabetes develop in children or adolescents, but about 20 percent of new patients are adults.
Type 1 diabetes is usually caused by autoimmune destruction of the islets of Langerhans of the pancreas. There is severe deficiency or absence of insulin secretion due to destruction of beta-islet cells of pancreas. The onset is usually sudden and can be life threatening.

Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus: This is previously known as non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus.Type 2 diabetes is far more common than type 1 diabetes, accounting for about 90 percent of all cases. Most patients with type 2 diabetes are adults, often older adults, but it can also occur in children and adolescents. Type 2 diabetes mellitus could be asymptomatic and signs are found on routine investigation or a complication arises. Over 50% of type 2 diabetes is preventable.
